How they Compare: Drosselmeyer

(Spoilers for Princess Tutu)

Once there was a master writer working on his absolute magnum opus "The Prince and The Raven". However he died before completing the work, leaving The Prince and the Raven trapped in eternal battle. His passion and will transcended the physical reality and his characters came to life, commanded from the grave by the ghost of the great writer. Drosselmeyer is that writer, comitting to writing his beautiful tragedy, and entertain the presumed audience.

Drosselmeyer is a ghost that haunts the town where the story takes place, turning it all into a part of his story. As such he is incorporeal. He is also not restricted by space and time, able to appear in multiple places of the town at once, giving him a pseudo-omnipresence in that area, as well as having an ability to simply exit spacetime at will and observe from the outside. These provide him primary defenses: existing as an intangible ghost; being able to exist outside spacetime, being invisible to the naked eye, and being able to duplicate himself to be seemingly omnipresent in a town.

Drosselmeyer's power is quite extensive. River, a sentient river deep enough for lights to fall in and be invisible from the surface is considered very weak compared to Drosselmeyer and Raven, a giant raven large enough to dwarf a town and holds a desert dimension within him carries merely a part of Drosselmeyer's power.  Drosselmeyer channels this through his main ability: he can literally write the story, manipulating the plot to doom an enemy.

Beyond this Drosselmeyer has demonstrated several abilities. He has the ability to bfr opponents into his strange dimension outside spacetime or into the puppet world, which exists in a gap in time not in it's normal flow. By sending beings into the puppet world he can convert them into puppets to control at his will, and speaking of time he can also freeze time at will.

Drosselmeyer compliments all his abilities with his cunning wit and manipulative nature. His intelligence eventually led him to realize that even he was a character in a greater story (the anime Princess Tutu) giving him the ability to break the fourth wall. He uses this knowledge of tropes to manipulate situations to his benefits.

Drosselmeyer does have a bit of a weakness however in that he can't resist a good story, so he tends to let possible threats go on longer then he "should" just to see what happens.

So how would he do in other verses?

In Marvel Comics, Drosselmeyer would do....interestingly. If he stayed out of spacetime he could be a massive threat to Earth, though in the wider context of the universe, most Herald Level Entities out in the cosmos should be able to defeat him quite handily.

If he entered spacetime, he would still be a major threat given his incorporeal duplicative nature, that said he could probably be defeated by several Alpha-Level+ Metahumans like Professor X who could sense his presence and disable his mind just as an example. The more physical threats however would have be at significant disadvantage. The biggest threat of the strictly Earth based physical Heroes would likely be Hulk who is herald level and is able to resist transmutation and able to hit intangibles when angry enough.

In DC Comics, Drosselmeyer would be very slightly easier to deal with as DC Heroes even on Earth tend to have more anti-intangible options then Marvel though again Drosselmeyer would be a threat, especially if he appeared during the "New 52" era. He would likely be considered an Alpha Level threat though couldn't fight against any of the DC Comics Big Names like Clark or Diana.

In the Stanley Parable, Drosselmeyer would fair....interestingly. His power is enough to warp the entirety of the main world which is quite small though his power still pales in comparison to the Narrator who can recreate the worlds of Portal and Minecraft at will. That said while Drosselmeyer is less powerful then the Narrator, he is as versatile, could likely beat him with his plot manipulation, and is less tied down by his character flaws.

A fight between The Narrator and Drosselmeyer would be uncertain, though even if Drosselmeyer he could not beat the High Tiers of the Verse: Female Narrator and the Essence of the Divine Art

In Shamanic Princess Drosselmeyer would occupy a unique place in the tiering system, being not so strong that the Main Mages of the verse with their planetary reality-warping shields and city-level stats could not compete with, and being strong enough with his haxes that the God Tier Throne of Yord/Ascended Tiara would struggle with. As such he would be essentially an intermediate tier, being on the same level of power as most in the verse, but with the hax level of the God Tier.

