Low-Low Tier:
The level of normal
humans in the real world and generally in these verses.
That said it should be
noted that “normal” humans in these worlds can be stronger then real world
humans. I am a humanist and greatly enjoy depictions of normal people are competent
and noble as opposed to treating the human condition with scorn and disrespect.
Some examples of above “peak
human” humanity in these verses: In Sailor Moon normal human Amano was capable of moving fast enough to make afterimages and humanity will eventually become like the
people of the moon under the rule of Neo-Queen Serenity, the moon people capable
of surviving and living on the surface of the planets of our star system and fly
between the moon and earth under their own power (the humans of the ancient age
even were capable of killing these moon people). In Magicka mankind is capable
of warring with the goblin and orc tribes, despite the great strength of the orc
tribe. In many of these verses certain humans are born with spiritual talents
like Watanuki of CLAMP who can see and communicate with spirits and in other
worlds like Cephiro where all is determined by will there is warriors capable
of incredible feats like evaporating stone with merely the air pressure of
their sword swings. In the God of War verse, Icarus who is not even a warrior
is capable of smashing through stone without serious injury and another
non-warrior Aletheia was able to fall hundreds of meters and get crushed by
debris and live briefly, and actual human warriors were able to content briefly
with actual monsters of the verse like minotaurs and the manticore. In
Undertale humans are capable of unbridled amounts of DETERMINATION capable of superhuman
feats and the power of 7 human SOULS is capable of making a monster like a god.
In DC Comics humans have latent godwave potential and the dreams of 1,000
humans are capable of reality-warping a universe.
Low to Mid-Low Tier:
The Bridge between the
levels of humans and powerful superhumans capable of threatening nations or the
world. Low to Mid-Low Tiers are superhuman but could potentially lose to a well-equipped
human or small group of humans
DNA Enhanced Humans from
Tokyo Mew Mew would be here, given their ability to turn into animals and the
displayed ability to move faster then normal humans can react
Weaker Panther Claw Agents
would be here due to being due to their superhuman physical capacities and
their general unique special ability
D Class YYH Entities
would also be here including spiritually gifted humans and lesser demons still
capable of destroying parts of their surroundings
The Golden Age Heroes
from Freedom Force would likely be here given that the Blackjack was able to
move faster then the eye can see, they are armed (two of them at least) with modern
weapons, and they can fight and outmuscle Kill-a-Rillas which are Gorillas.
Mid-Low Tier:
Those here are capable of
fighting ancient armies, either by being too fast to hit or by being too
physically durable for the ancient weapons to hurt.
The Stronger Panther Claw
Agents and Cutey Honey herself would be here due to be fast enough to bullet-time,
capable of destroying small buildings and having several abilities.
C Class Demons from YYH
would be here from their ability to casually destroy platforms and their
ability to launch hundreds of punches a second as well as tending to have
ranged powers
Relatively weak monsters
from Undertale would likely be here given that that all monsters can attack the
SOUL of humans and they can survive inside Hotland an area so hot that cups are
evaporated in seconds.
The Lesser Monsters from
God of War would be here regularly having physical feats in at least the
building range and with faster ones ranging from hypersonic to sub-relativistic
in personal feats.
Various beings in Hell in
the Divine Comedy would be here. The shades can survive an eternity in a river
of boiling blood and the archer shots of the centaurs inflict greater damage then
even this. Giants exist there, the size of towers, as well as furies that
torment the damned and a gorgon.
Cosmo Users from Saint
Seiya in general would be here at least, given their ability to control and
destroy the atom releasing at least island levels of energy in a relatively
small space. The Steel Saints would also likely be here.
In DC Comics this would
likely be the place of The Amazons and the Atlanteans, the Atlanteans capable
of surviving the depths of the ocean, the Amazons capable of waging war against
modern armies with ancient tech and be successful, the two having gone to war
against each other before as well. This is also about the level of the lower
street tiers and the local hero. Lex Luthor without any amps regularly trains
and spars with his Amazon Bodyguards, Joker and Lex were physically about equal,
etc.
In Sailor Moon this would
be about the place of the general alien races including the Mautians who are
known for their great wisdom and can fly between the Earth and the Moon under
their own power, the people of Coronis capable of affecting spirits and for flying
between dimensions, and the aforementioned moon people capable of surviving in
very harsh extra-planetary surroundings.
Mid to High-Low Tier:
This is a similar sub-tier
to the previous one but is generally a far more dangerous one, with more
dangerous abilities and capable of fighting modern armies. The creatures here are
potential threats to a modern civilization.
