Ok pretty simple idea, but just wanted to explore it quickly; rating my favorite verses in terms of who has the strongest hypothetical peak human.
This is specifically a human with no external aid; no technology, no magic (that is not available to all humans in verse), no external power sources, no metahuman mutations. Simply a human who has peak human stats in all categories (including physical and mental like skill and intelligence) and whatever abilities can be granted by training really hard.
Going to be classifying all 32 quickly though each section should be pretty short.
Unclassifiable: Wander over Yonder
There's literally no humans ever seen in verse. While presumably they exist there is literally no way to tell how strong they would be relatively speaking.
NGL the next 5 were easily the hardest to decide because the humans in verse lack any feats of note making it extremely hard to figure out the order. Take the order of the bottom 5 as basically just a guess.
31: Commedia
No particullarly special feats for humans. Was written hundreds of years ago where people were on average slightly shorter so figured it would be at the weakest due to reach and slight mass.
30: Shamanic Princess
The only normal humans seen in series are Tiara's classmates who have no notable feats. It's not even confirmed that normal humans have capacity to reach enlightenment and fuse with Yord as Tiara did since she is a mage from mage world. That said is a modern verse so would likely be slightly superior in reach and mass.
29: Cardcaptor Sakura
All feats for humans are for magic-users which not all humans can do. That said Tomoyo has shown a degree of intuition that was praised by Clow Reed and seems to transcend the normal human level for our verse, which is legit enough to be a tie breaker with SP
28: Axis Powers Hetalia
Pretty much the same physically since the series focuses almost entirely on anthromohpic countries but the APH-verse humans are used to the countries violent warring including the annual bloodbaths, so they are probably more used to violence and perhaps a bit more desensitivied to it.
27: Yuki Yuna is a Hero
Takes place in the future in a small isolated community after the destruction of most of the world suggesting that if current trends hold the people might be slightly bigger and healthier from future tech and/or possibly more efficient in their thought from having to survive with less resources? Yes it's a huge stretch but it's the best I could do to decide between people who have no feats.
Now we can get onto the verses that actually have feats for normal humans
26: Tokyo Mew Mew
Normal humans don't have any special physical stats but Ryou Shirogane was able to create advanced technology showing a super intellect suggesting a TMM verse Peak Human has a superhuman intellect
25: Cutie Honey
Pretty similar to TMM except Honey's father has arguably better intelligence feats then Ryou since he created from scratch a device that could change the air particles to practically anything while Ryou was partially adapting the alien's technology.
24: Stanley Parable
Only two humans ever appear in the series (Stanley and Mariella) one of them only appearing for seconds, so I have to judge by Stanley who survived a long fall requiring superhuman, possibly wall level durability. Though he can't run or jump (literally an achivement called "you can't jump"). While CH Peak Human could possibly outwit using this, SP Peak Human would probably take majority.
23: Over the Garden Wall
Debatable based on if you think you can use the Woodsman using his axe to threaten The Beast, and if you think so might be higher. Outside of that, Wirt and Greg have subsonic speed feats which should be enough to avoid and wear down SP Peak Human or otherwise incapacitate via environment.
22: xxxHolic
Watanuki has comical joke feats of moving fast enough to blurry speed (subsonic) and also of surviving long distances which would be superhuman in durability. I can't allow magic but this should be strong enough to beat OTGW Peak Human via similar speed and more durability
21: Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt
If you use Garterbelt's physical stats then obviously much higher but I think God's curse gave Garterbelt too long a time to get stronger to consider. P&S humans have moved faster then eye comically, Briefs was punched through stone and normal cops survived a massive car pile up. That's a more caroonishl high feat of durability then xxxholic-verse and likely also scales to attack potency. Plus the verse is much more prone to violence and desensitized.
20: Yu-Gi-Oh!
Jonouchi and Yuya both have feats of beating real world peak humans as well as subsonic and wall level+ feats like recovering from being struck by lightning or being smashed into wall structures. Yugioh Peak Human also has MHS reaction speed from Labyrinth Duelists reacting to lightning moving through water. Similar stats but better reaction to speed to P&S Peak Human
19: Ouran High School Host Club
Tamaki, who is physically the weakest or closest to it of the male hosts has comical faster then eye feats and feat of being slammed into a wall, and Honey and Mori are massively stronger. They also have superhuman skill feats of fighting numerous armed bodyguards on their level which would give hem edge in fighing skill.
18: Freedom Force
Golden Age Heroes without energy x beat genetically modified gorillas (Kill-a-Rillas) and Blackjack has a faster then the eye feat. Similar speed and stats but higher intelligence (superintelligence) as well as possibly MHS reflexes based on humans being able to react to Bullet who moves at the speed of lightning.
17: Bayonetta
Luka has survived being thrown through multiple stone pillars which is a higher degree of wall level, a wall level+ feat then any of the wall level feats before. Not quite as fast confirmed but still low superhuman.
16: Metroid
Scaling to Zero Suit Samus is wrong since she was genetically modified by the Chozo. That said, they can survive and even tank planets with 960x Earth gravity requiring wall+ level energy being tanked as well as would push them to near sound speed.
15: Puella Magi Madoka Magicka
Mostly comes from Tamura, the comedic Madoka series. Entering Witches barriers without being invited taking energy equivalent to wall level+ energies and humans can do it. In addition there is superintelligence enough to create power armor, robots, and Madoka's healing skill to revive from DEATH without magic. Superintelligence and healing would give a win against slightly stronger Metroid Peak Human
14: God of War
God of War humanity is much stronger able to survive on a much more massive planet and being larger then us. Weak Humans can tank being smashed through stone walls and briefly survive falling hundreds of meters. They range up to low building level like 4 Spartans pulling done a giant stone statue of Ares, or possibly higher as Last Spartan making it up the Temple of the Fates. They can also fire arrows at near supersonic speeds. This plus their incredible fighting skill suggests that it would defeat PMMM Peak Human
13: Magic Knight Rayearth
Using Cephiro Humans, which should be valid as Cephiro is an alternate universe, similar to using alternate versions of humans, the strongest without magic was Lafarga who could create nigh city-block attacks from a distance with just the sheer shockwave of his blows and scales to subsonic to supersonic speeds from Ascot. Raw stats win over GOW Peak Human.