In the Undertale Universe, Drosselmeyer would be a significant threat, to all but the top tiers, and his powers would fit in thematically though he would be significantly more hax then most verse. That said he would lost against any of the Top Tiers due to their DETERMINATION being able to likely override his abilities.

Ranking the Pretty Cure Main Antagonists

Pretty Cure's a large series. This is my attempt to rank all the Pretty Cure Main Antagonists from weakest to strongest. This is not including Star Twinkle since that just came out. I don't think their leader has even been introduced yet.

Oh and spoilers for Pretty Cure. As you might guess. Most of them have summoning the monsters of the week abilities, so not gonna repeat that, just assume it's granted.

15: Desperaia:
+Forcefield
+Some Energy Absorption
+Vague Level of Power

Leader of Nightmare. Wants to gain eternal youth. Easily the weakest Pretty Cure Big Bad so far. I don't think she even has an attack outside of summoning Shadows.

14: Proto-Jikochu:
+City Level
+Flight
+Dark Energy Blasts

IKR, Proto-Jikochu actually got ahead of someone, though it was just Desperaia. Anyway, while the ancient embodiment of selfishness may have a really unimpressive appearance getting utterly curpstomped, it was by Parthenon Cure Heart and while he's pretty weak generally compared to most Pretty Cure Big Bads, his physical showings in his battle like being able to create a massive distant crater which his shockwaves and surviving being slammed to Earth after being thrown into space by Parthenon Cure Heart should give him enough physical power to defeat Desperaia.

13: Boss:
+Destroyed the surface of the Earth in a few blasts
+Flight
+Energy Manipulation and Projection

Also wants to get Eternal Life. Yes! PreCure 5 and Yes! PreCure 5 Gogo! had kind of theme. Anyway, just outright stronger then Boss. Not much to say.

12: Dune
+Planetary Lifewiper+
+Gigantic
+Shot a forehead laser that destroyed part of the moon

Subconscious being created by hatred and wants to wipe out all life. Similar power range as Boss but more casual and has a higher range (inter-planetary vs planetary)

11: Pierrot
+Planet Level
+Planet Size
+Emotion Manipulation
+Planet Level Laser
+Energy Manipulation

Emperor of Bad End, the world of tragic fairy tales. Wants to lead the world to a "bad end". Just outright more powerful then Dune.

10: Goyan
+Planet Level Strength
+Tanked the Big Bang
+Energy Projection (Possibly Universal)

Was around before the universe and is annoyed that everything is so noisy and chaotic and wants things to go back to peace and quiet. Goyan is pretty much impossible for any of the other Pretty Cure Villains. That said his hax and hax resistance is pretty low. Still he could tank any of Pierrot's attacks and just punch him or blast him.

9: Noise
+Is the incarnation of sadness
+Sound Manipulation
+Planetary Range
+Petrification
+Sealing
+Absorption
+Mind Manipulation

Hates music and joy and wants to fill the world with silence. Could seal or absorb or petrify or brainwash or any combination Goyan, and there's not much Goyan can do since his punches wouldn't work as Noise is immortal so long as sadness exists meaning unless Goyan thinks to destroy the planet, he wouldn't be able to kill Noise.

8: Moebius
+Rogue Super-AI
+Inter-Dimensional Range
+Multi-Planetary Mind Manipulation
+Astral Projection and Astral Duplication

AI created to make people happy and ended up brainwashing people into mindless slaves and trying to brainwash people of every world into such. Brainwashing every person would probably eliminate their sadness as they would be mindless slaves to Moebius. In a sense defeating Noise would be Moebius's original purpose.

7: Elisio
+Planet Level
+Planetary Reality-Warping
+Planetary Existence Erasure
+Teleportation
+Brainwashing

Wants to create a void of emotion, and despises emotion. While Moebius would be a challenge for Elisio given his greater range, Elisio's void hax would keep Moebius from being able to do much to him, while Elisio would eventually get within a planetary range of Moebius and reality-warp him.

