Once there was nothing, the great gaping void. But in the midst of the nothing the miraculous beginning emerged, the cosmos, existence. The endless darkness, cold, isolation, apathy was broken by light, heat, closeness and love. In this Cosmos various lights, the star seeds were born, the greatest of which manifested as stars, the perfect emanations of the cosmos, shining through the void. The void hated this duality and wished to return to when all was unbroken. It infected the Cosmos, and so was born dark star seeds growing into the Stars of Darkness, the Chaos Stars. These Chaos Stars developed into individuals just as the Stars of Light had, and began their assault against the cosmos. Of these Chaos Stars, four are identified as prominent in the history of the Moon and the Silver Crystal.

Origin:
Long ago there was a beautiful harmonious society called the Silver Millennium stretching across the solar system who had a divine mission to protect the Earth and it's developing people, the humans, as well as protect the messiah, Princess Serenity, bearer of the Silver Crystal. Her mother, Queen Serenity was the goddess of the moon and led them with nobility and wisdom. But one day their patriarch, the Sun, shone erratically,
sunspots appeared across the sun, growing and accelerating. This Darkness was the birth of the Queen Metaria, the dark goddess.
Technically Metaria has incarnated twice, once in the Silver Millennium and once in the Modern Age. The Silver Millennium Metaria was notablly stronger, and I will be using that, but I will note which incarnation of Metaria performed the feat. Treat Modern Age feats as a degree more casual for Silver Millennium Metaria.

Metaria is the most despicable creature in the Sailor Moon Universe, a perpetual motion machine of suffering and darkness. She is sadistic and revels in suffering and hatred. Her ultimate goal is the absorption of all the sparkling lights of the cosmos into her darkness. She is the enemy of all creation, the closest thing SM has to a demon.

In the far future, Usagi Tsukino, reincarnation of Princess Serenity of the Silver Millennium has recreated the Earth as the harmonious utopia of immortal superhumans known as Crystal Tokyo and rules the solar system as the noble Neo-Queen Serenity. Born to this utopia was a man, a human,
who was secretly a Chaos Spawn known as Death Phantom. He recreated crime in this perfect utopia but was defeated by Neo-Queen Serenity and exiled to Nemesis, the 10th planet of the Solar System. There he fused with the planet itself, warping it,
with the ultimate goal of remaking history until his will.

Death Phantom is the only Chaos-Spawn who has a physical body made out of matter. His need to rely on a physical planet as a body and a physical crystal, the Malefic Black Crystal to get most of his powers means gives him an extra level of vulnerability.
Personality:
Death Phantom wishes to create a new order, an order where his will is absolute and all things that ever were against him are erased and rewritten. He wants to encompass spacetime in his singularity so that there never was, is or will be anything but him. Surprisingly he doesn't actually dislike disorder, viewing it as merely a potential addition to his supreme order. What he hates are competing other "orders" that are blocks against his. He despised the harmonious order of Crystal Tokyo and so created chaos such that he could make a new order from it. That said of the Chaos-Spawn he is the most pragmatic and rational of them.
Pharaoh 90:
Origin:
In another dimension, in the Tau Nebula resides the Psychic Overlord Pharaoh 90, who has ordered the people of the Tau Nebula, daimon, to his will. But like all things, the crystal of the Tau Nebula, the Taioran Crystal weakened with time and with it's death the people of Tau would run out of energy. And so Pharaoh 90 psychically sought a power that could replace it and a new world for the Daimon to claim. Pharaoh 90 found the Silver Crystal and sought access to the Silver Crystal's Universe.

Within Pharaoh 90,
the Daimon live in their true form. The Daimon are non-solid material entities that absorb energy, the strongest of which have demonstrated numerous abilities including soul manipulation, mind manipulation, energy-stealing, all abilities based around stealing things from other species that they can then present to Pharaoh 90. They are led by their great commander Mistress 9.

Pharaoh 90 is relatively simple-minded for a Chaos-Spawn whose primary tactics is simply to expand and assimilate. He is not the most likely to think of advanced tactics.