12: Princess Tutu
Possibly impossible to rate since the whole thing takes place in Drosselmeyer's story which explains strange feats, but assuming you allow that as that is normal for verse humans, the Prince fought the Raven who dwarfs a town to a standstill and the dancing of the humans or anyone in verse that is good enough can warp reality. Assuming peak human reality-warping is at least comparable to Princess Tutu's, this is enough to even warp reality on a town scale.
11: Magicka
The novel speaks of human barbarian tribes who can physically kill Magicka Wizards, scaling to their Hypersonic speeds and Multi-City Block Stats. This isn't quite as strong as Princess Tutu Peak Human but is much faster then it's vague subsonic speed meaning that a Magicka Peak Human should be able to blitz and just slash at them over and over until they die.
10: Danny Phantom
Danny Phantom humans use technology to fight ghosts but it seems more based on negating the ghosts advantages of intangibility and invisibility and they seem to be able to compare to low tier ghosts, who scale in turn to Episode 1 Danny making a multi-city block crater and season 1 Danny lightning-timing. DP verse Peak Human also has supergenius intellect able to create missiles able to destroy whole universe sized areas made of ectoplasm and other super advanced equipment.
9: Sailor Moon
Sailor Moon Peak Human is basically Pre-Golden Crystal Tuxedo Kamen who scales to Sailor Moon accidentally threatening a dimension calced at least to kiloton range (this is a lowball admittingly) and was able to avoid Fully Awoken Sailor Venus's attack which scales to Pre-Awakening Minako traveling to Venus at faster then light speeds and possibly to Weaver Stars traveling to Earth at dozens of times the speed of light. Also supergenius intellect scaling from Professor Tomoe creating the daimon and other inventions. Sheer speed suggests SM Peak Human speedblitzes DP Peak Human
8: The Powerpuff Girls
Humans survived via toonforce a missile that devastated the city of townsville and scale to Amoeba Bros physically who are joke villains relying strictly on abilities who matched the speeds of the PPG in the pilot where they could travel to the Sun at 50c and in the film at a few days old the PPG traveled to Earth at 1.2c. Scaling to Professor Utonium gives supergenius intellect. SM vs PPG Peak Human is actually really balanced and while SM Peak Human has the protection of the Silver Crystal giving agelessness, the ability to survive in space, and possibly flight, I think PPG Peak Human is just smarter. While humans tend to act smarter in SM then PPG, and while both Tomoe and Utonium created advanced beings (the daimons/the ppg, mojo) Professor Tomoe has invented nothing else comparable outside of the dimension thing in the Mugen Elevator (which may have been the work of the daimons) and it's implied part of his great hybrid of human and daimon was because of the daimons' help. Utonium on the other hand also created Dynamo, a time machine and more showing a more generalized intellect.
7: Yu Yu Hakusho
Basically Sensui. Not as fast or as intelligent as PPG Peak Human, but country level stats from training of natural human reiki means can tank all attacks and can one-shot
6: Pretty Cure
Basically Criasu Corporation who scale to planet level based on Pretty Cure scaling to Elisio's planetary reality warping and also lightning timing as well as having superintelligence (created time travel and time freeze devices)
5: Xiaolin Showdown
As the Xiaolin use chi it seems like you could basically just use Grandmaster Dashi the top tier. Scales to Wuya's casual low stellar feat of shaping the Sun's surface which is consistent with being significantly stronger then large planet level beings. Also scales to faster then the Showdown Transitions which can take far into space quickly requiring hundreds of times the speed of light. Also has creation and mystical reality-warping from chi and has Jack's superintelligence.
4: Okami
Powerful humans are stronger then beginning of game Amaterasu who could casually with a single dab of her celestial paint brush create a star in a distant star system at millions of times the speed of light. While XS Peak Human could maybe beat Okami peak human with prep time using superintelligence and hax abilities, Okami Peak Human blitzes in a no prep fight.
3: DC Comics
Karate Kid, the godly skilled being who can fight galactic level pre-crisis superboy and post-crisis kryptonians as well as scales to quadrillions of times lightspeed movement and possibly much higher reaction speed (can tag Superboy Pre-Crisis). Plus Lex Luthor Level intelligence which is powerful enough to basically just mind hax someone by speaking. More powerful, more hax, faster, smarter
2: Undertale
Scales to Peak Frisk who could fight Universal Entities like God Flowey or Asriel Dreemur and can reform their soul from the sheer power of DETERMINATION. Determination also gives other abilities like creation as well as SAVE and LOAD. Speed's a bit lower, but power is so much higher and while mind hax is dangerous, I think UT Peak Human would win via hax, particularly godly regen.
1: Saint Seiya
Kinda cheating tbh, as humanity uses cosmo to make them like them gods, giving them cosmic stats surpassing anyone else here as well as a variety of abilities including atomization of the soul which would stop Load from working. Strongest human normally would probably be Pegasus Tenma who matched Hades himself, though Pegasus Seiya briefly attained higher in Overture Movie. If you stretch you can even use the Gods here, as the Gods were humans who awoke the 9th sense and became the Gods for all eternity, retroactively giving them histories as gods, but as it changed their nature from human to god I don't count it. But yeah, Low Multiversal scaling from Hades maintaining 3 universes, speeds septillions or higher above the speed of light, atomization, hitting non-physical entities, reviving from death, reality-warping, etc.

How they compare: Punie-chan (Dai Mahou Touge)
In another dimension is the kingdom of "Magical Land". There the crown princess Punie-chan is sent to live a year on Earth as a test to become the queen of Magical Land. However unlike most magical girls with a similar premise, Magical Land is actually a Fascist Empire and Punie-chan despite her cute looks is really a sadistic psychopath who plans to eventually add Earth to her magical empire as the queen.