6: Red
+Large Planet Level
+Telekinesis (Moved his own Red World)
+Reality-Warping
+Can seal enemies in mirrors
+Clairvoyance
+Planetary Soul Manipulation
+Inter-Planetary Range
Evil God of the Red World and enemy of the Earth. Most of Red's assault on Elisio would struggle against void hax, that said he has much stronger range and power, and can easily just hammer him until something gets through while zipping across the planetary diameters, and could potentially just soul-rip him from just out of range.

5: George Kurai
+Stellar Level
+Planetary Time-Stopping
+Reality-Warping
+Dimensional Manipulation
+Time Travel
Leader of the Criasu Corporation, a group of time travelers who want to go back in time and "fix" every wrong thing in history to create a singular perfect timeline, not caring about the atrocities they do in the process to get it. If he errs in his battle with Red, he has a better chance of recovering via Time Travel and he possess more raw power as well as abilities as strong as him in general though Red has massively higher range.

4: Dyspear
+Planet Level
+Telekinesis (Casually moved the Earth)
+Reality-Warping
+Dimensional Manipulation and BFR
+Planetary Time-Freezing
+Can kill all lifeforms just by moving
+Brainwashing
+Can seal people in dreams

The Embodiment of Despair, wants to eliminate all hope in the universe. Easily the most versatile and hax of the Pretty Cure villains and could kill George before he has time to process there's an error, let alone being able to freeze him in time as easily as he can her. Also She has much higher range then him being planetary in general range while he is planetary in time freezing. That said there are a few Pretty Cure villains who can win just by overpowering her from outside her range.

3: Deusmast
+Stellar Level
+Absorbed the Sun
+Inter-Stellar Range
+Can create rips in dimensions
+Chaos Manipulation

The Chaos God Deusmast released of his seal. Can defeat most of the list with a single stellar blast from far outside their range. George might be harder, but his Chaos Manipulation would keep things from ever being predictable for the time manipulator and none of his powers have enough AOE to affect Deusmast while eventually Deusmast will get a few hits in. Goyan might also be tricky but Goyan's punches would do nothing and Deusmast would eventually absorb him.

2: Dark King
+Casual Stellar+ DC
+Can create holes in reality
+Dimensional Travel
+Darkness Manipulation
+Spatial Manipulation
+Can disrupt the balance of the universe, threatening it
+Inter-dimensional Range
-Slowly dying from his own power

The Emperor of the Dark Zone and the Ancient Evil. Dark King has the same level as Deusmast at least but at a more casual level able to casually destroy a star and it's planet in his rage. He can also attack from inter-dimensional range and more easily move between dimensions. His one weakness is that he is so strong his own power was slowing destroying him from the inside which is why he wanted the power of creation in the first place.

Related image

1: Baldez
+Casual Stellar+ DC
+Can create holes in reality
+Dimensional Travel
+Darkness Manipulation
+Spatial Manipulation
+Can disrupt the balance of the universe, threatening it
+Inter-dimensional Range
+Skilled Fighter

Wasn't sure initially if I should include Baldez as seperate but I decided too. Baldez is SPOILERS the spirit of Dark King reincarnated and at the end of Max Heart gains his own level of power back. He's arguably stronger then he originally was for having more combat experience and fighting stronger versions of Cure Black and Cure White.

Death Analysis: The Rose Whip Wielding, Reformed Demon Bandit, the Crafty Fox Kurama!

Once the Demon World was home to a gang of bandits, a cruel group led by their brilliant leader, the cold demon fox (Yoko) known as Kurama. However even the greatest minds eventually get played, and eventually Kurama was heavily injured by a great hunter. In desperation to escape, the nigh-helpless Kurama escaped to the human world and fused himself with a human fetus, and was born again as a human known as Shuichi Minamoto.