Personality:
Pharaoh 90 wishes to claim the worlds into the holy omega area so they can convert all peoples into Daimons under his command. I think. Pharaoh 90 is the most alien of the Chaos-Spawn. He is more of an elemental force that assimilates what it can, seeking out paths of least resistance like water eroding rocks by slipping into small cracks in them.
Queen Nehelenia:

Once the universe was a bright place. Queen Serenity the first, having just made the Silver Millennium on the moon gave birth to a baby girl whom she loved more then anything. But at the celebration of the baby's birth a new kind of thing,
the dark queen from within the moon did crash the party. Nehelenia came to Serenity as envoy of Chaos and
offered Serenity a deal, that the light and the dark, that good and evil should not be at odds but should be reunited into one thing, and allow each other's existence without fighting. Queen Serenity, unwilling to allow her subjects to suffer even for peace refused this offer and when the Dark Queen became threatening,
sealed her away inside the mirror universe. Nehelenia cursed the people of the moon, the house of serenity, and thus began the war between the Bearers of the Silver Crystal and the Chaos Stars, thus began the war of light and dark.
There's not much information about the first meeting of the Amazoness Quartet and Nehelenia in the manga but in the 90s anime the quartet were 4 young girls playing in the Amazons when they found a mirror with a strange woman inside. She offered them the chance to stay kids and play forever if they in turn get her out of the mirror, and when they agreed she turned them into her Amazoness Quartet.

Nehelenia's most feared technique, the dreaded curse, able to be cast even when she is at her weakest. Nehelenia's curse alters destiny and fate to cause something to die,
even a whole kingdom like the Moon Kingdom. It was this curse that brought forth the Goddess of Darkness Metaria and kept Queen Serenity the first from being able to use the Silver Crystal.
However Nehelenia has a technique even more powerful then Curse, though it requires full power.
Star Seed Rip:
There exists only 2 people in the SM Universe pre-lambda that can remove the star seed of the individual. One is Sailor Galaxia, for whom the ability makes so famous and deadly. While it's nowhere near as efficient, clean or easy for her, Nehelenia can actually
remove the star seed of a person.

Because of the seal of Queen Serenity, Nehelenia is very limited in what she can affect outside of the nightmare space of her own dimension in the mirror. She can spiritually project Zirconia who can affect the outside world as she can to a lesser degree. Zirconia is essentially what Nehelenia can affect outside her dimension while the rest is what she can affect in her own dimension.

incredibly vain and not prone to exerting herself if she thinks she has too always preferring to take the easiest win she can.
Personality:
Nehelenia, the nightmare queen thinks herself the most beautiful think in the universe, worthy of ruling it, she wants to convert other universes to being nightmare universes like her own, reflecting her "beauty". She enjoys taking vengeance on the forces of good, especially of the moon people. She is the queen of nightmares.
Alright the combatants are set. It's time.....for a DEATH PREDICTION!
Within the Depths of the mind of Chaos, a darker recreation of the universe was made by Great Chaos. Chaos beheld the bearer of the Saphir Crystal and the bearer of the Silver Crystal near it and was preparing itself to meet the one who had destroyed it's aspects. It wished to test those aspects against each other, seeing which manifestation would make most sense to present itself as.
Within the Heart of the Chaos, the black pit of isolation the Chaos Stars appeared beholding the universe as they had known it at their peaks. Before their eyes they beheld a projection of the Silver Crystal unguarded appeared above the Moon.
Metaria saw that and knew with the endless energy of the Silver Crystal she could grow as large as she wished. Her Dark Spirit shimmered near the moon.
Death Phantom saw that and knew with the domain of the Silver Crystal he would have dominion over space and time. Nemesis loomed over the Earth-Moon System.
Pharaoh 90 saw that and knew with the restorative power of the Silver Crystal, the people of Tau would extend across the cosmos. The Wormhole connected to Tau appeared near the system.
Nehelenia saw that and knew with the shine of the moon crystal, she would be recognized as rightful ruler of the moon and the universe. The Cursed Mirror was drawn to the moon.