The Beast from over the
Garden Wall would likely be here. His raw power would only really rank in the last
tier, a portion of his power turning a dog into a building destroying wolf, he
has dangerous abilities of controlling darkness and weather as well as
manipulating the minds of others
Most of the characters
from Princess Tutu would likely rank here given their ability to affect large
areas of land, and with often hax abilities like putting people to sleep. One
of them is River, a living river at least a kilometer deep who can drown large
amounts of people at once.
Most Ghosts from Panty
and Stocking with Garterbelt would likely be here given a relatively weak one
was a giant sewage monster the size of a building, and they have the ability to
possess matter make them difficult to put down
Even Third Sphere Angels
and Demons from Bayonetta should be here given their celestial/infernal
weapons, their ability to travel at mhs speed and turn invisible and intangible
as well as their myriad other abilities assorted among their ranks
The Weaker Heroes of
Freedom Force would be around here, given their ability to react to the Bullet
who was described as fast as lightning, and they easily scale to Worker Ants 3
of whom created a building size tunnel as well as their general assortment of
abilities.
High Level Warriors and
General Magicians from CLAMP would probably be around here. Master Swordsman
Lafarga with the wind pressure of his blade vaporized stone, a large building level
feat, and Alcyione the Ice Mage of Cephiro has building level ice manipulation
feats. Both scale to the Magic Knights being able to react to and tag the
Lightning Element Inouva and pilot the FTL Rune Gods at close range.
Basic Wizards from
Magicka would likely be at least in this range given they can react to each
other’s lightning mana in the “Wizard Wars” and can likely replicate to a
lesser extent the Player Wizards freezing lava with their cold magic, a feat
calculated to require tens of tons of tnt worth of energy, though they lack the
more complex spells of the greater wizards. Stronger Monster and Lesser Bosses
would likely be in this range as well.
Assorted Youma and Dark
Agency Members from Sailor Moon would be here as they were far stronger then
the Mautians Luna and Artemis (even the weakest Dark Agency member DeVleene
could maintain the existence of a whole building with her power) and often had
potent energy-draining and mind control, often mind controlling whole cities
and countries alone, not to mention their stealth and subterfuge.
High-Low Tier:
Imminent Threat to a Type
1 or Developing Type 1 Civilization. Would require nucleur weaponry at least to
defeat them. Town to City Level
The Prince and Princess
Tier from Princess Tutu would be here given their ability to contend with Raven
the size of a city and holding a desert dimension inside it, as well as their
various reality-shifting abilities.
The Mages from Shamanic
Princess would likely be here, as they were able to contend briefly with a
Holding Back Yord who could still casually create city-size inter-dimensional
portals and create forest sized dimensions while holding back.
Top-Low Tier:
Can rapidly destroy a Type
1 or Developing Type 1 Civilization.
I believe the Countries
from Axis Powers Hetalia might be here though it is a bit strange as they are
the abstract personifications of their countries.
Metroid Low Tiers would
be here as Zero Suit Samus was able to survive an impact on Zebes yielding kilotons
due to Zebes intense gravity many low tier entites can attain massive speed while
under the heavy gravity of many Metroid worlds as well as generally having haxes
The Mew Mews and the
Aliens from Tokyo Mew Mew would be here as they scale to a casual strike from
Deep Blue vaporizing multiple city blocks, the Mew Mews with Mew Aqua were
capable of breaking a city-sized dome the military could not break with a
single burst, and the Aliens of similar speed were capable of quickly flying
back and forth between their spaceship orbiting Earth and the Earth itself
The Anarchy Sisters and
the Daemon Sisters from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt are likely here at least
given they can casually run around the Earth, destroy cities and have insane good
and bad luck auras in general
B-Class Demons in YYH should
likely be at least here given their hypersonic+ speed and their ability to
rapidly destroy towns as well as often having powerful abilities
Low Tier Ghosts from
Danny Phantom would likely be here given how Ghosts can move comparable to lightning,
become invisible and intangible, and can scale to the hundreds of tons of tnt
range
Xiaolin Warriors and Heylin Warriors from Xiaolin Showdown are likely here at least, giving that the warriors have shown to be able to race the Serpent’s tail which was easily able to fly to the center of the Earth briefly and can put up a fight against massive threats like Mala Mala Jong and Evil Dojo who destroyed Atlantis with his attack, as well as having often access to powerful abilities via the Sheng Gong Wu.
Base Heroes and Most
Vertexes from Yuki Yuna is a Hero would be at least here given a single low
level Vertex could tank all the weapons of modern weaponry and the Heroes
regularly fend off invasions of Vertexes, the Heroes also having a lot of
resistances via their automatic fairies resistance.
