The World of Witches was clearly stated to be the place where witches existed, as opposed to the World of Wraiths, meaning it contains all the universes with witches that were erased by Ultimate Madoka (infinite universes as stated in Homura Tamura).

The World of Witches is never expressly stated to contain every universe where witches existed. Also you did not show that infinite universes existed at the same time, only that some universe probably exist at the same time, and Mami claimed there are infinite universes (which may not exist at the same time) which is information that she does not state she got from her book.

You seem to just be assuming the world of witches HAS to refer to an entire multiverse, and that Madoka had to have just erased it all at once, which is a combination of not confirmed and contradicted. Madoka did not erase the world of witches, the existence of her new law caused the universe to reorder itself into the world of wraiths.

This is really the problem in a nutshell, you seem to just assume that everytime a character mentions "everything" or the "world" it has to be everything that does exist, something which is not justified since it's bound to what the character is aware of, and moreover is not something that is done for any other universe.

The previous multiverse appears inside Homura's shield and is seen along with the most powerful witch of all times. If Madoka had simply rewritten the laws of the universe, it wouldn't have been a non-existent multiverse, but simply a multiverse which belonged to the past.

Cite where this is stated. I do not recall it once being stated that there was a multiverse in Homura's shield. Also this is heavily inconsistent as everytime the world of witches is referred to, it is said that Madoka rewrote the universe into the universe's current form, not that she destroyed the old multiverse (involving the erasure of billions+ of people) and then making a new old. This seems drastically out of character. 

Ultimate Madoka watches and blesses all magical girls from every universe, as showed in the "The Goddess and the Mysterious Record" event, not just the Magia Record timeline.

I can not see how this is supposed to be an AP feat. Being able to see every universe that could have been and might be, as well as "blessing" them does not show any kind of attack potency.

However, this isn't an hyperbole. In Wraith Arc, it was clearly stated that the "Concept" of witches no longer exists in the universe, meaning that Madoka not only deleted the cause that makes magical girls turn into witches, but she erased the very concept of "Witch".

Completely Impossible. This is directly contradicted as explained in the first post. Madoka not wish to erase the concept of witches, only to stop every instance of witch from being born, which she does. Madoka is not shown to destroy the concept of witches, just to save every magical girl. Witches and their existence are integral to the plot of Rebellion. If Madoka can not interfere a magical girl will still turn into a witch. 

A character statement that contradicts the plot shows the character is wrong. There is no way Madoka destroyed the CONCEPT of witches when Homura still threatens to turn into a Witch when Madoka can not get to her.

This discussion had been about if Madoka is multiversal. You cited something that doesn't seem to at all suggest Madoka isn't multiversal.

Justification. Deep Blue can bring "total oblivion" to the Earth and can tank his own energy. Speed scaling to lower tiers.

Justification: Lanterns casual shields can survive black holes and star system scale destruction. Lanterns can travel the universe in hours requiring speeds of quadrillions of times the speed of light for the massive DC Universe.

Justification: Homura's magic encompassed the universe at quadrillions of light. Madoka and her Magical Girls were able to react to it.

Justification: The Primordials fighting created everything in the universe, a single one creating the universe itself prior. The Fates control the threads controlling the fates of every single thing and must manipulate them all at once which I calced into the septillions of times lightspeed. 

Saint Seiya Upper Seventh/Eighth/Ninth Sense User: MFTL (Septillions) Universal Level

Justification: Aries Mu destroyed the universe of Titan Iapetus with his ultimate attack. Capricorn Shura cut the Big Bang outpacing it's expansion with his ultimate attack. Both are considered mid tier gold saints. 

DC Dimension Lord Tier: MFTL (Tredecillions) Universal Level

Justification: Pre-Crisis Powerhouses have a number of universal feats and some lords of order and chaos are their own universes. Many of the Pre-Crisis Powerhouses could exceed the speed of the time barrier which was implied to be the speed of Flash's infamous tredecillions of times the speed of light feats.

Low Multiversal:

God of War Power of Fear/Hope Tier: MFTL (Septillions, Infinite Reactions) Low Multiversal

Justification: Zeus and Kratos were said to be able to beat Polygon man who fused dozens of universes into one. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Saint Seiya Heavenly King Tier: MFTL (Septillions) Low Multiversal

Justification: Hades was passively maintaining 3 universes. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

DC Fourth World Beings: MFTL (Tredecillions) Low Multiversal

Justification: A number of beings in the Bleed Barrier scale to Demon Lords who could destroy a universe with 10% power and can threaten multiple universes at once. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

High Multiversal:

Freedom Force Celestial Clock Tier: Likely FTL High Multiversal

Justification: Celestial Clock provides the energy and change/motion of infinite timestreams. Several characters can stop it or keep it moving. Characters likely scale to the ships of the Dominion which can move inter-planetary distances rapidly. 

Clamp Tsubasa Tier: MFTL (Quadrillions Reactions) High Multiversal

Justification: Power of the Tsubasa could destroy and recreate the infinite multiverse. Fei Wang Reed nearly usurped and did so with this power. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Saint Seiya Upper Ninth Sense User: MFTL (Septillions) High Multiversal

Justification: Chronos is the spacetime of infinite universes. Cronos was capable of erasing all of existence, past, present and future of all timelines in seconds. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

DC Fifth World+ Beings: Infinite Speed High Multiversal

Justification: Anti-Monitor destroyed infinite universes. Darkseid almost turned the multiverse into a singularity where there is only Darkseid. Can hold the book of infinite pages in their hands. The Fourth World they transcend contains all motion and change and the entire infinite speedforce.

DC Over-Void Tier Beings: Transcending Concepts/”Omniversal”

Justification: The highest forms of beings are metafictional beings, essence without forms transcending the concept of infinity which Lucifer Morningstar called "only a local phenomena".

Black Hole Feats

Black Holes are points in spacewhere the warping of gravity becomes so intense that light can not escape it. Black Hole feats abound in fiction, even though they very rarely make sense. This is a general primer on how I think is a good way to interpret them.

The big problem with black hole feats in general is that the singularity of a black hole is infinitely dense meaning that any character with finite durability would get instantly destroyed upon reaching it which....is not what happens.

However the event horizon part of a black hole is easier to understand, it's the part of the black hole past where light can not escape from. Because all the mass is being highly compressed a black hole is a lot smaller the amount of mass it contains would lead you to believe.

Creating, Destroying or Surviving a Black Hole doesn't really work with physics but because fictional verses rarely do follow physics, this is just going to be a simply list of how much mass a black hole would have to have to potentially apply for any feat involving them. Standard Versus Axioms apply here, that creating a celestial body or moving it faster then light scales to it's mass. 

It should be noted that a black hole COULD be even more dense and thus these mass numbers are minimums. If a black hole is sucking in some astronomical body or making it orbit, the black hole can obviously scale to that.

Conclusions:

Even Relatively Small Black Holes are going to be at least planetary

Black Holes that are a few meters wide, the range of humans and large animals, are going to be large planetary

Town to City-Sized Black Holes are Star Level

Things between the above two are going to be in the low stellar level

Black Holes the Sizes of Celestial Bodies are generally in the Multi-Stellar to Low Galactic Range

Black Holes a substantial size of a galaxy are Galaxy to Multi-Galaxy Level