The 4 saw it and all said the same thing.
"IT'S MINE!"
Fight!
The great gravity of Nemesis ripped holes in spacetime, causing Metaria and Pharaoh 90 to dodge and swear his downfall.
"I will enjoy your screams!" yelled Metaria
"Interlopers, I shall make you food for my children!" Pharaoh 90 exclaimed angrily
Metaria hearing the power in Pharaoh 90's voice asserted her subtle insidious influence on his mind, dialing up his violence. In her mirror Nehelenia beheld this and prepared a counterattack, projecting her lemure to attack Metaria.
Pharaoh 90, violently and aggressively threw his telekinetic force at the chaos world of Nemesis.
On the surface of Nemesis, the Wiseman held out the Black Crystal as he felt the planet being flung at speeds exceeding the speed of light, with such force as to tear up the stardust. "What force!" He thought "Luckily I can turn it to my advantage with this hehehe" Wiseman enjoyed so using his foe's power against them.
Metaria was enjoying her trick and preparing to feast on the suffering of all the tiny creatures within Pharaoh 90 but suddenly she before her a progression of even smaller creatures, tiny dark orbs with faces dashed around her and she felt her head grow fuzzier.
Zirconia emerged from the mirror and went to quickly retrieve the Silver Crystal but Pharaoh 90 quickly telekinetically flung it away from Zirconia's hands.
Zirconia turned to Pharaoh 90, echoing Nehelenia's anger at him making this harder on her then it needed to be. Zirconia grew to giant sizes before Zirconia, her robe forming the angry face of the nightmare queen and calling forth a nightmare to encase Pharaoh 90 in.
Pharaoh 90 attempted to telekinetically rip up this foe but felt it's telekinetic force go right through it. Pharaoh 90's eyes were bewildered, for before it appeared a procession of images gruesome and fearsome.
Zirconia laughed to herself at the ease of this when suddenly from Pharaoh 90's form came a few semi-liquid creatures launching themselves at Zirconia. Zirconia panickedly retreated into the mirror causing Pharaoh 90 to return to his senses.
Death Phantom hurried across the star system to find that the two were engaged. He prepared for an evil eye to use against them but before he could Metaria teleported away.
Meanwhile Metaria, confused by the tiny lemure managed to drain their mental energy leaving the tiny creatures inert and weak. She laughed at the little insects killing themselves trying to strike her. Oh what delicious sorrow! Metaria felt the massive negative energy of Death Phantom approaching her and figuring he had some attack readied, prepared herself to feast on his massive energy. She teleported away from his assault.
Pharaoh 90 telekinetically crushed the mirror and assumed that had crushed the possibility for now of that threat returning. He telepathically felt the two forces he had felt earlier battling amoungst themselves.
The dreaded world of Nemesis flew through the cosmos, it's immense gravity, throwing the worlds it came near into disarray and disorder and in defense burst forth in an immense flame, so hot as to immolate all developing life forms, the burning fire creating such a bright light in the darkness of the void.
Metaria hung at the outskirts of the flames and the light. She gave a threatening gaze down upon the dark world and cast her dark mental presence down onto the burning world, but a great eye gazed back into that emptiness where her soul should have been.
But Metaria gazed at it in disdain, for in it's rebellion it was mocking her. She called from across the systems the cold winds and gases, rushing across the void like a great serpent which blew out the flames immolating the world. With a defiant yell she swooped down unto the world, her dark spirit appearing before the broken and scarred world, spreading out among the lands.
"Oh! What a glorious negative energy!" She cried out! "What beautiful suffering and hatred you hold....I shall feed on it with delig.....AHHHHHHH" She screamed in pain.
"hehehehehehe" Death Phantom laughed at her misfortune. "What's that? It's radiation, invisible light...hehehehehehehehe HAVE ANOTHER MOUTHFUL!" Death Phantom emanated more and more radiation burning the dark goddess who screamed in pain and fury.
Queen Metaria teleported away, feeling burned looking for that crystal....she knew the silver crystal could take this pain away. Her Dark Spirit loomed like a spectre over the stars, drawing their energy from them in burning golden spirals casting strange shadows across the worlds and constellations.
