How they compare: Fei Wong Reed (Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles)

Long ago, there lived the great sorceror Clow Reed. Clow Reed uniquely fused the western and eastern styles of magic to create the clow style of magic which granted incredible magical power. Clow Reed loved the witch now known as Yuuko Ichihara. The two traveled across the dimensions of the multiverse together forging a deep relationship.

But time was cruel to this love and Yuuko perished. Clow Reed in despair felt for a fleeting moment the desire that Yuuko would open her eyes again. Clow's magic was so strong that the multiverse itself warped and suspended Yuuko in time, disrupting the normal flow of time. The will of Clow Reed, the desire for Yuuko to live again became animate, the being known as Fei Wong Reed.

Fei Wong Reed, wanting to prove himself superior to his creator Clow Reed, and possibly subcounciously still acting out his nature as Clow Reed's will, wished to revive Yuuko, even if it meant destroying the multiverse to do so. However he was opposed by an unlikely source...Yuuko herself. The witch, suspended in time living like a ghost, knew her revival would be the destruction of the worlds and so the two clever magic-users began a mental battle across the dimensions.

Fei Wong Reed is one of the most powerful mages in the entire Clamp Multiverse. With a single magic blast he has staggered Yuuko, who was so strong that she casually tanked the attacks and defeated the collector ghost who maintained a manor in which one room was an entire universe with it's own constellations and with one of her wishes turned a human into an Ashura God capable of destroying Heaven and it's endless land. 

One of Yuuko and Clow's creations, an imitation of the Divine Mokona were the White and Black Mokona, the Black Mokona which was capable of writing and sending over 100,000,000 texts in a second, likely requiring FTL speeds. Fei Wong Reed's own creations, the Clone Sakura and Syaoran were able to react and block magic blasts from Fei Wong Reed would should scale to the magic destruction of Fai which quickly encompassed all of Fai's world at likely quadrillions of times the speed of light which Fei Wong Reed should likely scale to in terms of reaction speed. 

Fei Wong Reed's very birth distorted all the dimensions of Clamp of which there are infinite. Later after absorbing the power of Sakura's soul, he was able to affect a fundamental law of existence, which was destroying all the realities meaning that via hax he can destroy the multiverse. He also implies he would be able to recreate them all with the power he gained, suggesting he may even be multiverse level in terms of magical power after gaining Sakura's power.

Fei Wong Reed like most Clamp magic users has a diverse arsenal of powerful magic abilities, however due to him lurking in the background, the amount of shown abilities is not that huge.

Firstly it is noted that as a manifestation of Clow's will and a powerful user of Clow magic, Fei Wong Reed's true self is intangible and exists outside the conventional spacetime and laws of causality to the point that the breakdown of all spacetime and causality did not affect him.

Related, perhaps Fei Wong Reed's most potent magic is his spacetime magic. He was able to stop time for an entire dimension and in the world of Clow Country, caused the world to loop in time in one day, so that the same day would repeat endlessly by his presence. He can create portals between dimensions or directly attack across dimensions. Because universes move at different rates, he can use his inter-dimensional travel as a form of time travel. He can even access mental spaces like dreams and has the ability to damage or destroy them, causing confusion, loss of desire, or memory loss. 

High Tier Clamp mages possess psychic abilities and the ability to see the future. This allows them to perform such feats as detecting magic even across universes as shown when Fei Wong Reed detected Yuuko's magic in another dimension. Yuuko was able to see events hundreds of years in the future along with Clow Reed, and create a recording that could answer every question and statement the reciever asked knowing exactly what they'd ask or say. Yuuko and Clow Reed even predicted the existence of Watanuki, the paradoxical child who came into being because of a time paradox. Fei Wong Reed should have a similar level of precognition.

Fei Wong Reed's most famous abilities are his cloning and his curses. Fei Wang Reed can clone entities, which he did to Sakura and Syaoran. He also showed he could only partially clone an entity such as making Clone Syaoran with only half the heart of original Syaoran. Fei Wang Reed is also known for his curses. He cursed "Fai" to always try to kill anyone he came across with greater magic then him and caused him to lose control of his own power. Upon dying he cursed Syaoran and Watanuki to fall into a pit that could not be accessed by anyone else and which only reality warping could allow escape from. His most famous curse is the death seal he placed on Sakura which affected her soul.

Speaking of which, Fei Wong Reed is also an incredible soul manipulator. He caused Princess Sakura's soul to manifest as two angel wings before turning into many feathers and scatter across the multiverse. He can also control the minds of people as he did to Clone Syaoran. This can be helped by his illusions and his aforementioned dream manipulation. 

Fei Wong Reed has a level of direct magic and magic manipulation. He can create blasts of magic and conjure a barrier of magic, which even works automatically. As a powerful Clamp Mage he is inherently resistant to even universal levels of magic. He can also absorb the power and magic from other entities, bolsting his own magic as he did to Clone Sakura.

After gaining power from her, he was altering the most fundamental law of the multiverse, causing the destruction of every dimension. He was also implied to be going to recreate the multiverse, requiring incredible levels of reality-warping and creation

Beyond all his magic, Fei Wong Reed has the advantage of having lived for hundreds of years, mastering many mundane skills. He is implied to be an accomplished sword user likely able to compete with Clamp's best sword-users which get up to town to city level. He is also incredibly intelligent, having masterminded a scheme across hundreds of years ago and across the dimensions of the multiverse.