At first this merely acted as his disguise but his human mother cared for him, showing human emotions he had never known in the demon world and he came to love her. When his human mother fell fatally ill, Kurama took up his old role as bandit and stole the spirit world artifact The Dark Mirror, a mirror that can grant a wish at the cost of the user's life, planning to sacrifice his life of violence and cruelty to save his mother's life.

Luckily for him, the spirit detective Yusuke Urameshi had been assigned to the task of finding the stolen Dark Mirror and was so moved by Kurama's story that he voluntarily gave up some of his life energy to the Dark Mirror to help Kurama's wish, putting them both in danger but ending up saving them both. This started a great friendship between the two and Kurama would accompany Yusuke on many of his later adventures.

Yu Yu Hakusho GIF

Reiki/Yoki:
Within the Yu Yu Hakusho universe, all beings hold a unique aura of energy as unique to them as their own fingerprint or voice prints. Humans possess a form of spiritual energy called "Reiki" while Demons have a form of energy called "Yoki". Kurama as a demon reincarnated as a human has the ability to access both. There are other forms of energy but Kurama does not have the ability to utilize them.

Users of Reiki and Yoki can use their spiritual energy to enhance their physical abilities, project energy and gain several other abilities. Their energy projection is so strong as they can fight without moving as Genkai showed by throwing attackers just by opening her eyes and Younger Toguro showed at 80% power as he melted weaker entities in the vicinity with just his spiritual presence. Yoki also possess the ability to turn small objects into deadly weapons by infusing them with demon energy.

Reiki also allows for the user to interact with ghosts, which are naturally invisible and intangible. Demons in their natural state are also invisible, a normal human could not see a demon and catch them with their bare hands. Kurama exists in both over and under worlds at once which seems related. As more evidence that Reiki and Yoki users can destroy intangible entities, Hiei and Younger Toguro both casually destroyed evil spirits and it's implied Yusuke could erase the soul.

While spiritually aware entities are capable of detecting Reiki and Yoki, Kurama is proficient at hiding his Reiki to the point that at one point Kuwabara didn't even know he was there despite him being right behind him for a while.

Reiki also gives a limited ability to manipulate the elements. Koenma who is very weak was able to dissipate fire  and Kurama himself has created a smoke screen before. On a higher power level, King Enma who is A-Class in terms of Spirit Class could create an unprecedented Earthquake and cause Mt. Fuji to Erupt and a fight between two Low S-Class entities was able to create air cyclones to form as a side-effect. This is a feat of their power more so then their elemental manipulation but it does show how their power can affect the environment in ways beyond just destroying it.

Power:

Kurama was initially much weaker in his new human life then he was as a demon, that said even at his weakest point he was stronger then Gouki who could casually snap a tree. As his natural self is a demon, he's also tougher then humans just in general. Being stabbed through with a sword doesn't bother a demon very much and he survived an attack from an opponent on his level despite being heavily injured from two one on one fights just before.

While Kurama grows radically more powerful over the course of the series, the power of his base form at the end of the series is difficult to judge, that said it's likely he was at least A Class and possibly Low S Class, as A-Class and Low-S Class Demons were literally fodder in the Demon World and his power was strong enough to at least allow him to compete in the final tournament (in the anime he even fought Low-S Class Shigure in his base form). In fact through his power and intellect, Kurama became Yomi's second in command in just a year despite the Three Kings having a 500 year long statemate for control of the Demon World meaning he's likely above average in the Demon World Armies.

How powerful are those? King Enma who was A-Class was able to cause Mt. Fuji to erupt which would take gigatons of energy at least and potentially teratons of energy, and A-Class Entities are considered on par with mythological gods. In fact the A-Class Threat is considered an immediate threat to an entire country like Japan.

Low S Classes are even stronger by a large degree. In the human world the low S class Shinobu Sensui could only use a fraction of his power as it put too much stress on the planet. In the battle between the two low-s class entities Chapter Black Saga Yusuke and Shinbou Sensui, the two were able to destroy demon world mountains with just the side-effects and shockwaves of their attacks, feats calced in the gigaton to teraton range

As such it would seem clear that Kurama in his base form would be in the island to country level range by the end of the series, likely country.