The stronger monsters of
the Underground in Undertale are potentially here if you take the animations
displayed on the astral plane as representive of physical things, as it would
suggest they would likely reach mhs and town level capabilities as well as
often having minor absolute manipulation abilities.
Most Puella Magi and
Witches from Puella Magi Madoka Magicka would be here given the Witches ability
to maintain dimensions of this size and the Puella Magi regularly defeating
them, as well as a versatile powerset and a few scattered mhs feats.
The Stronger Superheroes
and Supervillains from Freedom Force would likely be here given that the Shadow
who could shake the ground from far below was still a low tier supervillainess,
and Nulceur Winter lowered the temperature so a Cuban town had snow in Summer
passively, and the God Pan was able to move a whole island with his godly power
and the Heroes defeated them. They also can at least react to the Bullet who
can move at the speed of lightning.
High Level Mages and Strong
Spirits from CLAMP would at least be this strong given that Guru Clef with a
single magic blast was able to create a magical explosion capable of reaching
the clouds and Zagato was able to make a mecha through his sheer will along
with the numerous city level feats from the Clow Spirits most notably Fiery
evaporating the snow of an entire town in one quick burst.
City Scale DC Comics Hero
and Villains would likely be here, due to feats like Deathstroke’s multi-city
block feat and melting a submarine, various relatively local crisis capable of threatening
cities and lightning timing feats.
Bronze Saints from Saint
Seiya would likely be in this tier given they can control the atom enough to
easily create dozens to hundreds of punches a second each with island level
force behind it, and can replicate the power of natural disasters as well as the
ability of their unique cosmo or cloth.
Low-Mid Tier:
From the Low Tiers we
move to the Mid-Tiers where the characters are capable of rapid terraforming
and threatening inter-planetary civilizations. Low-mid tiers are generally only
as strong in dc/durability as Top-Low Tier, but have Relativistic to FTL capabilities
and so assuming they can fly they can threaten life on nearby worlds
Generally Low Tier and
Amateur Pretty Cure and their enemies would be here. Episode 2 Zakenna absorbed
the energy of a city, zakenna can create storms, milky rose created a
multi-city block level crater with a casual punch, and a relatively
inexperienced Cure Marine saved Cure Blossom from a flash of light from a
camera
Most Low Tier Villains from
PPG would be here scaling from the Amoeba Boys who are the weakest villains who were
able to match an extremely early PPG in speed who in the same episode flew the
Ameoba boys at 50c and when they were merely a few days old flew at 1.2c. They
also scale to Amoeba Boys durability able to briefly survive the heat of the Sun.
The Heavenly Kings and
similar level characters from Sailor Moon would be here at least as they scale scale
to Usagi’s ultrasonic crying which threatened to destroy Jadeite’s entire dimension
and easily scale to pre-awakening Minako flying to Venus at ftl speeds. They also
possess relatively hax abilities for their tier.
Low to Mid-Mid Tier:
Planetary Scale Fighters.
Massively Hypersonic Sub-Planetary to Planet Level.
Deep Blue from Tokyo Mew
Mew would be here and is sort of the character to beat, being able to blitz the
MHS Kish in a weaker form, being able to tank planetary characters and being
able to produce planet level attacks with the sole drawback that his planet
level attack requires a bit of charge and his normal attack is only in the
kiloton range.
A and S Class Fighters
from YYH would be here, given their ability to destroy whole nations, Yomi even
shaking a whole country with just the rumbling of his stomach and their power
causing too much stress for the human world, causing massive destruction even
in the stronger demon world. Their speed is also MHS as when training for the
dark tournament Yusuke knocked dozens of demons all the way to the horizon and could
outpace that speed.
High Tier Ghosts from
Danny Phantom would classify as being here given that Vortex made a highly intense
across the entire Earth, radically altering the weather pattern and how they
can move comparable to lighting and can react to their own ghost rays which can
move at the speed of light. The verse is also very strong in term of hax.
Second and First Sphere
Angels and their Demon counterparts from Bayonetta would most likely be here.
They are MHS scaling from Bayonetta. Second Sphere Angel Urbane can destroy an
entire civilization with a swing of it’s arm, and First Sphere Angel Gracious
and Glorious are capable of destroying the entire surface of Earth with just a
fraction of it’s power. They also have standard Bayonetta celestial powers of
invisibility, intangibility, cross-dimensional travel and so on.
Mankai Form Heroes and
the strongest Vertex from Yuki Yuna is a Hero is likely here given the Leo
Vertex’s soul was the size of the moon and Yuna in Mankai was able to easily
traverse it’s diameter quickly and was able to destroy easily despite it being
her first time in Mankai.