Punie-chan lives out a year on the planet Earth, living as a normal school age girl, but when she needs to she can invoke her magic wand with her magical incantation "Lyrical Tokarev, Kill Them All!" and perform her magic to...usually the detriment to all around her.
Punie-chan is very physically capable to the point to the point that with her magic sealed she ran up the arm of a dark god and snapped his finger, which had previously tanked creating a punch that shattered the ground and ripped through a nearby building as a consequence. The dark god then recogized Punie-chan and ran away in fear.
Punie-chan is durable enough that when her twin little sisters who seek to assassinate her for the throne amped themselves and punched Punie-chan into the nearby school destroying it, she continued to fight just fine. Even when she was younger she could survive numerous blows capable of shattering her bones hitting her skull.
She is also able to superleap fast enough to escape a massive pit trap that was created to kill her and leap up onto the arm of a dark god summoned to kill her.
As might be expected, Punie-chan's most notable ability is her magic. Her magic seems to include general all purpose reality warping or at the very least being able to heavily modify matter and space, as well as large scale summoning. To help out one of her classmates on a date she modified the rides with her magic to be scarier, including causing a roller coaster to go so high as to reach the clouds and turning the inside of a haunted mansion into an entire city.
She can grand animacy to things as she did to an entire army of vegetables commanding them to kill her schoolyard bullies and has summoning abilities able to summon up not just a city but also a giant squid monster larger then buildings. It is strongly implied she conjured up off screen horses, spears and guns for her cavalry.
She is probably most well known for what she calls her "cuteness charm" though I'm not clear if this is actual magic or literally just her being so cute in-universe that it acts like a form of mindhax but her presence is cute enough to cause dozens of boys at her school to adore her as super cute even as she is commanding a vegetable army to kill people and was even able to make them gun down their fellow classmates for the sake of winning the school sports festival. Her vegetable army is also so loyal to her that they will willingly kill themselves or allow themselves to be turned into curry for her will.
She can travel through dimensions and even was able to bring one of her classmates with her to show her magical land showing she can dimensionally bfr.
She also one time, afraid of failing a math exam, summoned a magical nuclear device capable of blowing up everything in 1 ASTRONOMICAL UNIT requiring energy comparable to a supernova.
Punie-chan is actually very skilled in "princess submission holds" which involves grappling with an enemy and pinning them down before painfully and sadistically break each joint of their body. Her "princess headlock" was even successful against an opponent whose joints can spin 360 degrees. Her skill is enough to successfully fight master fighters like Captain Paya Livingston, who was a grizzled war veteran, in hand to hand and as mentioned before defeated a dark gob by jumping on his arm, running up it and snapping one of his fingers, making him run away in fear.
Punie-chan is very manipulative, able to easily pit her twin sisters against each other and is also very aware of cute witch tropes and during a dramatic love confession mouthed the appropriate lines from a distance as they were being said. She is very good at avoiding traps due to a lifetime of dodging assassination attempts and has also memorized her multiplication tables!
She doesn't have much in the way of weaknesses outside of being not very good at math. The one notable thing is that her speed isn't actually notably higher then a normal humans outside of leaping speed. This has notably given her particular trouble fighting numerous opponents on her relative level at once, as demonstrated when her two little sisters amped themselves and almost beat her. She has beaten numerous opponents before, but only when they were signifigantly physically weaker then her, meaning abilities like summoning and duplication would probably be relatively strong.
Name: Punie-chan, Magical Princess Punie-chan, Punie Tanaka
Origin: Magical Witch Punie-chan
Classification: Cute Witch, Magical Princess from another dimension, Sadistic psychopath
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman strength and durability, magic, spatial manipulation/reality-warping/summoning (city scale), can summon a magical nuclear device capable of wiping out everything in an astronomical unit, animacy, mind hax (Cuteness charm, can control dozens of people at once at least), Inter-Dimensional Travel/Dimensional BFR, is a skilled and intelligent fighter
Weaknesses: Not good at fighting multiple enemies at once, math
Destructive Capacity: Building level physically, likely city level with magic, large star level with magical nuclear device
Range: City. Inter-Dimensional with teleportation
Speed: Athletic Human, superhuman leaping speed
Durability: Building level
Stamina: Unknown
Standard Equipment: Magic Wand (can summon at any time)
Intelligence: Good manipulator and skilled fighter, aware of cute witch tropes
So how would she do in other verses?
In the DC/Marvel universes Punie-chan would do relatively similar. That is for the most part not great. Her lack of speed and only really street tier power means in terms of raw power means any decent street tier could defeat her physically. That said her magic could threaten a large number of more characters, especially if she uses cuteness charm hax. That said any serious Marvel Psychic or DC Mage should be able to stop her. The Psychics would have better resistance to her charm but the Mages would have better way of countering dimensional abilities. Even if she tried to use her bomb the strongest superheroes could easily stop it. In DC it would basically be the end of Superman: Red Son again. Overall she'd be a lower bound street tier threat with magic hax that could threaten into the meta tiers.
Master Blasters who made the Magic Knight Rayearth anime also did Dai Mahou Touge so how would Punie-chan do in Cephiro.
Physically speaking Punie would be roughly comparable to the monsters that sprung up around Cephiro when the Pillar's heart was overtaken being roughly building level, below the strongest fighters of the verse like Lafarga by a good margin meaning she could be taken out early. If she is not however she would rapidly become a massive threat like a minor pillar given her powerful reality warping, amplified by the fact that in Cephiro one's will rules all and Punie has a high willpower, able to fight through numerous blows to the head each strong to break her bones. If she can get into contact with certain key figures of the surrouding figures of worlds near Cephiro like Princess Aska of Fahren or Tatra of Chizeta her manipulation and cuteness charm would allow her to quickly become a threat to the whole of Cephiro and the surronding worlds. Fortunately the Magic Knights willpower is strong enough to resist mindhax and reality-warping on a level surpassing even Punie-chan.