Speed:

Even within the first arc of Yu Yu Hakusho, the character of Seiryu was able to launch hundreds of punches in a single second...right before being blitzed by Hiei, and Kurama becomes far far faster then Hiei was at that time. Just B Classes are able to flick air at speeds above mach 25. Their actual attack speed would likely be much faster and they can fight on par with those.

The Low S-Class Yusuke's Reigan was fast enough to travel to a distant mountain by the time it took Yusuke to fall a small distance, a feat calculated at over mach 104 and the Low S Class Shinobu Sensui was able to react and move out of the way of the attack.

Stamina:
Reiki, and likely Yomi users have far enhanced physical stamina, especially when just performing low level tasks. Even a relatively weak Reiki user is able to balance on one finger for 12 hours straight and early in the Three Kings Saga, Yusuke was able to run for 5 straight days casually.

Yoko Kurama:
Kurama's original demonic state, more combative and belligerent then his human self. Originally he could not turn into his Yoko form at will, but by the final arc, he was having to hold back the state mentally and could transform at will.

Yoko Kurama is much stronger then his base state. His spiritual presence is described as much more fearsome and was barely injured by a bomb that would have blown his base form to bits.

Yoko Kurama back before fusing with a human was an A-Class Demon and he regained his A-Class power against Sensui Shinbou. However he became even stronger by the final arc.

As mentioned above, Yoko Kurama is fast enough to blitz another S-Class Demon, Shachi. He's also implied to have shapeshifting and illusion abilities. Kurama's Yoko form gives him a limited age manipulation resistance, as if he is aged back too much he will go from being an infant in his human form into his Yoko Form, his incarnation prior.

Plant Manipulation:
Kurama's most famous mechanism of attack, Kurama will infuse a seed or a flower with Yoki turning into a deadly weapon. Merely a blade of grass of Kurama can cut steel and he can turn flower petals into a wall as sharp as blades that could cut a B-Class Demon. Kurama controls all plants, even in a Psychic's territory, the area they control.

Kurama's most famous plant weapon is his rose whip. The Rose Whip is a whip covered in rose thorns. The thorns of the Rose Whip are naturally strong enough to cut slice through metal and defeat the Stone Demon Genbu. Kurama makes the Rose Whip stronger by infusing it with his own Yoki, making it match his own strength level.

Beyond such direct attacks, Kurama's plants also have a few other uses. Even when he was barred from violence in an enemy Psychic's territory, Kurama was able to take down an enemy by using a plant that puts them to sleep before eating them. He can also summon the Tree of Wicked Thoughts which traps his enemies in a series of illusions. Kurama's plants allow for both poisons and remedies. He can also use his plants to gain flight.

Enhanced Smell:
A relatively minor power, but as the Demon Fox Kurama has an enhanced sense of smell. He was able to identify the Elder Toguro by his smell.

Mental:
Kurama's intellect is arguably his most dangerous weapon. It was his cunning mind that caused both Hiei and Yomi to seek him out as an ally, only bolstered by his hundreds of years of experience (he is confirmed to be over 1,000 years old) He does better at exams then the genius Psychic Yu Kaito. His sharp mind is good at noticing details and intuiting the plans of others such as realizing Genkai's plans well ahead of the others and intuiting Koenma's knowledge. He applies this in combat, fighting very strategically. He uses whatever resources are available, such as using his own blood from a wound to blind Hiei's mystic third eye or using the strategic scent of roses to identify Genbu's location when he was camouflaged. He was able to train 6 humans to be on the level of S-Class Demons, a completely unprecedented feat given that the spirit world had no way to deal with a single S Class Demon. And finally He beat the genius psychic Yu Kaito at his own game, tricking him into sealing his own soul away with his own taboo game by manipulating the rules (Chapter 116).