Strongest Non-God Level
Puella Magi and Witches from Puella Magi Madoka would likely be here given that
Walpuginacht could eventually stop the rotation of the Earth itself and weaker
timeline Kriemhild Gretchens could absorb the Earth into her barrier.
Silver Saint level
entities from Saint Seiya would be at least here considering they are far above
Bronze Saints, can produce teraton level energy, have such fine control of
atoms as to turn a nuclear power plant into a planetary threat and can move
comparable to lightning.
The strongest wizards and
the top level bosses from Magicka would likely be here. While the Wizards raw
damage output is much lower, their shields can block the attacks of Assatur who
destroy the world of Midgard, and Cthulhu who can casually destroy the world
and they have a variety of haxes that would allow them to fight the entities on
this level. The other top tier bosses would also be in a similar place like Death
and Fafnir who is comparable to Assatur and Cthulhu and Grimnir and Chosen
Child who are essentially stronger versions of the Player Wizards.
Mid-Mid Tier:
Inter-Planetary Fighter.
FTL Sub-Planetary to Planetary Fighters
Planetary Scale Heroes
from DC Comics would probably be at least here, like generic new god warriors
given Lightray who is the New God speedster and not a particularly physical
powerhouse AFAIK has a feat of shattering a planetoid by flying into it and was
fine. I would consider heroes like Blue Beetle and Booster Gold to be at this
level (though Booster is a bit odd in that regard since his durability is much
higher then his attack power)
Lesser Gods and The
Pillar of Cephiro from CLAMP would classify as here, as the Pillar can perform
feats such as controlling the nature of a planet with their prayers and
maintain a planetary-wide forcefield against inter-dimensional invasion as well
as fight at ftl speeds like other MKR High Tiers.
Mid Tier Pretty Cure,
most pretty cure by the end of their season as well as the main villains are
generally around here examples being Pretty Cure GoGo’s villain Boss destroying
Earth’s surface in a few blasts, Heartcatch Pretty Cure being able to defeat villains
that can destroy the Earth’s surface as well and can create an infinite silhouette
that is planetary sized who destroyed a villain who destroyed a large part of
the moon with his laser, Smile PreCure overpowering Emperor Pierrot’s
Earth-Destroying Laser, etc. They also all should scale to early Cure Marine’s
ftl feat.
God of War Lesser Deities
should likely be here based on Demeter causing the global scale winter and
spring based on her emotions and on Persephone battling with Chains of Olympus
Kratos who was able to overpower Cyclops who built the planetoid-sized Mt Olympus
with only simple tools as well as the basilisk that ate Cyclops and 10 years
earlier had defeated the Furies who were able to reality-warp a dimension large
enough at least to contain an entire sea. Powerful monstrous entities like the
Furies would be around here as well, and the Demigods like Theseus and Perseus
should also be here at least given they were able to contend with God of War 2
Kratos who despite not using the power of hope to the fullest yet should be no
weaker then he was in Chains of Olympus over a decade earlier. They also would all
easily scale to the lightspeed of the “Twins” of Castor and Pollux.
Mid to High-Mid Tier:
MFTL Sub-Planetary to Planetary
Fighters.
God Tier Yugioh Monsters
would likely be here, as it’s referenced that Giant Soldier of Stone destroyed
the moon, the monster Divine Dragon Ragnarok is said to be able to sink the
world beneath the sea, the Egyptian Gods are said to be able to remake the
world into a work of darkness, Ra was able to turn night into day and enshroud
the world in darkness, they should not be much weaker if it all to Sun-Eater
who eats the sun in some unknown ways and was of considerable size compared to
it, and so forth. They also easily scale to Deep Eyes White Dragon flew to Earth
from another star system in 10 seconds.
Metroid Higher Tiers
would also likely be here as they scale to Gorea rapidly destroying a galactic
civilization and there are a variety of sub-planetary to planetary feats in
Metroid up to things like planet level energy collisions, surviving a
collapsing planetary dimension, fusing with and beating a planet of phazon, and
so forth. There is a strong amount of haxes in the verse.
High-Mid Tier:
Solar System Threat, capable
of fodderizing planetaries and destroying large planets.
Any Reality Gauntlet User
from Danny Phantom who knows the activation code for it would be at least here,
as it allows for stellar level reality-warping, however it doesn’t seem to boost speed
or durability meaning it can’t prevent a speedblitz, though given range it
would allow for the defeat of anyone in midtier.