Fei Wong Reed has few weaknesses as well. Like all Clamp Mages, love can obscure his vision of the future. Also while Fei Wong Reed's magic barrier and magic resistance are incredibly strong, his actual physical body is not that strong as shown when Syaoran played dead and stabbed him by surprise mattack. While that won't kill him as his true self is the disembodied will of Clow Reed, someone who can hit an intangible being and can get a physical hit in will quickly kill him. In the end Fei Wong Reed's greatest strength and weakness are the same, a complete and total focus on one singular goal; to prove superior to Clow Reed, without.

So how would he do in other verses?

In the Marvel verse, Fei Wang Reed would place incredibly high in any individual universe he could find himself in. While his speed is only roughly Herald Tier, his passive time ability and his nature existing outside spacetime and causality would likely bring him higher combined with his massive power. Hypothetically his ability to destroy even an abstraction would allow him to kill an Abstract, though if they did notice him first they could also one-shot him. 

In general his level of power and spacetime hax would suggest he would be potentially above even Skyfather tier, though outside his spacetime manipulation his hax wouldn't be neccesarily that strong for someone at that tier. He could even beat Cosmic Cubes though such would be a highly dangerous fight for him as they would likely comparable power, spacetime hax, and much stronger hax outside that. The real danger is if Fei Wong Reed begins stealing the power of entities to bolster his magic stronger then it was already.

In the DC Comics verse, Fei Wang Reed would be able to compete with the big name mages, due to being able to avoid their speeds and with similarly crazy spacetime magic or superior. In terms of raw power his normal state would be akin to a high tier member of the Justice League in the Pre-Crisis or Rebirth Era. The really scary thing about Fei Wang Reed in DC is his ability to cause entites to lose control of their power, which means he could cause Superman to accidentally destroy the Earth or cause the Flash to accidentally run into the speedforce forever. DC Heroes are all sorta predictated on holding themselves back. 

Fei Wong Reed could be stopped fairly quickly by the sheer amount of anti-magic and magic in the verse, but if he is not stopped quickly, Fei Wong Reed could retreat to his own dimension time stopped, where only basically the Top Tier Kryptonians and Lanterns of his own tier would be able to pursue. The real danger would then be the sheer number of powerful magic-users for him to absorb the power from quickly growing out of control, especially as he can attack from different universes. 

Fei Wong Reed would require immediate action from a powerful magic-user like Mordru or Doctor Fate, or he would quickly spiral out of control. His ability to destroy an abstract concept means he could even hypothetically threaten a being from the Sphere of the Gods though some of the lords of order and chaos as well as the Violet Lantern Entity would likely be able to stop him even if he drains the power of a lot of powerful magic users.

In Sailor Moon in terms of normal magical power, Fei Wang Reed's raw magical power would only be around the level of a fourth arc high tier or a fifth arc low tier which fits with his level of reactions. However his abilities would be really crazy. His spacetime manipulation rivals and arguably surpasses even Chaos's and d while some of his other haxes aren't as strong he actually probably could beat Base Chaos at the very least due to his superior range, conceptual attack, and strong spacetime magic. 

Fei Wang Reed would be an immense threat and would be able to beat almost anyone in the verse, however he has a particularly bad matchup against Sailor Moon in her strongest forms. This is because her love for all the universe would blot out his fortune telling, her power source never runs out of energy meaning he can't energy drain her, can exist and attack outside spacetime as well, can also ignore causality, can self duplicate etc. Overall Fei Wang Reed would be a God Tier along the lines of Lambda Usagi and Chaos but would not be able to solo. 

In the Madoka Multiverse, Fei Wong Reed seems to be purposefully made to be a counter to the verse specifically with his ability to destroy a concept of the multiverse, even it's most fundamental.

Granted Kami Madoka does have an arguably superior form of precognition then Fei Wong Reed, but her displayed feats do not suggest she would be able to kill him unless they start near each other although near may be relative to two beings outside space and time.

It's a bit hard to talk about given that Madoka verse requires more speculation on how strong the verse is then Fei Wong Reed does, but generally they are similar to him in most functions but he has a really strong technique for the verse. Hypothetically depenidng on starting distance, I could see Kami Madoka win, especially if Akuma Homura was also helping.

Fei Wong Reed in Touhou Project would be equivalent in power to the great mikos or hermit sages like Toyosatomimi no Miko who created her own seemingly endless realm of existence. 

Fei Wong Reed would do fairly interesting in the Touhou world. Similar in stats, and in approximate hax levels with some of the crazy abilities in the Touhou world including manpiulation of borders or fate, Fei Wong Reed would have a definite advantage in his resistance to magic which would protect him from a good amount of abilities as well as his multiversal range. That said the great Shrine Maiden Reimu can endlessly stalemate him by floating away from reality, where even his conceptual attack would not be able to affect. 

He would also do particularly poorly against Oni like Suika if they get in close who are physical powerhouses capable of destroying seemingly endless realms with their strength and could just punch him a few times to kill him, especially as they can affect phantoms and evil spirits with their attacks suggesting they would be able to hit true self. 

Fei Wong Reed could do well using stealth, range and resistance, and would likely have the advantage of most mid to high tiers one on one but he would not be able to stand against the numbers the verse have on him or against the top tier fighters.
