How they compare: Deep Blue

Spoilers for TMM

Deep Blue is the Alien "Messiah" created to destroy the human race for the alien species. Deep Blue is an entity of unknown origin who masqueraded as human Masaya Aoyama. That said Deep Blue betrayed the alien ambitions, as they wished to use biological weapons and accelerate pollution to destroy the human race while Deep Blue from sheer contempt of humanity wished to destroy the planet itself.

Deep Blue is massively stronger then anyone else in the Tokyo Mew Mew Universe. While still awakening he was capable of launching an energy sword blast that decimated multiple city blocks and created a massive explosion quantified as being tens of kilotons of energy, putting this casual strike as being in range with the power of a nuclear weapon. However this is merely a tiny fraction of his power. With his "Song of Oblivion" he is said by many people including scientists who have studied his nature to be able to annihilate a planet.

Deep Blue is similarly durable, being tough enough to tank attacks from anyone else in the series and being able to survive his own planet-busting attack.

In terms of speed Deep Blue is massively hypersonic, being far superior to Tart who was able to fly up to a spaceship orbiting earth in at most minutes and superior to the Mew Mews who can avoid and move comparable to lightning.

Deep Blue also possess a number of other abilities, some of which may be considered hax abilities.

Deep Blue can summon entities and even consciousnesses, creating the Masaya Consciousness completely in order to protect itself. It is also implied to have created the Kimera Dragon, the strongest Kimera in the series requiring 4 Town Level Mew Mews to defeat. The Dragon was a Biotech Fusion and it's breath appeared to warp space suggesting it is possible has has some control over biotic matter and metal, and possibly the ability to warp space to a small degree. This has the potential to ignore durability but is highly limited in scope. He was also able to delete the Masaya consciousness showing his control over his summons.

Deep Blue has trapped his enemies in light orbs capable of surviving planet levels of power which can be used to trap enemies not strong enough to breakout. He has also shown teleportation and the ability to shift his body's appearance to reflect his mental state. He also is presumably able to survive the void of space since he traveled to Earth from a distant planet. The anime gave him more abilities as well including the ability to move between dimensions and affect the spirit, but this is strictly his canonical manga self where much less is known about him. It is also possible that he has illusion powers similar to the natural illusion powers of the aliens like Kish, but since it is never confirmed that they are the same species this cannot be assumed.

So how would he do in other verses?

In the DC Universe, Deep Blue would have major difficulties due to speed and would be defeated against any entity on the level of a Teenage Kryptonian such as Superboy, Donna Troy, most New Gods, and so on, despite being physically speaking on their level. That said he should be well above any entities weaker then this due to his physical durability.

In traditional marvel power rankings Deep Blue would be classified as a low herald entity though in the Marvel Universe Heralds are generally above that. Deep Blue would most likely be a match for relatively strong metahumans like The Thing or Grey Hulk but the strongest metahumans on Earth would be out of his league.

In Dragon Ball, Deep Blue would be classified as a Saiyan Saga Level Fighter. He would require his strongest technique to harm most of the Saiyan Saga Fighters, but the Song of Oblivion would do massive damage and potentially kill any one of them in one strike. Conversely his ability to tank said attack means he would be all but immune to most attacks, although more unconventional attacks like Kienzan or Genki Dama would theoretically be able to kill him (though trapping them in light orbs would require the strongest of attacks in the Saiyan Saga to break free from).

Outside the Saiyan Saga, Deep Blue quickly becomes massively outclassed in terms of raw power and speed. While he should be able to defeat some entities in the Namek Saga, it is highly unlikely he would be able to defeat any member of the Ginyu Force save potentially for Guldo, and it is downright impossible for him to beat Freeza, even in his restrained first form.

In the Nanoha Universe Deep Blue would be a massively powerful extraterrestrial entity for the TSAB (Time-Space Administrative Bureau) to deal with and would require both speed and carefulness to deal with to stop him from destroying the inhabited worlds of at least 1 dimension. No one in the verse can survive the Song of Oblivion or do direct damage to him, the only thing in the verse matching him in power being the cursed Book of Darkness which is a similar planetary scale threat. However any S-Rank can easily tank his casual attacks with their barrier jackets, having superior reflex/attack speed and are far more versatile. While engaging him in direct power would prove useless, their more hax abilities like sealing him in another dimension should prove effective, assuming this is Manga Deep Blue.

In the HST, Deep Blue possess raw power comparable to Kaguya, which to my knowledge is the strongest entity introduced in pure power. Kaguya has far higher casual dc, Deep Blue has higher durability, and they are similar in terms of strongest attack dc. Deep Blue would be a massive and immediate threat to any of the HST verses, that said he lacks speed compared to most of the high tiers from any of these verses and proper application of the verses variety of hax should be able to stop him assuming he doesn't go between planets blowing them up from orbit.

In the Guyver Verse, a science fiction verse with similar levels of alien interaction and genetic manipulation to Tokyo Mew Mew, albeit much more series, Deep Blue would have power almost unrivaled in the series, being comparable in power to the Top Tiers of the Verse. That said Deep Blue would very likely due to the verse's much larger versatility and speed, though if any genetic or consciousness fusing occurs between Deep Blue and any high tier entity in the series, the fused entity would be very likely the strongest in the series.

In the One-Punch Man universe Deep Blue would be an Above Dragon Level Threat comparable to Lord Boros, and if they fought it would be unknown who would most likely win. That said he would be like anyone else in the verse massively below Saitama similar to how Saitama was much stronger then Boros but held back his strength against him in their fight.