Yord from Shamanic
Princess would be here. It’s a pseudo-abstract that can warp reality on a
planetary to potentially inter-planetary range, was maintaining a distant
planet with ease and was implied to have manipulated a species to go from one
planet to another planet. Most planetaries would struggle to hurt it.
Wudai Warrior and Heylin
Demon Tier Characters from Xiaolin Showdown would likely be here. Chase Young with
a single slice severed the Earth into two halves moving apart at massively
hypersonic speed, and he views the Shen Gong Wu as toys including the Lunar
Locket capable of moving the moon at relativistic speed and the Shard of
Lightning which allows for lightspeed movement and at the end of series Wudai
Warrior Raimundo was able to fight and beat Chase Young as well as at least 2
other fighters on his level at the same time.
Top-Mid Tier:
Nearing the level of Low-High
Tier, Top-Mid Tier is the Sub-Stellar Tier, below the Stellars.
Unsealed Wuya and
Grandmasher Dashi from Xiaolin Showdown would be here. Unsealed Wuya awakening
caused an eclipse and she was able to warp the surface of the Sun and was above
the Heylin Demons. Grandmaster Dashi defeated her, he also has feats of
creating the Shen Gong Wu with small portions of power including the lunar locket
which can move the moon at relativistic speeds, the shard of lightning which
allows for lightspeed movement and the fancy feet which allows for movement
faster then any other thing, and a vast variety of haxes which he could
theoretically summon at any time as he has displayed at will matter creation.
Low-High Tier:
The Start of the Stellar
Classification. FTL Stellar.
High Tier Pretty Cure and
the Veterans in the Pretty Cure Team-up Movies would likely be here, based on
scaling to the feats of Dark King destroying a star in his rage and Deusmast
absorbing the star he was imprisoned within. Even tiny parts of Dark Kings, the
Dark Seeds were capable of easily traveling between worlds.
Top Tier Angels, Demons, Lumen
Sages and Umbra Witches, including the titular Bayonetta from Bayonetta would
likely be here given their ability to casually traverse the star system and Jubileus
who Bayonneta was able to defeat with the aid of Jeanne, was able to violently explode
any planet in the star system releasing stellar levels of energies.
The Princess Tier in
Sailor Moon, and the level of fully awoken senshi in the first and second arc
as well as the villains equaling them would be here, as when Usagi first turned
into Princess Serenity she released energy mistaken for a supernova, and which
even Beryl was shocked at despite knowing that the silver crystal could easily
blow apart a star. They are also easily ftl scaling to Hotaru in her civilian
form casually flying from Earth to Charon Castle orbiting Pluto in seconds at
most.
Amateur Seventh Sense Users
from Saint Seiya would also be here, given the Seventh Sense gives the user the
ability to active the power of miracles and do the impossible, including
traveling at lightspeed and destroying stars with their fists.
Low to Mid-High Tier:
The Higher degree of
Stellar Classification, MFTL Stellar Level Entities.
Judgement from Panty and
Stocking with Garterbelt if she indeed create the constellation would be here as she
also moved from Heaven to Earth very quickly and P&S Heaven is outside the
universe.
The Top Tiers from PPG
would be here, as HIM was able to maintain a chalk dimension capable of
containing it’s own star as well as reversed the earth with low stellar energies
with a casual flick of his hand, and the cast likely has at least partial
scaling to Monkey who towed an entire star system, and the PPG are capable of
moving at comparable speed to the vehicles of Mojo Jojo implied to be able to traverse
the universe as well as having broken the time barrier, an mftl feat in the
context of the superfriends show that seems to be mutually canon with PPG.
The New 52 Kryptonians and
similar level entity should likely be here as Superman flew from the edge of
the Universe to Earth at trillions of times the speed of light, and there are a
variety of stellar level feats for beings at the level such as both New 52
Superman and New 52 Cyborg Superman being unbothered by supernova, New 52
Superman surviving a black hole, and New 52 Wonder Woman knocking around New 52
Apollo the Sun itself with her strength.
Anyone at least as strong
as beginning of game Amaterasu from Okami would have to be at this level as
near the beginning of the game Amaterasu is able to create a star in a distant
star system with merely a dab of her celestial brush and yet she still has to
put in some effort to defeat the first group of imps.
The Perfected Daimon from
Sailor Moon would be here though they are stronger in raw power then most in
this category and slower then most of them. They scale to Sailor Moon and
Sailor Chibi-Moon’s destruction of Nemesis, a Black Hole stated to have the
capacity to enclose the star system and whose explosion in the sky was larger than
the Sun despite happening at the edge of the star system. They are also MFTL
though to a bit of a lesser degree, they scale to the Weaver stars being capable
of traveling thousands of lightyears every year, likely in one day, as the
Weaver Stars were not a match for Chibi-Moon who is generally the weakest of
the third arc senshi while the Perfected Daimon were stronger then the Guardian
Senshi. They also scale to Prince Demande suggesting he would conquer every
world within the lifespan of a normal human.
