Eris, the Goddess of Discord is the primary antagonist in Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas and is well known for being one of the strongest characters in a standalone animated film. She is the goddess of Discord, spreading chaos across the world as is her nature.
Eris's divine power is constantly shown. Inside the realm of Tartarus she controls she was able to use an entire galaxy as her bath, her body visibly longer then the galaxy. She is able to command the constellations as her pets and summon them as monsters or make them disappear. She was also able to make every Star visible in the sky become the gate to Tartarus past the edge of the world. While obviously galaxy level as a lowball given she was able to become the same size as a galaxy, however as a few galaxies are visible with the naked eye from earth (somewhere between 3-10 depending on assumptions), she may be Multi-Galactic in power, albeit on a lower end.
Eris' speed comes from the same feats. At the galactic size she appeared as, her speed would likely be in the billions or trillions of times the speed of light. As mentioned she was able to move every star in the sky. The farthest sky that can be seen from Earth is Earendel at 28 billion light years or 2.65e26 meters from Earth. If you think Eris moved it, then moving that to just beyond the edge of Earth in 12 seconds would require speed 73.6 quadrillion times the speed of light. There's nothing saying Eris in particular scales to this, but this would at least be her attack speed to a limited extent.
Eris has a lot of powers for a villain of only a single film. She can completely control her own form at will, varying in size from human sized to galactic sized. She can become ethereal like smoke or shadow, disguise herself to look like someone as she does to frame Sinbad, or turn invisible. She also shows matter manipulation plenty of times. Minor bits of matter manipulation like causing a knife to turn to smoke and reform in her other hand are common but for bigger things Eris has done things like casually create a star in the sky bright enough to guide Sinbad to Tartarus, merge every star in the sky to form the Gate of Tartarus, or turn constellations into monsters.
Eris also has some more specific powers. She was able to casually freeze the Granite Gates and the Chimera just by blowing on a bubble in her realm and created a Sandstorm capable of encompassing Tartarus and sending away her monsters. Given how broad her powers are, it's fairly reasonable to say she has general reality-warping as she seems to have all kinds of things in bubbles in her realm that encompass locations she can adjust at will. She regularly uses spatial manipulation to teleport however more impressively was able to use it to teleport Sinbad and Marine from Tartarus to Earth and was able to shift the realm of Tartarus around them, Tartarus being a realm that contains whole galaxies it seems. She is able to engulf an area in darkness and seems to have a degree of soul manipulation as she traps lost souls in Tartarus. She also has a degree of cosmic awareness, seeing events happening on Earth from Tartarus
Eris also has a litany of pets, the constellation creatures she controls and provide the main obstacles for Sinbad during his journey. Three of these are seen in action during the movie. Cetus and the Roc are both large sized monsters the size of a ship. The Sirens are a bit more interesting as they are made of water and have hydrokinesis as well as mind mind-controlling song that was able to fill the hearts of men with desire, and was only ineffective against Marine as she is not a man. Eris almost certainly can use mind manipulation since these creatures she made can and at the very worst could simply summon them against an enemy. She also has numerous others pets shown briefly but without it being clear what they can do
Eris also has the advantage of being a devious trickster befitting a Goddess of Discord. She manipulates people and seems to be able to quickly learn of their desires and nature as she characterized Sinbad early on for having a heart as black as hers and a desire and ambition for power and wealth though she was unable to recognize his growth over the course of the film. She masterminded the plot against him seemingly knowing that Proteus would offer himself to be executed in Sinbad's place, leaving him to go after the Book of Peace.
In terms of weaknesses, Eris has really only two in the film and neither are very big. One is that despite her chaotic and deceiving nature, she is eternally bound to her word if she makes a promise. Similarly, she has a bit of a weakness for the "cute" guys, not killing Sinbad when she had the chance, though does tell him not to push his luck as he's not "THAT cute." Also from a powerscaling perspective she has no known experience fighting anyone even vaguely close to her level as while other deities are known to at least exist (from the rule that gods are eternally bound to a promise) there are no known interactions between Eris and them and it's not even in really her character when she spends all her time messing with mortals.

So if the Goddess of Discord were to mess around with other worlds, what would happen?