Comparing Punie-chan from the darkest cute witch series vs the characters from Ojamajo Doremi, the brightest cute witch series, Punie would be paradoxically a bottom tier fodder and a god level top tier threat.
On the one hand, Punie's cuteness charm and manipulation would be very effective in Doremi and they would have no idea at first of her insidious psychopathic internal nature. She could very well one-shot the verse with a giant magical nuclear device. Her reality-warping would be strong for the verse.
On the other hand, her power would be below the witch's assistants let alone actual witches as even a witch assistants could turn into a Pseudo-Gundam. Also characters are constantly together and using friendship and teamwork and Punie struggles fighting multiple enemies at once.
She could solo the verse casually or get completely negged in the very first encounter, depending on starting info, her motivation and her mindset.
In another bright cute witch series, Akazukin Chacha, Punie would do interestingly. She would be above all the general fairy tale monsters and youkai of the verse but well below the great wizard Seravy or the evil witch Dorothy or the Devil King who would have easily conjured the magical world if it was not for Seravy.
In a fight between her and Chacha herself.....so Chacha should win fairly easily on paper due to higher stats and versatility, but Punie is a much better magician then Chacha who often comically messes up spell (for instance conjuring something that sounds like what she was trying to summon). Punie would probably win 8/9 out of 10 times with Chacha winning pretty much due to luckily getting her spells right or her spells going wrong in a way that doesn't advantage her. To put it another way, both Punie and Chacha are meant to be comically overpowered compared to normal humans but Punie is also comically competent to be menacing while Chacha is comically incompetent to be funny.
So Sugar Sugar Rune is a magical girl series about witches from Monster World meant to be a playful subversion of normal mg villains being inter-dimensional emotional energy manipulators. How would they do against another darker magical girl inversion with a cute witch being psychopathic instead of innocent.
Punie-chan would fit in really well as a mid to high tier magic user in the Sugar Sugar Rune World. They have direct feats that are building scale for attack potency like Rockin Robin affecting a building and turning it into two buildings each half the size of the original and a powerful Ogre creating an entire beach with reality warping. They can even match her level of emotional manipulation with top tiers being able to steal the hearts (emotional states) of dozens of humans at once.
Punie chan wouldn't be able the top tiers who have feats like flying between Earth and Moon over 3,000 times or 7 powerful mages creating a whole universe that said against most mages she'd do pretty well, the two being able to match in most categories. She would have a really fair fight against Chocolate or Vanilla unless she gets into melee range which in fair would not be often given their flight.
Hilariously enough, Monster World views cuteness to be unattractive and ugly but scariness to be cute and attractive meaning Punie-chan's cuteness charm and normal manipulation would be completely ineffective but when she switches to her scarier serious mode she would be seen as adorable and attractive.

No the DCEU has not been abandoned
So the recent Death Battle has tried to make a snide jab at the DCEU saying that DC has abandoned it which is both completely unfounded and also reeks of their sheer lack of professionalism.
So there's two things to consider here: let us consider the factual nature of the statement first. This is not the case and very easily demonstrable.
Let's go over the very basics first. DC Comics if you look at their official website advertises Birds of Prey almost immediatly. Birds of Prey is the official 8th film in the DCEU and a spin off to the third film Suicide Squad. This is at the same time they are negotiating contracts with the main actors of the DCEU and are producing a novelization of the WW1984 film. What I'm trying to say is, DC cares a lot about their films.
The big controversy with Justice League was that Synder was taken off mid-production and Whedon was put on mid-production. This was done mostly due to scare tactics influencing DC higher ups. If DC didn't care about that, they wouldn't have done anything.
Also DC has a continual to make more films. Regardless of your feelings towards their quality, they actually made a combined $1,600,000,000 when the closest rival MCU in their first five films made $1,300,000,000 adjusted for inflation despite far nicer treatment from critics. Point being it's very profitable, especially given the amount of recent DCEU merchandise that DC and Warner Bros wants to sell.
This is clearly not factual.
More importantly it's so petty and unprofessional. I don't like Protege or Synnar yet I didn't mention anything about that when I made a death prediction with those characters. It's a juvilne tactic to create relatability that doens't address the poitns you are trying to talk about.
And the thing is, this isn't the first time DB has done this. I think back to Ragna vs Sol where they burn the script to BlazBlue because they couldn't understand it. Like regardless of what you feel about a series quality, why should that matter when trying to talk about it's nature in a versus debate. The very first thing that a person should learn in a versus debate is that this is not a contest of popularity, how good a series is, doesn't matter. You are just trying to figure out who would win, not which character people want to win.
I may watch more DB eps via secondary sources but I'm not watching it directly from them anymore because this is a pattern of behavior, an unwillingness to act mature about a debate. Yes the debate topic is juvenile, who'd win in a fight. But in a debate you try and elevate the debate I feel instead of making childish jabs.

Commedia Tier List
Just for a quick fun thing I made. There's a pretty massive jump between some of the tiers both in terms of feats and in terms of how powerful the verse makes them out to be which I tried to reflect.
God Tier:
God
MASSIVE GAP. No one in the entire verse is remotely relative both in terms of feats and internal scaling
Mary
Hypothetical Peak Satan
Seraphim
Cherubim
Beatrice?
Thrones
Dominions
Virtues
Powers
Principalities
Archangels
Angels
Fortuna (Potentially)
Dante Post-Ascension?
Satan (Fallen)
Giants
Geryon
High Tier 2:
Vergil
Malabranche/Malacoda
Demons
Cereberus
Medusa
Minotaur
Centaurs
Harpies
Erichtho
Souls (Purgatory)
Phylegas/Charon
Damned Souls in Inferno
GAP
Normal Humans
Unknown:
The Three Beasts?