Mid-High Tier:
This is the start of the
Galactic Classification for the FTL to Lower Degree MFTL Galactics
The Primordials, Titans,
and 3 of the Big 6 Olympians (Ares, Athena and Helios) would be here, as Ares
created his own galactic sized dimension while Helios was regularly able to
defeat Nyx, the primordial of the night sky containing many stars within her. Athena
is likely comparable to them as she was able to push back the Blade of Olympus
wielded by God of War Kratos and she did not stop Ares from attacking Athens not
because she could not, but because she was barred from warring with the other
gods by Zeus implying without said barring she could potentially have stopped
him. Given the sheer size of the Primordials, they are likely mftl via sheed
size, and via Helios defeating Nyx this speed likely scales, all of them being
at least far above the FTL lower tiers. It is possible these are at universe
level, I am considering the evidence for this.
Super Sailor Senshi Tier
Entities from Sailor Moon would be here, as Pharaoh 90 was able to easily move
his own galaxy the Tau Nebula at mftl speeds, and yet when Usagi first
transformed into Super Sailor Moon he was afraid of her power and said it was
tens of thousands of times stronger then his own at it’s peak. They also scale
to the movement of the Tau Nebula potentially and if not to the aforementioned
speed feats of the weaver stars and of Prince Demande.
Mid to High-High Tier:
Higher Degree MFTL Galactics,
generally capable of easily traveling the universe (requiring speeds trillions
to quadrillions of times the speed of light)
General High Tiers of
Wander over Yonder would place at least here, giving speed feats at putting
them at quadrillions of times the speed of light and with Wander being able to
plug a galaxy-busting black hole with just his finger.
The Top Tiers of Okami
would be at least here (though the sequal I hear upgraded them). Even mid-game
Amaterasu was able to use casual wind brush power to spin the whirlpool galaxy
at 69 trillion times the speed of light. By end game Yami the main villain was
able to casually shake the constellations and knock Amaterasu through all of
them destroying them.
This is the level of the
Post-Crisis Kryptonians and those on their level from what I can tell. Superman
was able to absorb enough anti-sunlight to destroy half a galaxy, Ares was able
to grow to be the as large as entities whose hands dwarfed star systems and
Wonder Woman was able to fight comparable to him, The Green Lantern Corp stopped
a galaxy busting bomb, and one of them grew larger then a galaxy. They also easily
scale to the casual Quadrillions of times lightspeed Green Lantern feat.
Low Tier Gold Saints
would be at least here, as Taurus Aldebaran a low tier gold saint lifted the celestial
firmament containing many stars with one hand and later destroyed it with his
special technique. Even Low Tier Gold Saints are casually faster then Hebe who
moved millions of times the speed of light casually and when they are trying
should be at least on the level of Sanctuary Arc Andromeda Shun’s chains which
crossed an entire universe in seconds a speed feat requiring speeds of
quadrillions of times lightspeed.
High-High Tier:
Universal Level Powers Begin
Here. This is for the general physical universal threats
The Shinju from Yuki Yuna
is a Hero would qualify as its power was able to maintain it’s barrier against
the Universal Heavenly Deities that wished to destroy it.
Mrs Myrtle and the
Celestial being from Wander over Yonder would be here, as the former was clearly
stronger then the main cast and could destroy the universe if she wanted and
the latter was a reality-warping being capable of granting power greater then
any other entity to conquer the universe.
The Top Tiers of
Yu-gi-oh! Would be here as Zorc was originally stated to be the creator of all
darkness and both would be above boosted Blue-Eyes White Dragon said in the prequel
manga to Dark Side of Dimensions to be capable of lightning up an infinite
dimension as well as that movie having the power of prana capable of maintaining
a separate dimension
The Strongest Gods,
Titans, Giants, and Primordials from God of War would likely be here scaling
from how Uranus’ death created the universe. Cronos was stronger then and
overthrew his father Uranus, and Hades overpowered Cronos when he was in a
weaker state.
High Level Magicians and
High Level Spirits from CLAMP should be at least here, given that the 3 Mashin,
powerful spirits were able to compete with the power of Mokona who could create
whole universes, and how the Magician Fay was able to collapse one of the
dimensions, which are implied to be whole universes by usage.