It should be noted as well that Reiki grants minor psychic abilities. It grants minor precognition such that a low level user is expected to win at rock paper scissors against a computer 2/3s the time. Reiki users can sense opponents in the dark and sense danger from demonic areas. Also possibly related though unknown exactly, Kurama has the ability to make his mind immune to mind-reading.

Weaknesses:
First things first....Kurama looks like a girl. He's sensitive about it.

More seriously, Kurama relies on a finite pool of Reiki and Yoki and can run out. Running out of Yoki reverts him to his human form and keeps him from using any more of his plants.

Also while Kurama has a relatively cool head, he can get thrown off by mentions of his mother or by sob stories.

Personality:
Kurama is outwardly cold, logical and impersonal. Kurama has the greatest devotion to his loved ones but this causes him to be manipulative to others in order to better protect the ones he cares about. He is at once the most compassionate members of Team Urameshi and also the most ruthless in their defense.

Kurama is a combination of the cold ruthless demon fox bandit he was for hundreds of years and the all too human Shuichi Minamoto who wants to look after his mother and his friends. The other demons may argue that the human world weakened him, but instead it has made more of a rose with sharp thorns, a danger more invisible for it's beauty.

Recommend Opponent:

Kurama (Yu Yu Hakusho) vs Mard Geer (Fairy Tail):
Don't know much about Fairy Tail but this was a suggested opponent by one of my friends, and it seems pretty good, assuming the two are fairly even. The two are both demonic geniuses as well as pretty-boys with the ability to manipulate plants primarily, as well as having a thematic contrast based on their relation to humanity.

Thank you very much to my friend Thor for making this next trailer, it's absolutely wonderful!

Superman is stronger then most think

Whenever a character gets downplayed (even by casuals) you see an inevitable rush eventually of people saying how a character is actually much stronger then you think and likewise when a character is wanked, you see eventually people criticizing and picking apart the evidence to bring them back down. This pendulum of power swings back and forth for any character analyzed enough, it seems growing closer and closer to an accepted midpoint until new evidence is shone on the subject matter, though given the sheer number of forums, this point can never be reached.

I think Superman right now is on the downplayed part of the pendulum swing as a response to certain shall we say high-profile few incidents of him getting wanked. People seem to think he's much weaker then his feats suggest and that despite how strong people in his own universe seem that like half of the other 6 members of the original JLA could beat him. Here are some misconceptions about how strong Superman is.

1: Power
You look on reddit and Superman is generally considered planetary level, or maybe a bit above that and while that is dipping on one end of the spectrum, few people take into account how powerful Superman is. Even with Rebirth I often say that he's universe level due to the fact that Pre-Crisis is now canon again but I feel that doesn't really do the Man of Steel justice. Let's look at his feats.

Superman, in one of his most famous Pre-Crisis feats pushed against the force of the Big Bang as well as destroyed a structure that survived the event.

How is that any different from universe level? My imaginary audience thinks to me. Here's the thing though. The Big Bang does not need to be just universe level if it has feats above that. While it CREATED the universe sure, different verses have it do other things as well. And the universe created by the DC Big Bang was MASSIVE, totaling over 100 trillion light years. As Rebirth has both Pre-Crisis and Post-Crisis canon these two events should both be relevant. However the observable universe is only 93 billion light years long. Since that means the DC universe is over 10,000 times larger in diameter, it's three-dimensional volume is gonna be over 1.2 BILLION times the volume of the observable universe.

The other universal feats used for Pre-Crisis Superman are similarly casual. Darklord Maaldor feat? He created a universe merely by dying. Pre-Crisis Supergirl fought a universal reality-warper capable of controlling all the forces of the universe which should also be above baseline universal and almost killed a weaker version of the Anti-Monitor who even by that point was casually destroying universes.

Is Superman outright multiversal? I don't think so at the moment, but I think his pre-crisis feats demonstrate that he is above baseline universal.