Some Notes:
-God is obviously the God Tier. Reguarly regarded by all the other characters as all-powerful, causes all motion, energy and time in the universe with his presence and created all matter and all the other most powerful characters with implied not much effort.
-The characters that have ascended are tier 1.
-Mary vs Peak Satan is impossible to know. We know that the internal ranks of the Ascended Souls of Humans in Angels and the 9 Ranks of Angels mirror each other. Satan was known to be highest of the ranks of Angels before falling, but Mary has better concrete "feats" of holiness of personally appealing to God to allow Dante to see his face, something none of the Angels certainly would have been able to do. She is also called the "Queen of Heaven" for what it's worth, by all the angels though I don't know how much of a showing this is.
-The Ascended characters are mostly ranked by the ranking of the Angels Dante himself gives which is a reflection of their closeness to God which grants their level of power and abilities.
-Fortuna is the concept of Luck and controls all luck though it's unclear if she exists or is merely an analogy that is being made.
-Dante after his ascension was able to see God directly and clearly could see the Ascended world of actus purus that the Angels and Ascended souls exist in, suggesting he has ascended to the same level though it's hard to say exactly where he would place.
-The intermediate characters are characters clearly stronger then the lower bound superhuman feats of the Tier 2s but are clearly far below the Ascended.
-Vergil defeated Cereberus clearly, Cereberus implied to be some form of demon.
-The Demons are the ones who command the monsters of Inferno including the Malabranche and Malacoda.
-The various Monsters of Mid Tier 2, I ranked just based on who I think would win between them. Erichtho's only feat was controlling Vergil in the past as a Necromancer. The Harpies were fast and had wings and could probably dive bomb her. The Centaurs were skilled archers and could shoot down the Harpies. The Minotaur was supposed to be a very powerful guard. Medusa could turn them to stone.
-Not sure where the Three Beasts would be. If taken strictly literally they would be above basic humans and that's it, but if taken as concepts as they are clearly implied to be (for the three types of sins) they should be much higher, either below Satan (for he represents evil) or below Fortuna (as she has better "feats" of conceptual manipulation and of a much more potent type controlling luck instead of one of the three types of sins.

An "amusing" trend
How strong is:
Sailor Moon:
Imp: Universal
VS Battles Wiki: Multiversal
DC Comics (Pre-Crisis Kryptonians and people who scale):
Imp: Universal
VS Battles Wiki: Multiversal
Madoka Magicka:
Imp: Universal
VS Battles Wiki: Multiversal
Pretty Cure:
Imp: Universal
VS Battles Wiki: Currently in discussion for being Multiversal
Why do I get the feeling that if vs batles wiki did Clamp Profiles theye would up listing who I consider universal as Multiversal entities (I can even see the logic, Fei Wang Reed is multiversal because him changing a fundamental law was collapsing the multiverse and he planned to recreate it (after gaining Sakura's power), Yuuko scales to him because the two fought and Mokona's power was impressive to Yuuko and just for good measure Clow Reed who himself is clearly multiversal. If you're wondering why I disagree with that logic as it currently stands, it has to do with the confusing nature of Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles but essentially Fei Wang Reed only got that strong with the power of Sakura's feather and it wasn't something he fully controlled, as shown in his fight with Kurogane and Fai. )
Ughhhhh. This disagreement is annoying because the people that don't bash vs battles wiki far more then deserved, are the same type of people that tend to just accept what they say leading to what I believe to be an incorrect echo chamber on these matters.
At the very least I do hope this is pretty solid evidence I try and be conservative with my favorite verses since these are legitimately the verses I bring up all the time and I have no motivation therefore to try and downgrade them other then believing it to be true.

How they compare: Shinobu Sensui (Yu Yu Hakusho)
Once there was a boy with an extreme spiritual aura, and so he was contracted by spirit world to act as a defender of the human world against the demon world as a spirit detective. He gladly accepted, for the boy sought to be a champion of righteousness. He was intelligent and determined in addition to talented with his sole fault being an inability to see the world outside of a white and black perspective. He defeated the demons easily, often brutally murdering them for they were evil demons. However after meeting and partnering with his demonic partner Itsuki, Sensui began to internally break down upon realizing the creatures he had been brutally murdering had been complex people and not just monsters. Though he refused to show his feelings to anyone, and was described by Itsuki as always having his head filled with many thoughts to simply keep sane.
This would all change upon witnessing the "feast of human vices", a horrific ritual where humans tortured helpless demons for no reason but their sadistic pleasure. At witnessing this, Sensui's mind broke at seeing the true depths of depravity man could be capable off and he in a rage murdered all the humans present. To protect his psyche, Sensui's mind split off into another personality, the murderous Kayuza who he placed all the guilt within.
Sensui was disbanded as a spirit detective but at this point it was far too late. Sensui became more and more fixiated on the evils of humanity, until coming to despite them as a far worse blight then the demons, for the demons were honest in their evil and humans hid their evil behind a veneer of civility and pretension. Sensui stroke out to bring about the end of humanity at the hands of demon-kind, along the way developing a full six alternate personalities, including Kayuza, to aid him.
For a human, Sensui was unprecedently powerful, actually reaching the level of the S-Class Demons. For comparison the King of Spirit World who can cause volcanic eruptions with his power is only A Class, and Yusuke when he could destroy countries was also A class. S class was a level Spirit World could not handle, and true to it's title, even a team of A Class Fighters could not defeat Sensui in combat. Sensui also has perhaps the most feat of the YYH Strongest characters
Just his presence was causing a stress on the human world (Earth), and he claimed he could not use more then 50% of his power or it would put too much stress on the planet. Interpretations of this feat vary from roughly teraton level to potentially planet level. While I take the conservative value, it's notable this was a feat of Sensui's raw power while he was holding back, meaning it is also very casual.