Eternal Sailor Senshi
Tier (and similar ranks of Sailor Animamate and Sailor Starlight) from Sailor
Moon would be at least here as Eternal Sailor Moon’s first attack was powerful
enough to destroy Queen Nehelenia who was maintaining a dark mirror universe
until her death, and in the last arc Usagi was able to tank power more then she’d
ever felt, which would scale to every Eternal Sailor Senshi.
Mid Tier Gold Saints from
Saint Seiya would rank here, as Aries Mu’s special attack Starlight Extinction was
able to destroy the dimension created by Dimension Iapetus called it’s own
alternate universe. While the Mid Tier Gold Saints aren’t physically universal
level it would seem, they are universal threats with their special attacks not
to mention are very very fast, as Capricorn Shura was able to slice the Big
Bang in half a speed feat requiring at least sextillions of times the speed of
light.
The Angels of the Divine
Comedy are hard to rank as they are transcendent beings outside physical
existence able to survive the energy of God causing the motion of the physical
universe, meaning they have durability on at least this level, as well as existence
on a transcendent level as a being of actus pure (pure actuality).
Top-High Tier:
Universal+ Level, beings
above Universal that can attack the cosmos on a plane of existence about the
physical.
Akuma Homura would be
here. She reality warped an entire universe and is far above the universal
threat Kriemhild Gretchen as Kriemhild’s barrier only encompassed the Earth
while Homura’s encompassed the universe. She was able to usurp the power of the
abstract Madoka and seal away her memories.
The Top Tiers Asriel,
Frisk and Chara of Undertale would likely be here. Omega Flowey, a weaker form
of the same entity as Asriel, and Chara both displayed the ability to end the
game and arguably the universe. Chara is described as a form of abstract and
Asriel has been shown to affect the game mechanics before. Frisk depending on
the amount of DETERMINATION is on the same tier as them.
The Narrators from The Stanley
Parable are arguably here as they can warp the reality of the game. Some argue
that the SP game universe is very small so they shouldn’t be considered
universal but I disagree on the basis that The Narrators have displayed the
ability to load up and control other game “universes” in-universe including the
Portal Universe in the same size universe as Half-Life which is clearly the
size of a real universe and the Minecraft Universe which while heavily stylized
doesn’t seem to have a different size to the real universe. They can alter
reality on a level beyond the physical as demonstrated when The main Narrator reformed
the universe from the game demo to the main game, when they caused Stanley to
go mad and when they applied filters and perception to Stanley.
Base Zeus and Kratos
before releasing the power of hope would likely be here as they can both affect
abstracts and are far above the other universals in the game, arguably
multiversal based on retroactive scaling to the Norse Pantheon.
The Dimension Scale Gods
of CLAMP such as the destroyer god of Ashura-oh that could destroy reality or
Mokona the innocent creator god would be here as they can casually destroy or
create dimensions including the laws controlling them.
The Power of the Strongest
Sailor Crystals; the Legendary Silver Crystal, the Golden Crystal of Elysion,
the Saphir Crystal of Destruction and the Malefic Black Crystal would count here
as they possess the ability to warp all of space and time, and are comparable
to the Silver Crystal’s ability to create a new universe, as well they
generally have the ability to affect the immaterial; such as threatening Chaos,
granting wishes, entering dreams and so on. The Chaos-Spawn and the Gods would
also likely be here at their maximum states.
Low-God Tier:
Universal+ to Low Multiversal
that are also versatile with a bunch of powerful abilities. Can fodderize
universals.
The Annoying Dog from
Undetale is possibly here, as it is far above the rest of the UT verse and
created it by barking into a text to speech device and is likely the source of
the UT-verse’s abilities.
The Essence of Divine Art
from The Stanley Parable is probably here as he was transcendent of the rest of
the timelines and exists in all of them and was vastly stronger then at least
the male narrator, possibly the female narrator as well, as she was within the
game.
Fear Zeus and Power of
Hope Kratos from God of War is likely here as they are much stronger then Base
Zeus and God of War 3 Kratos as Fear Zeus killed Base God of War 3 Kratos berween
his two fingers. Presumably the two also possess the same abilities as their
weaker forms. Fear Zeus is confirmed as an abstract being.
Kami Madoka would be here
as she is an abstract entity outside spacetime, a fraction of her power was capable
of reality warping a universe, able to duplicate herself at least thousands of times
with a single shot of her arrow.
The Highest Level Magicians
as well as the Nothing/the Hope from CLAMP are hard to classify as they have
multiversal level reality-warping magic and can resist multiversal level magic
but are physically much weaker. Also, they’re on the slower side speedwise though
their abilities can help against superior speed I would put them here as I
think Usagi Tsukino and Sakura Kinomoto is very even.