Starting with the Franchise she comes from, is Eris indeed the strongest Dreamworks character, if she attacked other Dreamworks movies could any stop her?
Well going just by the movies, even her pets solo or are relevant threats in all but about a half dozen of the movies. Metro Man from Megamind is often considered one of the strongest Dreamworks characters but even if he's fast enough to statue his entire world and strong enough to survive the full force of the Sun, you'd really have to highball him to get him to have relevant speed to Eris and have to really highball him just to give him enough power to hurt one of Eris leg hairs in her giant form. The Over the Hedge cast is bizarrely powerful via toonforce, able to survive an explosion that encompasses a sizeable portion of the galaxy and with Hammy also able to statue his world, but even then they are moreso comparable to the true constellation forms of Eris' pets rather then Eris herself, and she would likely make said animals more of her pets.
Going into some more interesting ones, Death from Shrek is the concept of Death but never shows cosmic feats like Eris and even if you take into account the Shrek TV series where there are living stars that some think Death should scale above them but even if he does, Eris would still have a massive advantage in power and speed outside some extremely highball-y interpretations of Jack Horner's endless bag. She doesn't have conceptual manipulation but if she was in the Shrek verse she can manipulate people in the verse who can interact with Death to beat him for her and he would have nothing he could do to an immortal goddess like her. The Rise of the Guardians Movie also has abstract concepts of things like Cold (Jack Frost) and Darkness (Pitch) however their power in the movie would be irrelevant to Eris and even if you include the prequel novel where Sandy (The Sandman) is part of the Star Captains who guide stars to every part of the universe, they would still only have comparable speed to Eris, and far inferior power. Plus concepts in this universe have power based on childrens' belief in them, something Eris could subvert pretty much exactly how Pitch did, or just by destroying the Earth.
In terms of characters that might actually beat her, there's very few. The concepts from Orion and the Dark are stated to be able to change "the fabric of the universe" and might be able to out reality warp Eris herself, though if you've seen the movie you know why trying to use them against Eris is... questionable. Probably the character meant to be strongest is "God" from The Prince of Egypt and Joseph: King of Dreams. He doesn't perform any feats particularly in the same range as Eris, though given it's clearly meant to be God as in the Bible he should hypothetically be beyond Eris. Finally if you include outside material the Kung Fu Panda TV Series Paws of Destiny includes far more feats for masters in the depths of the Spirit Realm, including those that can warp the entire spirit realm and with hax even stronger then Eris. However, this show is probably not canon as it contradicts Kung Fu Panda 4. So Eris might be the strongest Dreamworks character and defeat everyone else in at least canon Dreamworks, with the only real contenders based on showings being the Concepts from Orion and the Dark though using them is questionable and God based on narrative implication.
Disney is Dreamworks' Main Competitor and is an older company with more movies. They have more low tier movies but also more high tier movies. So how would Eris do if she appeared in the world of her company's competition and decided to mess stuff up like a much darker version of the Stitch invades other movies trailers?
Lilo and Stitch is an interesting place to start as while once again there's only about 10 movies where even Eris' manifested pets wouldn't be a threat, Disney has something Dreamworks didn't: a verse that can physically compete with Eris' Largest Form. Eris is actually pretty on par with Stitch and Dark End themselves based on Stitch surviving a galaxy destroying black hole and scaling to spaceships with billions of times the speed of light speed. This is Top Tier Physicals for the verse, but Stitch would be able to physically fight Eris. That said Eris haxier powers would likely let her beat the High Tiers of Lilo and Stitch as she can do things like turn to smoke or shadow and back again gaining intangibility Stitch and Dark End wouldn't be able to touch plus her sheer size would make her hard to fight even if they do technically have the power to. Some of their weaker cousins may be able to help with things like Snafu's form of chaos hax (though Eris is likely able to do better then most against chaos), and various forms of mind hax from Swirly, Amnesio, Lax, etc which Eris has never shown resistance to and with the Sirens not showing mind hax on as wide a scale. That said broadly they'd be hard pressed to do much when they're so much slower than Eris herself and she is an invisible shapechanging goddess. Shoe and Toon have more esoteric hax that might work, Shoe giving Eris bad luck against Stitch and Toon being able to summon Greek Mythological Figures that can beat Eris though whether this would work on a Galaxy Sized entity or beings as strong as the Greek Gods could be an NLF.