Sensui was also fast enough to move comparable to a spirit gun from Yusuke that traveled to a distant mountain in the time it took Yusuke to fall a little bit which was calculated at ~mach 104. However this is a lowball, as Yusuke's spirit gun was calced during the Dark Tournament much earlier to be somewhere in the range from Mach 153 to Mach 433 making Sensui consistently to be massively hypersonic.
Sensui is a user of spirit energy, or "Yoki". Users of Yoki in combat can create blasts or auras of yoki, enhanced their physical stats, see invisible enemies, and hit intangible enemies (not only can they affect demons, but Yusuke is implied to be able to destroy the soul and Hiei and Younger Toguro have erased evil spirits with their auras). Yoki's energy projection is strong enough that Yoki users can knock back weaker beings simply by opening their eyes or melt them with their sheer presence. That said, not being a demon, Sensui is neither invisible nor intangible himself.
Yoki also gives access to minor psychic abilities including a precognitive ability that allows even low level users of Yoki to win against a computer at rock paper scissors 2/3rds of the time, the ability to sense enemies in the dark and to sense danger. Yoki also allows for some level of manipulation of the elements. Low Level Yoki users have created a smoke screen or disappitated a fire, with Sensui himself creating giant tornados from his fight and causing a massive earthquake with his presence. Sensui also possess the technique to summon a targeted tornado to envelop a target who winds cut like knives (Reppa Fuujin Ken)
Sensui also was able to attain enlightenment and the ability to use the most purified form of energy known as sacred energy. Sacred energy as the most pure form of energy can boost Sensui's power further and allow him flight and the abiltiy to create matter from nothing, most notablly his armors, which he used to drastically boost his offense or defense. Normally attainment of sacred energy requires 40 years of dedicated training but Sensui was able to attain it in only 6 years by focusing all 7 of his personalities on the task.
Sensui's most dangerous assest is arguably his sheer combat skill, to the point I think he's arguably one of the most skilled characters in shonen. Sensui knows the martial art known as Resshuken, a perfectly elegant martial art considered the strongest of all, for it can ONLY be learned by learning every single other martial art in existence. Sensui was so skilled that he formed his own form of the Resshuken by mixing it with his energies called Reiko Resshuken. His different personalities have their own forms of this martial art, including Kayuza turning his own arm into a gun and firing spirit energy with it.
Sensui's skill is so great he can learn new skills incredibly quick due to being able to train 7 times faster and was so great that only minutes after learning of a person can predict all their movements and counter them.
Rivaling Sensui's skill for his most dangerous assest is his cunning intelligence. Literally all of Sensui's plans, up to and including his plan to murder the protagonist succeeded save for being thwarted by the completely unpredictable intercession of one of the Three Kings of the Demon Worlds. He is an expert manipulator, having manipulated the spirit world and human world authorites to set the stage for the opening of a portal to demon world to allow the demons to destroy the human world.
In terms of weaknesses, Sensui was actually dying of a terminal disease by the time of his fight with Yusuke and would have died in a month. This means that aging and disease powers should be fairly strong against him. He also has a code of honor, if warped by his insanity, as he allowed Yusuke's companions to fight him to try and avenge him. This is likely related to his distaste towards killing non-humans. In fact it is implied that destruction of humanity was secondary and his real primary goal subcounciously was to die at the hands of a demon to repent for his awful deeds towards them. That said this shouldn't be exaggerated, he wouldn't just let a demon kill him; as he still beat up Kurama and Hiei who are both demons.
Name: Shinou Sensui, Sensui, Black Angel
Origin: Yu Yu Hakusho
Classification: Former Spirit Detective
Powers and Abilities: Enhanced Physical Capacities, Energy Projection, Superhuman Skill and Intellect, control of the elements, flight (sacred energy), creation (sacred energy), minor precognition, can see invisible entities, can hit intangible entities, Holy Energy Projection, can turn his arm into a gun arm, can switch between personalities as appropriate, can destroy signifigantly weaker entities with his presence
Weaknesses: Technically dying of a terminal disease, has a twisted sense of honor
Destructive Capacity: Country Level+
Range: Planetary
Speed: Massively Hypersonic
Durability: Country Level+
Stamina: Vastly superior to beings who can hold themselves up on one finger for 12 hours. Can likely fight for days
Standard Equipment: Nothing notable
Intelligence: Master of all martial arts, created his own form of the supreme martial art, genius manipulator, can predict all of someone movements minutes after meeting them
So how would Sensui do in other verses
In Marvel Comics, Sensui would be an ultimate form of stomp or be stomped fighter. Almost every street leveler, even if they can match him in speed and even if some of the most skilled can match or exceed his skill (like the likes of Taskmaster) would be melted by Sensui's sheer presence, especially as intangibility would not stop him. Most characters on his power tier like some Iron Man variants or Namor would have difficulty fighting him due to his sheer skill level though Iron Man can at least nullify his ability to quickly adapt since his software does the same with his opponents fight patterns. That said Sensui would likely be able to counter this simply by switching to a different personality who fights completely different.
Sensui would be ranked as a Mid Meta Level entity though would stomp most Mid Metas and below and the ones he doesn't stomp would likely stomp him via some completely broken ability he doesn't have a counter too. The real danger is what happens if he starts learning the massively varied and often broken abilities of the Marvel Universe.
Also just because the two happens to be in the same stat range, Sensui would be extremely powerful though not unstoppable in the MCU. Outside of the cosmic beings, the MCU Avengers generally get up to country level from Thor taking the energy of a neutron star and scaling to numerous MHS feats most notablly Thor's hammer leaving the atmosphere at over Mach 1,000. This means they would have the speed advantage but be at a power disadvantage, especially if Sensui uses his sacred energy armor. While Sensui would be a dangerous threat due to his skill and intellect, I think the MCU Avengers would be able to take him via numbers and versatility, especially given Doctor Strange's magic dimension hax.