This time Death Phantom went on the pursuit firing blasts of his evil eye after Metaria. However, neither knew at the same time the other Chaos-Spawn pursued the Silver Crystal as closely.
Queen Nehelenia looked for mirrors near where the crystal had gone, which star, which galaxy held the gem of infinite power? She saw the great creeping psychic entity moving it's galaxy and followed it.
Pharaoh 90 propelled the Tau Nebula where he could feel the distant pulse of the Silver Crystal. Across all these lights and voids, all meaningless in the pursuit of the true jewel of the universe. On the distant horizon he saw the silvery gem and was joyous. Trailing him was the spirit of Zirconia who felt his happiness and snickered.
Metaria knew she couldn't dodge the evil eye for long and so quickly teleported in front of Death Phantom emanating his darkness hoping to ensnare him.
"What?! I can't see!!!" exclaimed Death Phantom for the Dark Goddess has stolen the light of his eyes and replaced them with darkness.
Metaria eagerly prepared to consume this annoying world in darkness however Death Phantom continued "I can still see you fine energy vampire, your energy appears before me as your weakness" and fired a dark blast of energy sending the worlds of this system flying. Metaria saw a watery world thrown at her and felt a strange presence in the watery surface glittering reflective with the light of the sun and with her divine power did enter the mirror universe.
Pharaoh 90 eagerly approached the Silver Crystal but before he could grab it his mind was locked in nightmare again.
Zirconia laughed "Behold the greatness of the Queen of Nightmares!" A few daimon attempted to jump at her again but she simply waved her hand and they turned to helpless animals. Zirconia went to reach the silver crystal before suddenly Nehelenia's presence was drawn back to the mirror dimension by an intruder.
Nehelenia beheld the form of darkness enter her throne room and marveled at the level of power needed to achieve such a feat.
Nehelenia quickly sent forth a bunch of lemure again. "So..." Nehelenia licked her lips "What do you fear demon?"
Metaria laughed "I fear nothing!" but as the lemure reached Metaria, the two beheld something else, they saw what they both truly feared, the first memory
They recalled the pure cool unity of the emptiness, and suddenly the ending. Suddenly in the universe there was light, infinitely bright and burning compared to the darkness, suddenly there was love in the universe, an alien force that allowed their enemies to unite, suddenly there was duality, there was not the oneness, but there was SOMETHING ELSE, their whole existence was opposed too. They recalled the birth of the universe, and the birth of all that they were not and were both repulsed.
Metaria attacked while Nehelenia was distracted covering the surrounding with her darkness. Nehelenia raised her hands and could not see them.
"For someone so vain, how would you like to never see yourself again?! HAHAHA" Metaria rejoiced in the pain.
Nehelenia angrily launched an attack at Metaria.
Meanwhile Death Phantom was unsure of where Metaria was, and this unknowing was rare for him, and somewhat intimidating. He could not sense the energy of the Silver Crystal at his range...but his mind did pick up the subtle telepathic signals sent by Pharaoh 90 and he quickly opened a warp through hyperspace to get there before Pharaoh 90 could gain the power of the Silver Crystal. A Great Wormhole appeared, fluctuations in spacetime spiraling around in front of him and he quickly flew into it.
Pharaoh 90 saw the great wormhole of Death Phantom open up and was unsure if this was another hallucination of the Witch. However he became aware very soon as Death Phantom's immense gravity messed up the orbits of the stars of the tau system, sending the whole thing into disarray with multiple stellar collisions sending burning stardust and stellar fragments accelerated at relativistic speeds bombarding outwards into the universe.
Pharaoh 90 telekinetically attacked Death Phantom but recalling from the first time Death Phantom used the stored power of the Black Crystal to nullify the energy of his telekinetic bombardment. Death Phantom rushed to get in close to Pharaoh 90 hoping to phase him out of existence.