There are various Stellar Entities in Disney, including the Stars from Wish, anyone with the Sorcerer's Hat, Maui from Moana based on his own statement, though most of these would be fairly irrelevant. The Greek Gods from Hercules would be a thematic match though their best feat is Zeus creating a single constellation, when Eris can command ALL of them by herself, and has stronger hax and arguable better speed scaling (The Greek Gods scaling to Pegasus flying through the stars while Eris can summon all the stars in the sky to the edge of the Earth in seconds.) Their strongest hax, fate based death hax doesn't work on Gods like Eris and the only power that could potentially work on Eris is Zeus' sealing though whether this would work on an entity as strong as Eris is unclear, especially as she is likely to manipulate Zeus exactly as Hades did, being much better at hiding her intent.
The Classic Disney Cartoon Characters: Mickey, Donald, and Goofy, show up in some early films, these being the actual characters playing roles in the movies. These characters are some of the most long standing characters in fiction and have accumulated ridiculously hax arsenals. They are weaker than Eris in power, one again moreso scaling to star and constellation feats compared to Eris controlling every star and constellation in the sky at once but should have relevant speed scaling. This would be a dangerous fight for them as with her power and extremely potent reality-warping and matter manipulation she would be a big threat to them, though they have esoteric and broken haxes like metafictional haxes, Mickey even able to warp reality on the universal scale making them just as big threats to her as well as better skill and intelligence feats. I think she'd be a threat to any of them individually but if they team up against her, they should be able to comfortably win. Finally there's Aladdin and the Genie. These would be pretty similar to Mickey and company, with Stellar Power Levels Lower then Eris (able to change into constellations), but comparable speed with Genie's magic able to create a spaceship capable of casual intergalactic travel. However their reality-warping powers are never shown to be as versatile and while there are implied to be more Genies in the Aladdin-verse, they'd probably struggle a lot more with Eris. Although... there are two characters in the Aladdin TV Series much stronger than Genies...Fate and its opposite.... Chaos. Chaos is a Cat-Shaped Entity representing Chaos stated to have "more power in one whisker then an entire palace filled with Genie" which depending how you calc it would put him at.... Galaxy Level. I gotta say there's no more even and thematic fight in this blog then Eris vs Chaos and I fully support them being a matchup for each other.
Dreamworks has several movies get Nickelodeon series, including Kung Fu Panda, Penguins of Madagascar, and Monsters vs Aliens, so what if Eris broke out of the Dreamworks section into the greater Multiverse she's part of, a more competitive environment, the Nickelodeon Multiverse and fought various Nicktoons?
Obviously the weakest series, usually normal humans mildly enhanced with toonforce would struggle to stop even Eris manifested pets. The verses could obviously be saved by their Heroes, as the multiverse is protected by the Heroes of the Multiverse though usually these scale to feats of affecting Moons or Planets: For Instance Dark Laser able to survive a planetary explosion and black hole, Ghosts Vortex and Fright Knight creating a planetary storm, Ghostwriter merging with the Moon, The Moon Spirit's existence maintaining the Moon, Akuma pushing the Earth out of orbit or creating a new Moon, Episode 1 Jenny destroying an Asteroid threatening Earth, El Tarentula stealing the Moon, Jimmy growing planet-sized, and Zim's Zoot Cruiser physically spinning the Earth along with others. They also all have speeds varying from around lightning speed to speeds exceeding light's. That said against Eris themselves most of them, just would not be able to help much as Eris just casually making a star to guide Sinbad dwarfs most of these feats. This is especially because defensively many of them rely on Astral Existence like the Danny Phantom Ghosts, Regeneration such as El Tigre's, or Reincarnation such as the Avatar's but Eris can trap souls and as such bypass these defenses. Various characters here have haxes that should work like Ghostwriter's plot hax or Nega-Chin's Power Absorption but with such a speed gap power gap, it would only work if Eris gets distracted by some of the stronger characters.