In DC Comics, Sensui would be in a similar stomp or be stomped scenario. Most of the low tiers, even the very hax ones could not get close due to his aura's pressure though there are especially haxed ones that could win (like the likes of Cain, Jill Presto etc.) He would roughly be in the range of power of beings like Aquaman, Mera and the Weather Wizard, though outside of Aquaman I would be highly skeptical of any of those being able to defeat Sensui due to his sheer skill and intelligence. If he starts to learn the various superhuman martial arts or magical skills available in the DC Universe he would grow massively stronger and more haxed.
While Sensui would be incredibly skilled to the point that he would give Batman a run for his money, he wouldn't be able to stand against the sheer power of anything on the level of Kryptonians. That said against any metahuman on a lower scale then that, he would be extremely dangerous, being a strong combination of mental ability, and a supernatural power level on the scale of affecting a whole planet.
The series people like to compare Yu Yu Hakusho to a lot to try and figure out equivalents in terms of power, DBZ.
Near the end of the original Dragon Ball, Piccolo Jr. in his fight with Goku at the 23 world tournament, created an attack that razed a rather small continent (calced at about 4 trillion tons of tnt) at speeds around Mach 1,000. This means Goku at the end of original Dragon Ball and Piccolo at the end of original Dragon Ball would be faster then Sensui but would not be as strong as him, especially if he was amped on Spirit Energy. I believe this is appoximately where Sensui would fit in terms of fighting.
Sensui is vastly more intelligent then Goku and Piccolo though Goku is superhumanly skilled having learned techniques that require dozens of years just by seeing it, and with both having very exotic abilities to Sensui such as regeneration, elasticity, and homing ki attacks. Overall I think Sensui could compete with either end of DB Goku or Piccolo.
In the other big Battle Shonen Series of the 80s, Saint Seiya, Sensui would roughly be comparable to the Silver Saints in terms of power. The Silver Saints are generally country level and scale to lightning timing or above at max speeds, which would put them roughly comparable to Sensui's stats, if a bit slower on average.
Sensui's skill and intelligence would exceed even most Silver Saints and while his ability to react and evolve in combat is not quite as good as a Saint's, Sensui could get around it by elegantly switching between his personalities with their own forms of fighting. That said Sensui could get caught by some of the more exotic abilities of the verse like Algol's Petrification. In Saint Seiya, Sensui would roughly be on the level of the Silver Saints, though if he learned of cosmo he could become even more dangerous very quickly by rapidly learning the skill of cosmos.
The other shonen compared to YYH a lot. The Espada in Bleach were able to destroy Los Noches, an area so large it would take 3 days to walk from one part to another part within it with one attack called Gran Rey Cero and the strongest of the Espada can destroy Las Noches just by transforming similar to how Sensui can damage the world with his spiritual power. That said Sensui would be slower then the verse, being slower then the Auswahlen Light which even Captains can more comparable too. Overall Sensui would likely be around Lower Espada Tier, being more powerful (around the level of Higher Espada) but slower being slower then even captains. That said he would be at serious disadvanage against their inter-dimensional movement as he required Itsuki to take him across dimensions. That said it's possibly his manipulative nature would serve him well in the verse, as it's been shown to be a strong strategy in verse, and the Espada in particular are prone to in-fighting especially when not under Aizen's direct control. It also helps that he would be able to see everyone given that Yoki users can see invisible entities.

A quick analysis of Sailor Moon vs Superman
So for reasons unbeknowst to me, some people want a Death Battle between Sailor Moon vs Superman, or slightly more clear, Sailor Moon vs Supergirl. Now personally I don't think either of those fights make sense but given that Sailor Moon and DC Comics are my two favorite series of all time, and Sailor Moon and Superman are my favorite characters of all time, and as I don't think I've ever really commented on this particular fight, I felt like I'd make this blog giving my thoughts on what would happen if the two for some reason got into a fight. Not going to lie, my main concern making this blog is either for someone wanting to know who would win between my two favorite characters and for any Death Battle Researcher or Fan Blogger if DB actually decides to do Sailor Moon vs Supergirl
Both of these characters have numerous versions. For Sailor Moon this is strictly manga Sailor Moon. All the manga written by Naoko Takuechi including Codename: Sailor V, and the various side stories are canonical though Parallel Sailor Moon specifically takes place in an alternate universe. If you go by author approval, Sailor Moon Crystal and the Sailor Moon S Movie were both overseen directly by Naoko Takeuchi herself though this will be strictly focusing on the manga.
Superman has more versions then almost any character in fiction though I will be focusing on the mainline Earth-1 Superman. Due to Convergence undoing the Crisis on Infinite Earths Multiversal Collapse and DC Rebirth merging the Post-Crisis and New 52 Continuities I will be using the current Rebirth Superman who has feats from across the three periods of Earth-1 as I explained in this blog
In terms of raw power, both of these characters at first glance seem relative. I have personally called both of them Universal characters, though if we go into more specifics we find that it's not quite the case.
Sailor Moon reached universal levels in the fourth arc where after first transforming into Eternal Sailor Moon was able to one-shot Queen Nehelenia who was maintaing the dark universe
Yet this Eternal Form of Sailor Moon was weaker then Usagi in her civilian state during the fifth arc
The Fifth Arc version of Eternal Sailor Moon who should be over tens of thousands of times stronger then her civilain self would go on to rise in power 10 different times during the final arc, to the point that near the end she was able to fight Eternal Senshi who were being amped by an amp that made normal alien civilians as strong as Eternal Senshi. Sailor Moon is cosmically higher then baseline universal.
In comparison Pre-Crisis Superman has essentially baseline universal feats, mostly compared to the Big Bang such as him pushing towards the center of the Big Bang and destroying a structure that could survive it
or being relative to beings with the power of the Big Bang
while Rebirth Superman is probably above baseline Universal, since DC Universes are suggested to be 100 trillion light years+
I don't think Superman can match the sheer scaling chain of Sailor Moon.
vs battles wiki thinks both are low multiversal, though I disagree with both of those for obviously different reasons. Their argument for Sailor Moon is that her feat of restoring the cosmos entails all existence in Sailor Moon instead of just the main universe
as well as scaling to a similar feat from Chaos distorting the entire cosmos.