Speaking of which Users
of the Lambda Power as well as Chaos from Sailor Moon I would put here,
including Usagi due to the Lambda Power being able to restore the cosmos and both
the Lambda Power and Chaos having a large amount of dangerous abilities.
I would put Pre-Crisis
Kryptonian level entities here as they Pre-Crisis Supergirl was able to fight
against Blackstarr who had control over every aspect of the universe, and they
have universal+ level physical stats as well as speeds powerful enough to break
the bounds of infinity.
From Saint Seiya I would put Minor Gods, God
Saints, and High Tier Gold Saints here as they scale to universal feats physically
like Saga surviving an attack that overpowered his own Galaxian Explosion
(stronger then Starlight Extinction), Hades Arc Shiryu’s being strong enough to
tip the balance of a battle between two Athena Exclamation far stronger then 2
Big Bangs, Seiya in the Poseidon Arc destroying the Mainstay Pillar of Poseidon
which could survive the destruction of the universe, Virgo Shaka and Virgo
Shijima have Universal Level Techniques and so forth, Also, as Minor Gods are still
abstract entities and the strongest saints can fight these, this shows they can
fight on the abstract plane, as well as having generally very strong abilities.
God from the Divine
Comedy would also be here, as his passive presence was the source of the
universe and of all motion in the universe, as well as transcendent by
everything within it. Divine Comedy God even defines all the abstract concepts
of the universe.
Low to Mid-God Tier:
Really an intermediate
tier of Low Multiversal+ Level Entities capable of creating Low-Godly beings to
aid them and casually destroying several universals or casually defeating universals+
or low multiverse’s
In Saint Seiya this would
be the tier of most of the Titans and Olympians like Athena, capable of giving
power to the Saints far beyond their normal capacity, or for the titans casually
creating their own personal universes at will.
In DC Comics this would
be the tier of the Emotional-Electromagnetic Entities like Parallel or Ion or
similar level beings, who casually defeat Time Trapper who controlled several
temporal realities at once and abstract beings of the energies of various
emotions. This would also be the level of the original Monitor and the Base Anti-Monitor.
Mid-God Tier:
Multiversal Level entities
who could gradually affect infinite universes.
In Saint Seiya this would
be the Tier of the Heavenly Emperors like Hades and Poseidon whose presence can
overwhelm the entire universe with this entire cosmo passively and also
passively maintain the existence of several universal sized dimensions and
whose power is enough to be at least considerable to Zeus, supreme lord of the
multiverse.
In DC Comics this would
be the Tier of the lords of the dimensions like Trigon Lord of Hell, whose
power was far above those of his sons who can easily sit in the nexus where
millions of realities collide and is an abstract force of evil in the multiverse.
Mid to High-Godly Tier:
Infinite Physical Power, Full
Multiversal Level Entities
In Freedom Force Peak
Time Master would be here, this would be him at the end of Freedom Force 1
before his own sheer power started to overload him, and in Freedom Force 2
where he mentioned after gaining control of the Fifth Dimension that he was at
once at his weakest point in one timeline and his strongest in another. Time
Master was powerful enough to stop the Celestial Clock creating all time and
change in infinite timestreams. Entropy would also be here as in her enraged
state she was powerful enough to subdue Time Master at the end of FF 2. Energy
X would also be here as it is the source of both of their powers. It should be noted
that these are the peaks of these 3 and they arguably can be defeated by
entities much lower generally.
In Saint Seiya this would
be the level of the powerful primordial entities, the great monster Typhon, the
king of the Titans Cronos and the king of the Olympians Zeus. The Primordial
Chronos was all time past present and future yet his titan son Cronos was capable
of rapidly threatening him. Zeus is currently the strongest SS entity.
In DC Comics this would
be the tier of the Powerful Sphere of the Gods level beings like Darkseid whose
presence was destroying the infinite multiverse. This would be the level of
Peak Anti-Monitor who had enough power to destroy the entire positive matter multiverse
and of Mr Mxyzptlk who could play with the infinite multiverse like a toy.
High-Godly Tier:
This is the level of
Metafictional Beings beyond the conceptual realm.
In DC Comics this would
be the level of the Monitor Sphere and it’s inhabitants up to and including
beings like Mandrakk and Cosmic Armor Superman who created an evolving hyper-story
so they could even interact.
Top-Godly Tier:
This is the level of the strongest
entities in fiction.
In DC Comics this would
be noted as the entities capable of surviving the Overvoid which quickly erased
Mandrakk, entities like The Endless and beings superior to even them.