Of the conventional superhero verses three do stand out as particularly powerful. My Life as a Teenage Robot Superheroes scale to Jenny taking an enemy into another galaxy quickly, actually giving them a speed advantage against Eris, albeit not a massive one. Given it's a more science-fiction verse they can't super do much to help without being able to damage Eris, particularly if you don't think Misty's possession type ability can work on an entity as large as Eris. Gigawatt might be able to energy-drain her though once again size might be a problem. Vexus can somewhat help as her dimensional clawing can somewhat neg durability and moreover can allow her to enter and exit Tartarus or another dimension at will to free an ally. If Eris was fighting multiple of these verses at once the characters her could also try and find any of the universal reality warping magic objects that exist in Nick such as the Magic Book from Spongebob, the Magic Chalk from Chalkzone, A Fairy Wand from Fairly OddParents etc to reality-warp Eris away or get the Massive, a spaceship from Invader Zim that was able to tank an explosion that could destroy half the universe to overpower her. Jimmy Neutron the Multiverse's Greatest Scientist has access to similar speeds via technology as My Life as a Teenage Robot Heroes and has defeated a cosmic reality-warper before, albeit Eris is much more powerful and with much lesser weaknesses compared to Meldar Prime. Most of his technology is physical and probably can't work on a Goddess the size of a Galaxy. He has created technology that can contain infinite spaces though it's possible dimensional travel would allow Eris to escape that. His most likely option would be the Hypno-Ray though given his own character weaknesses and disbelief in the supernatural against a supernatural manipulator like Eris he may not think to use it in time. The Third is the Miraculous Ladybug Universe. The characters scale to the Akuma Startrain who's train traveled to another galaxy in minutes calced at hundreds of billions of times the speed of light with the Horse Miraculous power that the others can react to fine visibly outpacing the Train and with Cat Noir being able to blitz her despite her being able to pilot it. While their power is broadly not much compared to Eris scaling to Akuma that can remake the Moon or create supervolcanos that push Earth out of Orbit, this is the level of normal Cat Noir. When his father awakened his full power of Chat Noir his Cataclysm Power reached its higher power. Catalysm is a power that destroys whatever is touches and is part of the two strongest Miraculous divided of the controller of the universe representing destruction to Ladybug's representing creation. Cataclysm destroys whatever it touches and as Chat Noir it was able to destroy a dimension vastly eclipsing a galaxy at over trillions of times the speed of light. Chat Noir is fast enough to tag Eris if she gets close and his Cataclysm is fast and powerful enough to kill her even if she goes into her galactic sized. Would she get close? Eris has a fondness for cute boys and Chat Noir is Adrian Agreste, known for his good lucks and charm being the most popular boy at Marinette's school. Chat Noir seems almost designed to be an anti-Eris weapon. They also have a few other possible win cons. The Invader Zim cosmic horrors are in this tier and while most don't have the firepower to kill Eris, thy do have equivalent speed and the Th'gol has cosmic scale soul manipulation which may be able to work despite Eris' size. While any of these universes by themselves may or may not be able to defeat Eris, particularly if she tries to engage multiple at a time, they can probably defeat her. Also, The 2012 TMNT series which aired on Nick if it counts includes the Dream Beavers which are reality warpers on the scale of their dimension including a galaxy. While they lack speed feats, if Eris was distracted fighting others here, they could potentially defeat her via their own similar reality-warping.
The Nick Multiverse also has High Tiers that should be able to stop Eris pretty consistently. Spongebob is Nick's Premier Show and Eris has maybe the same stats as Spongebob as of the String where he shows comparable physical stats to her as well as growing to similar size? While Eris has pretty good hax, Spongebob and friends have accumulated vastly wilder haxes as well as broadly superior mental stats even if they can be a bit oblivious at times. Eris can probably cause some problems and her fighting someone like Triton might be an interesting match, but she gets stopped by the verse. Fairly OddParents gets even more extreme, being a verse full of universal reality warpers (with even the baby fairy Poof almost doing so soon after he was literally born) but with Eris unironically being as smart as the smartest beings in the setting: conventional lawyers. She's also much slower then the fairies and characters of their tier. Given her deceptive manipulator nature it's possible to become a massive threat to the verse by stealing one of their wands that said if anyone tries to fight her directly, she'd get destroyed. Similarly, the Invader Zim universe has esoteric supercosmic terrors like the time-consuming Sloobagloob or the sentient universes the Abs of Space and Time which are just on a cosmic tier beyond anything Eris has ever shown interacting. And of course someone like Shirley who has all the power of Fairy Magic but wielded by a mind as strong as Jimmy Neutron is far beyond her.