2: Speed
I don't know why this is but a lot of the times the comparison being made in terms of speed is Superman and The Flash, which just not a fair comparison. Even there I don't think Superman does as badly as people seem to think.

First off scaling between DC Heroes is harder then you'd think because they tend to hold back for one reason or another, meaning directly scaling Superman to Flash or Flash to Superman is difficult since both hold back. In terms of direct feats however Flash is much faster. While that makes it seem like a cut and dry case, I think the specifics make it not as giant a difference as it seems.

Basically what it seems to me is Restrained Flash>Restrained Superman and Unrestrained Flash>Unrestrained Superman HOWEVER...Unrestained Superman>Restrained Flash and that is a really big deal.

Most people by now know of Flash's big cosmic gamblers feat, ie one of the fastest speed feats ever calculated at a whopping ~2.375e43 c. Some people will say "Wally was using external help at the time so the speed doesn't apply to him." There are several points people are missing about it though, namely this was during the time Wally was afraid of going too fast or getting sucked into the speedforce like Barry did. The feat while massive is never stated to have broken the speedforce barrier which is very important, and it's very likely in the context of the story's timeline placement that he wouldn't since he was completely afraid of entering the speedforce.

Image result for Trans-time velocity

At most he broke the Time Barrier which is much less then the speedforce barrier. Scaling Superman to this does not mean he is as fast as Wally because Wally by now is MUCH faster then this.

So does Superman scale to this? I would say yes.

In terms of Pre-Crisis, Superman has actually broken the speedforce barrier before

though unlike with Barry and Wally it was very difficult.

Recently DC has released the following ranking of the top 10 fastest speedsters

Considering how close Superman is in position to the Two Flashes, and being faster then characters described as being nearly as fast as the Flashs (Cheetah) or has made them push their limits (Black Racer) I think it's pretty consistent to say he's supposed to be that fast.

3: Hax
Common misconception is that Superman is merely a brick, no potent abilities, just raw power.

While Superman isn't the most hax character in fiction, he does have his own fair arsenal similar to a lot of the other JL Members.

Both his heat vision and his freeze breath have been shown to work on intangible enemies. He was also able to destroy an illusion by shouting

His heat vision or static electricity can affect spacetime as can merely his punches. If he can distort spacetime, that could be quite deadly in a no-holds barred fight as it could potentially displace an opponent's vital organs in space.

And what I think is his most powerful ability, his ability to erase a being from existence by equaling out their quantum strings with his voice, including the abstract entity Darkseid

And this is not even counting some of his other abilities that aren't really haxes or his counters to many haxes.

So yeah he's not say a Green Lantern or a Herald of Galactus in terms of versatility and number of haxes but he's not a complete brick either.

4: Intelligence
One of Superman's most underused powers. Superman has a lot of intelligence feats that show he is a massive supergenius. He can build a robot capable of planning millions of chess moves in a moment and then beat it in chess, learn a mermaid's strange language just by hearing it once, made a machine that granted people super powers and so on. Though his greatest intelligence feat is being able to compete intellectually with Brainiac, one of them being able to process information equal to many galaxies.

In combat that would be an immense advantage, able to plan out every potential scenario, every way in which a fight could turn out based on what action the user takes and choosing the optimal one.

Superman's intelligence is quite a strong advantage against most enemies that is even remotely fair for him.

TLDR: Superman...he's pretty strong.

How they Compare: Eris (Saint Seiya)

Of all the deities opposing the Good Goddess Athena governing human wisdom and civilization, none are said to be as malevolent as spiteful and sadistic Eris, the Goddess of Chaos and Discord. In her disdain for Athena she has come to threaten humanity on multiple occasions.

Eris as a Saint Seiya Goddess is very powerful!

Eris is the abstraction of discord, and so long as strife and conflict exist, she can reappear any number of times. Chaos is her natural domain. It is noted that with her apple of discord she can cause discord and strife amount people.

