Krios is a character from Age of Mythology. Technically speaking the character is not actually Krios, Advisor of Atlantis, but killed him and pretended to be him. Because his true name, if he has one is non-existent he is either referred as Krios or "Kronny" which a fan nickname.
Krios is the will of the Titan Kronos locked up in Tartarus. He was projected by Kronos into the realm of the living to aid in his plan to escape. As a mental being, it is highly difficult to kill Krios for good. With his wings, he has the ability to fly, even between the worlds of death and living, and can also teleport.
Krios' main power is his shapeshifting, which is how he was able to impersonate Krios the adviser. In combat he can turn into "myth units" gaining their abilities at will. In these forms his abilities should be identical to the creatures he has transformed in or superior. So let's go over some of his more...helpful forms.
Behemoth form is described as being as tall as a mountain and twice as long. Likewise Kraken Form can be mistaken for a chain of islands. This suggests that Krios' physical strength and durability can rise to at least island level. Of course he can also gain logia intangibility by turning into the Servant Form described to be made of water and will. His ultimate DC can rise above island level. His Levitathan Form has a powerful fire-breath which can boil the ocean, requiring continent level energy.
His forms can also attain high velocity. He can take the form of one of Odin's ravens, Thought and Memory, which constantly fly around the world to tell Odin everything that is happening. Likewise he can transform into the Monkey King who can move at "lightning speed". This strongly suggests that Krios is Massively Hypersonic in terms of speed. In terms of movement he can also turn into a Qilin which can walk on clouds, as well as bestow good luck and prosperity.
Krios has A LOT of potential alternate forms of attack. In his Wadjet form he can create poison spit and in his Argus form he can create a acid blob strong enough to dissolve any human who runs across in seconds. He can immobilize enemies by freezing them with his Frost Giant Form or turning them to stone with his Medusa Form. As a Jiangshi he can drain the lifeforce of his enemy, or can induce madness in them as a Lampades. He also has the very dangerous Mummy form which can feed off enemy emotions and can release a black cloud of insects and death which induces death on his enemies and resurrects them as a zombie minion. Circumstantially he can also ward off evil spirits as a Pixiu.
Krios has a few other notable abilities. As the Stympalian Bird he has birdlike senses of sight and hearing, and as a Salamander he has tremor sense. He can divine the future in his Troll Form. He can also turn into a phoenix to auto-resurrect upon death.
So now that we know how strong he is, how would he do in other verses?
In DC Comics, Krios would be about as strong as an upper-end Titan Member in the New 52 and to a lesser extent Post-Crisis Continuity. While his variety of abilities would be heavily dangerous he would have to rely very highly on his stealth and manipulation or would be quickly defeated by any number of powerful flying bricks in the verse.
In Marvel Comics, Krios would be considered a Champion Level Entity. He would be far above the street levels due to raw physical power and haxes but would only be able to fight any planetary level entity through his hax variety and would be solidly outclassed by any Omega Level Mutant who would comparable to superior power but superior versatility to Krios.
In the Riordan-verse, Krios would be comparable to the Demigod Children of the Big Three Olympians; Zeus, Poseidon and Hades. Examples would be Thalia Grace, Percy Jackson, and Nico Di Angelo who have casual city level feats and can perform feats like lifting the sky for brief times and survive volcanic eruptions at point blank, although even they would have to fear his Leviathan's Fire-Breath. He would also be....appropriately enough as strong as the Avatars of the Titans like Kronos who are on comparable levels of power.
In the SMITE-verse, Krios would be somewhere comparable to most of the lesser gods who are generally somewhere in the sub-planetary scale. He would be slower then the verse but would be able to compensate with a wider variety of abilities. That said if he were to go against a greater god he would be utterly doomed.
In Highschool DxD, another series which borrows heavily from mythology, Krios would be comparable to the high tier entities in the verse like Lucifer. With his cunning, shapeshifting and manipulation, Krios could become a major threat to the verse. That said in a direct fight he could easily get overwhelmed by a few high-end fighters from the verse at once.
In the Saint Seiya, Krios would likely approximately similar in power to Bronze and Silver Saints. While they have a greater degree of hax, he has a greater amount of haxes and abilities as well as far greater speed to any Bronze or Silver not burning their cosmo. With his manipulation it is possible be could pull something similar to the Sanctuary Arc but with the Lower Degree Saints. That said should he have to fight someone who had awoken to the 7th Sense or higher and he would be doomed.