At the center of Tau was a massive black hole greater then even Nemesis. There the spirit of Pharaoh 90 resided. Death Phantom made it's way straight through the star systems. Pharaoh 90 warped the spacetime of the Death Phantom to make it into an omega area but before he could complete his transmission, Death Phantom had reached the center of the galaxy.
But as Pharaoh 90 began to fade, from him emerged the daimons which clawed and scythed for Death Phantom's soul, the burning light of particles escaping the Black Hole illuminating their monstrous features.
Some of them faded or died as super-gravity ripped their body across spacetime, but some came close to him and Death Phantom retreated for the moment. Pharaoh 90 readied his counterattack.
Death Phantom couldn't understand their sacrifice "What are you idiots doing?! Why would you throw your life away?!"
Pharaoh 90 caused the holy omega area to ripple through the top of Death Phantom, causing the top of the planet to explode outwards in a large spatial eruption. Death Phantom was sent spiraling missing approximately 20% of it's mass, and only that little because it's own space time warping had misled Pharaoh 90 as to where it's center was. While Death Phantom was invisible, Pharaoh 90 could track it's energy and began to follow it, applying telekinetic pressure to the celestial body, curving it back into a sphere painfully to the spirit possessing it.
Death Phantom quickly reoriented itself and opened up a wormhole, sucking both it and Pharaoh 90 to the edge of spacetime at breakneck speeds.
In the mirror dimension, Nehelenia had come to really understand hatred. Her attacks were being absorbed by the enemy who continued to torment her. This was a fellow chaos star all right!
Metaria laughed at her suffering "Oh Queen of Nightmares, your suffering shall never end, how sweet it tastes, I shall reanimate you and force you to desecrate your body in service to me!"
"You...you fear the light do you...?" Nehelenia said. "Then I shall be happy to show you true fear!" And from Nehelenia's hands came burning crackling lightning that illuminated the realm of nightmares. The lightning seared and moved faster then real lightning could.
Metaria growled at the sudden illumination. She couldn't turn this nightmare queen to stone for she had no real body of matter but she could absorb her into her darkness and let her suffer forever.
Metaria spoke angrily at her, regaining her composure surging forth in a great flurry. "Your light is nothing more then bug bites before the goddess of darkness! But for your annoyance I shall give you a reward fitting, I shall fill up this whole realm of dreams and shall fit all the people with such suffering, they won't even HAVE any worse state to fear. Oh what a glorious despair it shall be hahaha!"
However to Metaria's surprise Nehelenia smiled "You think you can fight me in my domain....you don't know my true power, I shall take your dark star itself!!!"
"D...Don't bluff in Desperation!"
But Metaria was skilled enough at manipulation to know Nehelenia was not joking. Nehelenia laughed. Metaria attacked Nehelenia's form but it shattered along with the throne room itself like a broken mirror.
In each of the shards was a different nightmare and in each was a laughing Nehelenia. Nehelenia in each one raised her hand to Metaria who in fear teleported away.
"Oh Little Sister....where ARE you..." Nehelenia said mockingly, ready to tear her star seed out and tear it to shreds. Lemure begin to fill the space chasing after Metaria alerting Nehelenia to her presence. Metaria quickly burst her divine power to it's limit and pushed her out of the dimension and flew away.
Meanwhile at the end of spacetime, where spacetime mind and concept all are bounded to the edge with the light reaching it's circular periphery and doubling back on itself, Pharaoh 90 and Death Phantom faced off. Pharaoh 90 took the intiative and propelled itself to enwrap Death Phantom like a boa constrictor and begin distorting the negative energy warped space into tau space but quickly flung itself off as it felt again disappear from existence though where it was had grabbed had been turned into lava and was crushed down by the rest of the black hole.
"Pest! You are not worthy of becoming part of my dominion!" Pharaoh 90 declared.
"Hmmm, I'll have you know I have a particular distaste for royalty hehehe" said Death Phantom jovially.
Pharaoh 90 felt it's power fading, it's light burning out from the presence evaporating edge of spacetime, where the fluctuations of spacetime disappear into the primordial void.