If the Greek Myth-inspired Villainess, oft considered Dreamwork's strongest character, fought the Greek Mythology-inspired verse often considered Shonen Jump's strongest verse, how far would she get?
In terms of where she would compare power-wise, it can get a little complex as Saint Seiya characters can rise in power based on their psychological state. However broadly anyone with the Seventh Sense can destroy stars with the Galaxian Explosion, the normal attack of the High Tier Gold Saint Gemini Saga said to have the power of exploding galaxies, though anyone with the Seventh Sense can temporarily rise to recreate the universe's Big Bang with their power. In terms of speed, the speed of anyone who reaches the Seventh Sense is the speed of light, with the Bronze Saints that have reached the Seventh Sense able to fly through a universal+ sized space in minutes conservatively calced at quadrillions of times the speed of light, and with Gold Saint Capricorn Shura with a miracle exceeding the inflation speed of the Big Bang at septillions of times the speed of light. Assuming you take a higher interpretation of Eris' speed scaling her to her bringing every star in the sky to the Gate of Tartarus in seconds, then she would be around Low Tier Gold Saint in speed, and that would be roughly where she could fight. She'd have a massive power gap over Low Tier Gold Saints conventionally, though they could in turn rise far above her temporarily and their Gold Cloth armors may protect them from a couple of her attacks as the Gold Cloths can endure even the power of the Galaxian Explosion.
So Eris would be roughly around the level of Low Tier Gold Saints, similar to the power of a God like the Saint Seiya version of Eris possessing a normal human. Against the Gold Saints in particular, Eris would have a problem that many of her haxes would likely not do that well. Her Reality-Warping/Matter Manipulation is very similar to the Sealed Titans who could create and manipulate dimensions with many stars yet in Episode G the Gold Saints were able to fights the Titans and their reality-warping pretty well. Her freezing also wouldn't work as Gold Cloths famously only freeze at Absolute Zero. If they have reached the Eighth Sense she also wouldn't be able to defeat them by telekinetically harming the exposed parts of their bodies as they can simply return from Death and she can't stop this via Soul Manipulation as the Gold Saints also resist soul manipulation. On the other hand they can kill her with a single strike even normally do to Cosmo Strikes hitting on every plane of reality, including conceptually destroying her. She can keep them away via her telekinesis which helps.
Another trick Eris has that would work on most Low Tier Seventh Sense Users is her Dimensional BFR. Gemini Saga's ANOTHER DIMENSION technique is dangerous for its capacity to send an opponent to another dimension, something Eris can also do. With this she can potentially defeat characters like Pisces Aphrodite or Taurus Aldebaran. This MIGHT work on Cancer Deathmask, he has shown dimensional travel before, traveling back and forth to the gate to the Underworld, though whether he can do this to dimensions he didn't create or aren't associated with the Cancer Cloth at all is not clear. Overall however she'd have a really hard time beating them even with a general power advantage as they would also have better mental stats and the Sixth Sense guiding them.
Finally, in my favorite verse: Sailor Moon, a verse about the incarnated Gods battling Chaos and it's forces, how would they do battling against Dreamwork's Goddess of Discord?
Eris would be just like one of the Stars of Darkness in Sailor Moon, the Cosmic Horror final villain of each arc, and aspects of Chaos itself. Even her personality and her tendency to desire cute human boys is reminiscent of Nehelenia's for Mamoru. In terms of power she would be around the level of Pharaoh 90 who casually moved the Taioran Nebula which is a galaxy and surrounding space before powering up with the Silver Crystal, around the level of Eris growing to galactic+ sized and manipulating every star in the sky potentially including numerous galaxies. In terms of speed various there are various interdeterminate universal crossing feats like Demande planning to conquer the entire universe or Kaguya planning to keep the universe frozen which should be similar in speed to Eris.