Her sheer power was so great that even in a weakened state she was able to put up a fight against Gold Saint Scorpio Milo and when she was sealed away by Athena at the edge of the universe, she was able to call evil souls to her from across the universe to strength and free her.

She is likely at least as strong as her brothers Thanatos and Hypnos who were so powerful that they were able to casually defeat the 5 Hades Arc Bronze Saints, and was strong enough to resurrect the evil half of Gemini Saga and strengthen him further, and he still serves her. This is rather notable as Gemini Saga's attack power with the Galaxian Explosion was so great as to be superior to the Starlight Extinction of Aries Mu which destroyed the universe of the Titan Iapetus.

Indeed given their fight it seems Eris is nearly as strong as the Goddess Athena herself. Athena was able to fight with limited success the Heavenly Emperor Hades who was able to casually maintain 3 universe sized dimensions with his divine cosmo.

In addition Eris should easily be as fast or faster as Capricorn Shura with the power of miracles, when he exceeded the initial inflation speed of the Big Bang requiring speeds of dozens of septillions of times the speed of light.

Though beyond sheer power, Eris has many other advantages.

As a Goddess Eris has control over the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th senses. The 6th sense known as mind is properly sapience but also when mastered gives abilities like telepathy, aura reading, teleportation, telekinesis, pre-cognition, astral projection and so forth. The 7th Sense grants the ability to perform miracles, acts which warp reality as well can replace any of the lower senses should they be disabled. The 8th sense grants control over life and death, such that one can live and maintain one's senses in the Underworld and can come back to life at will. Finally the 9th sense grants godhood, including powers like immortality and abstract existence.

In addition to all these Eris has more powers. She has incredible soul manipulation, able to call evil souls to her while sealed at the edge of the universe. She has the ability to destroy or manipulate matter and energy down to the atomic scale. As a Goddess, any non-divine attack launched at her will be reflected upon the user, and her presence passively disables the lower 6 senses.

Eris also has control over creation and destruction. She can at will create her dryads, her servants, or create bodies for disembodied souls and can also destroy opponents, erasing them from existence including on the astral plane.

She also has resistance to a large variety of abilities including time manipulation on a universal scale, atomic scale matter-energy manipulation, colds somehow even lower then absolute zero.

And with all that it is said that Eris' greatest strength is her cunning and manipulative nature. She is very good at sowing discord and discontent.

So how much discord could she cause in other universes.

In Marvel Comics, Eris would be roughly on par with a Cosmic Cube Level Entities. While her maximum power might be slightly higher then theirs, she would be very similar and have similar levels of versatility. Her abstract nature would also make her very difficult to defeat. Using her stronger abilities she might be able to beat a Celestial Level Entity one on one, though such is more speculative.

In DC Comics Eris would be a massive threat to the Earth, even Pre-Crisis or Rebirth, and not even major powerhouses like Hal Jordan or Doctor Fate would be likely to beat her one on one, though it is possible. Especially if she is subtle in her approach it would be very difficult to beat her, though if she is uncovered an assault by a large number of forces similar to her would probably defeat her.

In the Digimon multiverse, Eris would be similarly a large threat but not a potential verse-soloer. She would be very similar both in powerset and power level to one of the Seven Digital Demon Lords which can rapidly destroy Zones the size of universes. While that would be very strong, there would be still a number of high tier Digimon stronger then her.

In the Pokemon Multiverse, Eris would be near the top, and be able to defeat any of the 3; Palkia, Dialgia or Giratina in a one on one fight, however it would be difficult for her to defeat multiple at once and she still would likely not defeat Arceus in a direct fight.

In the Serial Experiments Lain Universe, Eris would be potentially able to solo, as she would be comparable in a fight to Lain herself, who by the end is the top tier. Though Eris would have vast difficult trying to actually effect or hurt Lain, the same would be true in reverse and the two would potentially stalemate for a long time.

I actually don't know much about the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy verse, but I was informed by someone who was knowledgeable on it then it's version of Eris would be comparable to the Saint Seiya Eris, which was surprising.