Death Phantom used his evil eye and for a brief second it worked and he saw Pharaoh 90 beckon to his command but suddenly he seemed to snap out of it and act against him.
"What is this?" He wondered... "someone else must be controlling him."
From another dimension Nehelenia commanded Pharaoh 90 "push him into my dimension" and Pharaoh 90 did so pushing the dark world nemesis to hurtle again through the void into a great water cloudy whom a stray light had made sparkle and reflect and become an entrance to the mirror dimension.
"NO!" yelled Death Phantom worried of just this possibility but not able to stop it now was sucked into the mirror dimension.
Pharaoh 90 quickly went back inside the wormhole back to the Tau Dimension only to be shocked. The Daimon were being driven to fight and kill themselves. There he beheld the dark spirit Metaria tormenting them for her amusement.
She called forth a great gust of wind to push one of the daimon into the black hole at the center of the Tau Nebula but Pharaoh 90 called to the wind and it obeyed him sending the daimon off in another direction.
Metaria turned her gaze and glared at him contemptuously. "Protecting others? What a sickeningly sweet heart you have grown"
Driven by the Psychic Commands of Pharaoh 90 the other Daimons redoubled their assault against Metaria.
Meanwhile in the mirror dimension, Death Phantom beheld the Queen Nehelenia. He knew of her and her ability to steal star seeds. But he was in luck for she was blind by the dark one. Nehelenia however smiled in a sinister fashion.
She summoned a horde of lemure to find him but he quickly zipped through the nightmare dimension. Where he went, the gravity of the burning world ensnared the sleeping minds of dreamers. The Black Hole in Nightmare world crushed the minds of the dreamers it came across killing them in his sleep. Nemesis quickly released a black crystal pillar which sliced into an unsuspecting nightmare causing the dreamer to explode with negative energy and poison.
Some of the lemure closed in on Nemesis who projected the Wiseman who used the beast hands to rend the energy from them, rendering them inert. He swiped his arms, sending his stretched arms many meters before teleporting to continue, doing this against all the lemure that dared approach him.
Death Phantom placed a black crystal pillar on one of the dreams...he hoped that if he had enough, he could wipe out the existence of this dimension along with Nehelenia. However the dimension broke by the sharpness of his second black crystal pillar pierced two dreams apart.
Nehelenia turned with an nightmarish grin "I felt that" and charged his position. She smashed right through the pillar as Nemesis just nearly dodged her assault.
However they were close enough that Nehelenia was able to raise her hands and trap the weakened planet in a moment. As he tried to move he stayed in one place and one second which cycled endlessly round like the planet's own rotation.
"Hahaha...you try to run by you end up trapped in my web of nightmares!" Nehelenia giggled to herself.
Death Phantom laughed to himself "Web? Is that why they call you the queen of spiders....or is that just your visage!"
Nehelenia yelled and charged but as she got close she felt some of her lemure disappear into the aura and with her reflexes managed to stop herself in time. She glared at him trapped there and quickly moved to take his star seed. She reached out for it but Nemesis simply popped out of existence. Nehelenia knew almost immediatly what this meant. An Illusion.
Behind her the real Nemesis blasted the Evil Eye but before it reached her, Zirconia appeared before him and held out her hand.
"Trap!" She yelled!
Time and Space creaked and groaned as the whole black hole was sent into the evil eye attack. Nehelenia stood still for a moment.
Meanwhile Metaria and Pharaoh 90 were trying to find a way to absorb the other. Metaria knew even if she controlled him, if she got close and was unlucky she would simply be assimilated. Darkness or Not, she was indeed filled with energy. She decided to have a little fun with him.
Metaria extended her mind outwards, to all the simple little daimon and to Pharaoh 90 himself, she kept him semi-councious so he could suffer as he he watched.
"Tiny Creatures, obey my demands, kill each other and yourself, do it with pain and suffering knowing that your master has abandoned you! HAHAHAHA"
Pharaoh 90 saw the daimon die and telepathically spoke softly.
Metaria laughed at what torment he must be suffering "What is that? What is your pain? Tell me!"
"From the holy blood of the Tau Nebula, you shall dia via the holy light of the Tau Nebula".
