In the Wedding Peach-verse, the Spirits of Love, the Angels wage a war against the Spirits of Hatred, the Demons for the fate of creation. At the apex of the Angel World is the queen of the Angels, the Goddess Aphrodite, she who loves all.
At the apex of the Demon World is her exact opposite, the queen of the demons, Queen Reine Devila, she who hates all.
As a spirit of hatred, Queen Reine lacks physical form. She manifests negative energy from raw hatred, as all demons, creating something called a "hatred wave". Queen Reine's raw power should be comparable to Aphrodite, who created and maintained a forcefield around the whole of the Angel World.
Queen Reine's power is so great that she can compare to the Sacred 4, the four powers of Angel World that are the source of all love. The power of a single one of the Sacred 4 was strong enough to reach from the human world to the Angel World. The power of the 4 together was powerful enough to repel an army of demons from the demon world, creating a love wave that greatly exceeded the planet's bounds, and the 4 were able to create a love wave that was able to fill the Demon World, the Human World, and the Angel World all at once. Queen Reine's power completely canceled out 1 of the Sacred 4 with each, and it took all 4 to affect her, suggesting she's a planetary+ power.
Queen Reine in terms of speed should easily scale to lesser demons and angels who have numerous feats of rapidly traveling around a world, to the point even a fodder demon like Jama-Pii was able to rapidly threaten all love on the Human World, and an admittingly strong Angel without her memories was able to rapidly wander from the Angel World to the Human World. This would suggest Queen Reine should be in the lower FTL range.
Queen Reine has a number of abilities, even without the outside help of the legion of demons that serve her will.
Like all Demons, Queen Reine controls darkness, both physical darkness, and the darkness of peoples' hearts. She can draw out the darkness in a person's heart, making them violent and hateful. If she was facing a verse she could use this to stir up chaos and in-fighting in her enemies. This works on most entities, though those without hatred or darkness are unaffected.
Queen Reine's hatred wave can create a singularity, a dark vortex that pulls enemies into it. Enemies in this vortex have their energy drained (though she can also consciously drain the energy of others outside her vortex as well) and absorb others into darkness acting as a form of existence erasure, though both of this can be resisted for a time by projecting a large amount of energy and light. While all Demons can create vortexes, Queen Reine can project her vortex into other dimensions.
Like all Demons, Queen Reine can fly and travel between worlds and dimensions. Queen Reine can also teleport others through dimensions to the Demon World, metaphorically dragging them to Hell.
All this said, it's important to note that Queen Reine has a weakness. As a spirit of hatred, divine energies or energies of love can affect her and are harmful to her.
How would Queen Reine do in other verses?
In Marvel, Reine would be very dangerous for even high metas due to relatively good stats, versatile haxes, and difficulty in being affected. Even most Heralds, while they would drastically eclipse her in stats, would have some difficulty fighting her due to her nature as a spirit of hatred. She would most likely be classified as a low to mid Herald level entity.
In DC, Reine would have relatively normal stats for a low level flying brick, but her dangerous haxes would make her very potent against most of the Earth's defenders, albeit slightly less often then with Marvel (since DC tends to do the whole "positive energy" thing a lot more....the Violet Lantern Corps members would destroy Queen Reine). She would most likely be an extremely high threat for the Entire Earth during the New 52 Era, and would be a reasonable threat for a single powerful Earth fighter otherwise.
In the Dragon Ball-verse, Queen Reine would fare....interestingly. She's above Saiyan and Early Namek Saga Fighters but would probably only go so far in terms of raw power as perhaps the Ginyu Squad. That said her haxes would make her a very fearsome opponent for the verse. However the Mafuba and similar demon sealing abilities should work on her. Her mental manipulation ability is surprisingly similar to Babadi's Majin ability meaning an SSJ2 level or above should theoretically be able to just resist it at will. While she could likely solo the verse at a early point, the verse eventually grows too full of numerous powerful fighters for her to beat by herself, even before Dragon Ball Super.
Buu Saga Goku is like the perfect counter pick to Queen Reine. His Shukan Ido (Instant Transmission) counters her dimension abilities. His SSJ forms release light and energy enough to counter her vortex for a while. He's strong enough to resist her power of hatred, and his genki dama, made from the divine energy of heaven and earth, should be able to affect her. The Saiyan Saga Genki Dama, made with just the energy of Earth should be at least enough to harm and fend her off, while the one he used against Freeza drawing from multiple planets should one-shot her, let alone the one he used against Buu with the energy of the whole universe.
In the Divine Comedy-verse, Queen Reine would defeat most of the non-celestial entities. When compared to the Celestial Entities it would likely become an eternal stalemate. They vastly eclipse her in stats but most of the Angels and Demons have no way of even affecting her. At best she can slightly affect them with her haxes but they are so fast relatively that they could just leave before she can do anything significant. So she would stalemate most of the strong people in the verse. The only one who could definitely defeat her is of course God who would stomp her.
In the Bastard!!-verse, Queen Reine would fit in surprisingly well as a Hell Plane Leader. Her stats are pretty much exactly what one would expect of a Demon of that Level, being planet level and ftl (though she arguably is slightly more powerful then normal). She doesn't have natural dispel bounds like most of the Bastard!!-verse Demons, but she has her own string of haxes as well as an easier ability to affect through dimensions then almost any of them. She would fair relatively even against most Angels and Demons in the verse though would be defeated easily by one of the 7 Demon Lords or one of the 4 Seraphs (or by Dark Schneider after attaining his Majin)
In Bayonetta-verse, Queen Reine would be a very powerful demon, stronger then even the likes of the Resentment who could open the Gates of Hell and Madama Butterfly who Bayonneta made her pact of power with, though Queen Reine would not be even near as strong as the strongest demons in the verse, being much weaker then Queen Sheba. Despite this, it's likely that she would be a rather useful summon due to her powerful abilities and her at least very above average raw power. That said given her extreme hatred for all existence, and her path of destruction, she would likely only be summoned by the very evil or very desperate. Queen Reine's intangibility, ability to travel and attack through dimensions would actually fit in very well in the verse, though she doesn't have invisibility like much of the verse.
IIRC CN briefly considered putting the English Dub of Wedding Peach on their channel (which would make sense given they did the same thing with the English Dub of SM) so how would she fair in this multiverse?
While the verse definitely does have some universal and above cosmic warpers that could beat her up near the top, she would be a real mess for the mid to high tiers including a lot of big name characters. Her planetary stats would be below the likes of the PPG and Dexter's mecha for instance (as well as in speed) but her difficulty to be affected as a spirit of hatred would make her very hard to affect and her offensive haxes would make her quite dangerous, especially her corrupting power, as this could chaos and pandemonium in the multiverse. However certain characters like Bubbles, Courage, and Lazlo would likely be immune to this.
It's possible Bubbles' rainbow music energy waves could trigger Queen Reine's weakness and defeat her, a serious Bubbles could very well save the multiverse from disaster against an invasion of Queen Reine.