Eris versus Stars of Darkness like Death Phantom or Pharaoh 90 could be very interesting. Eris vs Death Phantom Eris has the telekinesis to easily destroy the Black Hole Singularity that is Death Phantom's body and has soul manipulation to trap the original Phantom Soul that was possessing it. On the other hand Death Phantom's passive black hole singularity haxes on a solar system scale would be a threat, if not an immediate one to Eris and his Evil Eye Technique can brainwash on a planetary+ scale. Both would not be immediately invisible but be able to sense each other quick, it would be interest to see them interact. Against Pharaoh 90, Eris can't really apply her conventional power against him as he's a worldsoul though her power would let her weather his own telekinesis of similar power. Pharaoh 90 can threaten her with his soul hax or mind hax, though Eris can keep distance via her much quicker dimensional travel though it's unlikely she can put it down for good. Against Snow Kaguya who's not a Star of Darkness but a similarly powerful villain, Kaguya's freezing which can encompass the universe or her power which can create a nebula would be credible threats to Eris, though Eris can fight her much more conventionally then the last two opponents and even if Kaguya can regenerate from a shard of her ice, Eris can stop this by sealing her soul. As such either have a good chance of defeating each other. Most of the weaker villains lack the area of effect to effectively hurt her and most of the stronger villains have Star Seed Steal which would allow them to instantly win or are much stronger overall and have Star Seed Steal.
Against the Sailor Senshi themselves, Eris would be around the power level of Peak Base Sailor Moon who was able to somewhat fight Snow Kaguya. Super Sailor Senshi would have much higher power level and Eternal Sailor Senshi would have much higher power AND speed while most Base Sailor Senshi would be at most comparable in speed and inferior in power. Comparing her to The Mugen Arc to Dream Arc Senshi in general, Sailor Moon should be able to beat her. Eris' Matter Manipulation/Reality Warping are extremely strong in Sailor Moon only surpassed by Chaos/Lambda Power Characters with most haxes only being on the planetary scale. That said the Silver Crystal is considered the ultimate defense in the verse and would probably protect her and her normal Senshi abilities like hitting the astral plane, stellar protection and Sailor Teleport can protect her from Eris' other abilities like intangibility, soul manipulation, and dimensional bfr. Sailor Moon's Silver Crystal was said to give life energy to everything by Pharaoh 90 so she should have the area of effect to effect Eris and even in Base can probably win via honestly better mental stats and the ability to grow in power with her emotions. Without Sailor Moon it would be much harder. Chibi-Moon has the hypothetical potential to do it, as she has identical potential to Pre-Lambda Usagi as they both use the Silver Crystal. Chibi-Moon would have the same protections and hypothetical powers however until the end of the Dream Arc Chibiusa is an underconfident soldier and Eris would much easier mentally try and break the young girl's self esteem then Usagi's at this point. However if Chibiusa gets emotional support either from Hotaru or Helios, I can see her managing to win via the same way Usagi could. Most of the other Sailor Senshi simply lack the area of effect to effectively fight a galactic-sized entity even if they hypothetically have the power. However, speaking of Hotaru, Sailor Saturn could kill Eris though with obvious massive collateral damage with the Silence. Eris could hypothetically escape from it into another dimension but the problem is the Silence moves so fast it quickly reached Sailor Pluto outside spacetime, meaning unless you scale Eris' reaction speed to her telekinesis, there's no way she'd be able to react in time. Sailor Pluto may also be able to seal Eris and Tartarus away similar to the way she sealed The Tau Nebula and Pharaoh 90. This one is a bit questionable as Eris has space and dimensional manipulation herself, though so it's not clear if she'd be able to return from Dark Dome Close. Setsuna can also defeat Eris with Chibiusa as Setsuna can provide emotional support for Chibiusa and if Eris tries to turn small to manipulate her, even for a moment and even if she keeps the same power Setsuna can use the power of the Garnet Orb to sent her to outside spacetime where even she may not be able to return from.