Metaria didn't understand what he was blathering about but she saw something impossible for her to understand. Some of the daimons killed themselves without her telling them to do... some blood sacrifice? What was this?
Metaria beheld the nebula begin to radiate a blinding energy that hurt her...what? Why were their energies converging? Why was it so damned bright?! "STOP IT! STOP IT!" She demanded of Pharaoh 90 not even sure what he was doing. In the lapse of her concentration he gained enough of his mind to telekinetically throw it.
Through the air was launched the Taioran Crystal with the blood and light of the Tau Nebula behind it, embeding itself in the diamond in Metaria's head. Holy Light poured into her.
Metaria was still for a tiny fraction of a second before screaming in agony and desperately trying to claw the gem out of her head only for her hands to burn off as she writhed in agony and, only a moment after it has started, exploded with holy light, the darkness of the whole of the universe rippling from the force.
The Daimon celebrated but Pharaoh 90 peacefully picked up the Taioran Crystal telekinetically. Pharaoh 90 felt a call from far away, and this time not because his mind was influenced but by his own qill lead his people to finish this battle.
Queen Nehelenia felt in one of the dark mirrors the trapped Death Phantom and her spirit emerging all around him, mocking him. He silently tried to flee but the inside of a dimension is infinitely looping if one can not navigate dimensions freely.
"Well..." she said. "Where's that sharp wit of yours, clouded in fear? Hehehe". Death Phantom opened up a wormhole to escape back into the real universe. If Nehelenia had a heart it would have stopped with joy. Finally.
Nehelenia slipped through the wormhole and the cosmos shuddered.
"HAHAHAHAHA" Nehelenia's voice boomed as her spirit brought fear unto the local system, rising triumphantly over the system. Her lemure poured outwards converting this dimension into another one of hers, raising her power again to it's peak. "The seal of Serenity the first is broken! Fear O Universe! The Queen of Nightmares has returned!"
Death Phantom quickly fired his Evil Eye into the inky void of space to Pharaoh 90 before spinning the beam moving to ensnare the nightmare queen. But before it could reach her she raised her hands and pulled.
It was not a slow process. One minute the Black Hole was there, and then it suddenly exploded, clouding the local nebula with radiation. Nehelenia landed on the nearest planet, an uninhabited red rocky planet and raised her hand to observe the star seed. "Huh...surprisingly unimpressive for a Chaos Star....Mine is surely greater then this HAHAHA".
However she suddenly felt a weakness shoot through her. Nehelenia felt the space around her. "What...what is this? This isn't real space? It's not nightmare space? It's..."
"TAU SPACE!" came the booming voice of Pharaoh 90 as he and his forces enveloped the star system, the surroundings planets flung against Nehelenia as projectiles. But weak as she was Nehelenia could still tear these planets asunder.
The planet Pharaoh 90 and Queen Nehelenia resided now upon became host to a subtle battle reflecting their confrontation. Pharaoh 90's presence caused a sudden upshoot of life, violent and fierce on the planet but Nehelenia's presence deprived them of equilibrium and breath. The planet blossomed in one mutant form and died many times a second.
The Daimons gave a cheer "Burn the Witch! HAHAHA! Their demonic choir called out, prepared to rip the witch to pieces.
Pharaoh 90 moved to quickly envelop Nehelenia. She attempted to get out of the way but in such a weakened state as tau space gave to her, she could not escape. The Daimon eagerly followed inside master to kill her Pharaoh 90.
Nehelenia yelled in anger and created more lemure which battled the daimon, sending them into a brainwashed state or being energy-drained.
"You think this will stop me?!" Nehelenia exclaimed inside Pharaoh 90. "I shall just convert this space too into nightmare space hahaha".
Pharaoh 90 felt himself internally pained as Nehelenia converted the insides of him into nightmare space. He assimiltated nearby space debris as projectiles to rain down upon the nightmare queen.
Nehelenia found her lemure unable to cope with daimon assault. She grimaced. "You think you can beat me?! The firstborne of Chaos?!"