This is very similar to my disagreement with Madoka's feats as well, where they simply assume that a term like world, universe or cosmos means all existence including everything that can be interpreted as existing in the context of the verse. To me this seems overly generous. I think both Usagi and Madoka are universal though I guess from their perspective that seems an overly literal and conservative assumption.
for Superman (Pre-Crisis) in contrast, they base it on his battle with Jaxon the Mighty which restored a lot of timelines wiped out by The Trapper
Personally I viewed this is a time manipulation feat of convering energy to time manipulation of the Green Lantern Rings, and him being able to match that same energy, though again they would probably view that as strangely conservative.
Though even if you do that route, that would make Pre-Crisis Superman only about on par with Base Chaos, while Lambda Usagi killed Chaos with a single accidental burst of energy. Usagi also has two higher forms (Neo-Queen Serenity and Sailor Cosmos).
At best Supergirl's dealing of major damage to Anti-Monitor as suggest Superman could maybe do damage to Sailor Moon, but it doesn't seem like a lot
Sailor Moon has a pretty substantial advantage in terms of power, similar I would say.
In terms of speed, Superman is massively and totally faster. Comparing finite speeds for a second, the fastest things in the SM Universe is travel instantly to the edge of the universe. Assuming a normal sized universe, this is just over quintillions of times the speed of light. Quick example:
Superman in constrast scales to Wally West when Wally West was holding back to not run into the speedforce, who while amped just managed to break the time barrier traveling to Earth from space in a time frame smaller then any human term
which would be speeds exceeding 10^43c ridiculously and comically over anything in SM. Superman as a child was able to break the time barrier
and that's not even getting into his best speed feats.
Let's talk about infinite speed. Infinite speed comes from when you can move an infinite space in a finite time. Vs battles wiki also thinks moving in 0 time infinite, and moving in negative time to be immeasurable. I don't agree with that but if you do think that, both of them get up to immeasurable speed.
While I don't agree that these are functionally speaking "speeds", this does make speed completely irrelevant. Both can time travel and both are acausal entities
So Superman is basically the tank of the Justice League and I don't see people talk about it much but one of Superman's strongest points against others in his tier is his sheer hax resistance. He and Supergirl both fought Blackstarr who can control the entire universe in every aspect, which is thematically almost the same as the Lambda Power
Even if you don't consider it like that, Superman has actual feats of resisting basically all of Usagi's haxes. For instance, take some of Usagi's strongest haxes. she has universal scale spacetime manipulation by scaling to Chibiusa
or the ability to freeze time like Sailor Pluto via the Pluto Crystal
or a bunch of other spacetime shenanigans
Superman on the other hand has resistance to these types of feats like Superman physically breaking out of a time freeze
and survied a spacetime manipulation that was encompassing universes
Sailor Moon can use Galaxia's existence erasure
Superman can resist Darkseid's Omega Beams
like Superman can resist all of Sailor Moon's haxes.
The major problem for Superman comes from three things; raw power which I've already gone over, range and regen.
Sailor Moon's Range for most of her powers is only planetary as is most of Superman's powers. That said Sailor Moon's Lambda Power as shown above can encompass at the very least the entire universe, including all of time, while the only range feat for Superman I can think of even comparable is
sealing off a universe, but it was only because he was sealing the warp bridging the two.
The two can chase each other to anywhere in spacetime, yet Usagi can affect an entire spacetime continuum at once, while Superman would need to get basically into melee range in comparison (solar system scale).
The other problem is regen. Usagi's regen can accurately be called Low Godly + Reliant Immortality or Mid-Godly.
Usagi has the Saturn's Crystal power which allows her to be reincarnted by the Saturn Spirit
and the Lambda Power will automatically recreate Usagi even if she erased from existence down to her Sailor Crystal
to kill Sailor Moon requires destroying Sailor Moon down to at the very least her spirit, and then not just destroying the universe IE reducing it to energy, but erasing it's energy. The most efficient way to do this would be some form of existence erasure on the universal scale and at least spiritual plane which could accmplish both.
Now Superman in particular actually does have a form of existence erasure that hits the conceptual plane
But there are two problems with this: 1 is the range and area of effect. Superman would not be able to do this to the entire universe before Usagi could just regen and use a burst of the lambda power which not only would be capable of killing Superman but would restore the entire spacetime continuum Superman had did damage too.
The second problem is character. Both Usagi and Superman are prone to holding back, not wanting to hurt people. The problem is that assuming they are motivated to fight each other Usagi doesn't have to kill anyone else to hurt Superman while Supeman would have to KILL AN ENTIRE UNIVERSE'S WORTH OF PEOPLE. There's no way that Superman would do that.
Sailor Moon can blast Superman from far outside his range with enough power to beat him, and can basically regen from anything he can do. He does have the advantage in intelligence and skill, but it's an NLF to say that because he's so smart he would win.
Supergirl for the record is almost the same except she doesn't have that ability Superman used against Darkseid as far as we know, so at best she can maybe harm Sailor Moon with a punch if she really pushes herself but would have extreme trouble doing any serious damage.
So yeah, Superman is faster but it's basically irrelevant because both have time travel and acausality meaning that either can simply appear in any moment or place they want too and protect any past version of himself or herself. Superman's blanket hax resistance protects against most of Usagi's abilities and he has advantage in skill and intelligence but Usagi's regen means he can't put her down and her raw power and range means she can simply one-shot basically the entire time.
For Supergirl it's basically the same except Usagi's raw durability would be also difficult for her to get through.
There's a bunch more things you could say, but mostly along the lines of (Both characters can do this so there's no real advantage like inter-dimensional travel) or Usagi can do this but Superman can resist it (like soul manipulation for instance) IE doesn't really net anything.