Nehelenia called down her most ancient and darkest spell, her curse "I call down upon Pharaoh 90 and all the people of Tau my most painful cur..."
But Nehelenia's words were cut short and she disappeared. Mistress 9 raised the black soul of the witch to the crowd of daimon who gave a cheer of victory.
They were all so ecstatic, none even saw the black rose fall into Pharaoh 90's heart.
Much later Pharaoh 90 painfully crept across the void. All the daimon had long since died. Neither the Taioran Crystal nor the Silver Crystal could heal the darkness tearing him up from above. He gave a last pitiful yell before falling to pieces.
The spirit of Death Phantom watched Pharaoh 90 and calmly retrieved the Silver Crystal. He gazed at the cosmos full of chaos from their battle. This chaos was merely unrealized order. He smiled thinking the new order he would pull from the chaos.

With this fight I feel the need to remind that we are talking most likely solutions, not certainties. Death Phantom could very easily get unlucky and killed. That said for 3 reasons I think Death Phantom would be the winner the largest amount of times of a Chaos-Spawn Battle Royale.
Reason 1: Defense
All the Chaos-Spawn have many forms of attack. However Death Phantom had something the others lacked, defense. Most of the Chaos Spawn rely on being intangible and being really powerful to defend them. But in a fight where all sides have durability-ignoring hax that can hit intangibles, having more ways to kill an opponent is suboptimal then being able to stop at least some of the ways the others can kill you. Death Phantom has the Evil Eye protecting his mind, and in a battle where all 4 sides have mental attacks, being the only one with a mental defense is very strong. He can create an illusory copy. While duplication is always good, here the big advantage is it reduces changes of him getting hit to 1/2 giving him more of a chance if he gets hit by anything big. His spacetime warping is the best of anyone here, but more importantly it's the only one that's completely passive meaning he doesn't need to think to use it as a defense, it will just always be helping him. Also notable is that he has the highest reflexes outside of Nehelenia who he is tied with.
Reason 2: Information
Death Phantom is from the future. He has information about the other Chaos Spawn. Queen Metaria was not present when any Chaos Spawn was active. Pharaoh 90 was in another dimension and wouldn't know anything about the others. Queen Nehelenia was not even aware the princess of the moon had incarnated again meaning she also wouldn't know anything about the others. Death Phantom alone knows the others and their weaknesses. Combined with having the highest intellect in general and the most pragmatic nature, means he could manipulate them into fighting each other and exploit their weaknesses.
Reason 3: Existence Erasure at Range and Melee
Death Phantom has the largest range of the Chaos-Spawn followed by Pharaoh 90. He can use several black crystals to erase the others from a massive distance if they find themselves at massive distances. On the other hand at very close distances he can also fade them from existence, something none of them have a way of resisting. Even at roughly at mid-range (earth-moon distance to earth edge of solar system distance) he can maybe create rips in spacetime on their position. Death Phantom has the best ability to fight at all ranges and environments as opposed to needing to rely on a specific environment or range to fight.
Also about De-Ageing Beam and Star Seed Rip.
The De-Aging Beam sounds like it would be the ideal weapon to use against a black hole since it would revert back into a star. That said given Nemesis has been around for centuries and the De-Aging beam didn't immediately phase the teenage Usagi out of existence, it would likely take too long and give Death Phantom a chance to just blast Nehelenia. At worst case scenario, see below
As for Star Seed Rip, Death Phantom, while he is possessing Planet Nemesis he does not share a star seed with it as they were born apart. Losing Planet Nemesis would weaken Death Phantom greatly but it would not be the end of him as he would still have the very powerful evil eye attack and defense giving him at least a chance to get wins even when Nemesis is destroyed which again suggests he would get highest amount of wins overall.
The worst situation for Death Phantom would be being trapped in the darkness barrier of Nehelenia which would lock his world in a moment of time and it would even stop him from using negative energy to escape however this would be likely rare.
Due to a multi-layered defense, versatility, information about the others, tactical fighting, and potent mind hax and existence erasure the winner is....Death Phantom
