Current Tiers for all my favorite verses

Just my current tiers and justifications for quick reference. Characters can obviously beat characters in higher tiers, a MHS Wall Level is likely to be a supersonic low building level by scratch damage for example:

Superhuman Tier:

Cutey Honey Panthers Tier: Superhuman

Justification: Said to have superhuman physical capacities

Yu Yu Hakusho E Class Demon Tier: Superhuman

Justification: Yusuke was originally E Class despite being able to put Kuwabara's head through concrete and being able to fight numerous thugs at once

Wall Level:

Magicka Beastman Tier: Athletic Human Speed Wall Level

Justification: Beastmen are comparable to Humans in speed who are trained soldiers. One Beastman bursts through a wall in the Siege of Havindr.

Undertale Monster Tier: Superhuman Speed Wall Level

Justification: Monsters including flying monsters and dogs who can run at superhuman speeds. Monsters can survive in Hotland which is hot enough to rapidly evaporate water and a cup

Commedia Damned Tier: Subsonic Wall Level

Justification: Damned have feats of moving to the horizon in the time it takes to say amen near the end of circle of Violence. Geryon moves at the speed of an arrow. Damned can withstand the torments of hell for eternity including boiling blood (Anger) and can push massive weights with their chests (Greed)

Cutey Honey Panther Claw Agent Tier: Subsonic Wall Level

Justification:  Can pulverize humans or turn them to dust with fire. Can move faster then the eye. 

DC Sidekick/Minion/Local Vigilante/Amazon/Atlantean Tier: Supersonic Wall Level (possibly higher)

Justification: Numerous bullet dodging feats. Atlanteans can survive the depths of the ocean. 

Freedom Force Golden Age Heroes: Subsonic Wall Level

Justification: Golden Age Heroes can beat Kill-a-rillas which are genetically enhanced gorillas. Blackjack can move faster then the eye. 

Ouran High School Host Club Fighter Tier: Subsonic Wall Level

Justification: Gag feat of Tamaki-senpai cratering a wall, Honey-senpai sending grown men flying with kicks. Honey also can move as a blur. 

Toyko Mew Mew Kirema Tier: MHS Wall Level

Justification: Kirema can keep up with Mew Mews who are MHS and generally grow to be larger then a car in size. 

Low Building Level:

Over the Garden Wall Beast Tier: Subsonic Low Building Level

Justification: Papa is the size of a small house and a small portion of the Beast survived enough force to break a mill. Wirt was able to blitz the Woodsman at close range and Wirt and Greg could avoid tears fast enough to flood a small clearing

Cutey Honey Top Tiers: Supersonic Low Building Level

Justification: Casual Bullet-Timing, Honey can turn into a Mecha this size, far superior to Panther Agent Claw Agents. Creating large amounts of destruction with their attacks.

Undertale Boss Monster Tier: Supersonic Low Building Level

Justification: Undyne can run to her house in a relatively low amount of time calced to be a few times sound speed. They scale to a weak Frisk who can survive a massive super-hot explosion.

Building Level

Yu Yu Hakusho D Class Demon Tier: Supersonic Building Level

Justification: Byakko's roar having more then 1 ton of tnt in energy. Early Kuwabara extending his sword at just over Mach 1. 

Bayonetta Third Sphere Level: MHS Building Level

Justification: Angels view the actions of mortals as basically frozen from speed. Irenic can cross a space thousands of times larger then Earth in a single day. Relatively Large Angel can survive the depths of the ocean which is building given it's surface area. 

Danny Phantom Fodder Ghosts Tier: MHS Building Level

Justification: Ghosts form their own lairs from their own energy. Poin Dexter is a weakling nerd ghost whose domain is a school building. Ghosts can move comparable to season 1 Danny who moved comparable to lightning. 

Freedom Force Sidekick/Villain Tier: MHS Reactions Building Level

Justification: 3 Giant Ant Fodder can create a large building sized tunnel rapidly into a city. Can react to Bullet who can move as fast as lightning.

Sailor Moon Alien Tier: MHS Building Tier

Justification: Artemis brought Minako from Venus to Earth in a single night. Fodder Moon People can tank the atmosphere of the planets of the solar system. A weak Dark Agency Member maintained the existence of an entire building

Yu-Gi-Oh! Mage Tier: MHS Reactions Building Level

Justification: Dueling Kingdom Duel Yugi and Jonouchi could react to lightning moving through the water. Akhenaten with Zorc's power became a dark magician that caused destruction to the local area but Yami Yugi survived his lightning. 

God of War Strong Mortal/Lesser Demigod/Monster Tier: Relativistic Reactions Building Level

Justification: Minotaur can absolutely pulverize humans. Four Spartan Soldiers pulled down a thousands of ton statue by themselves. A normal human woman briefly survives falling hundreds of meters and being crushed under debris. Skeletons can tank jumping down hundreds of meters. Geryon can attack at lightning speed. Harpies can fly a planetary distance in seconds yet Athenian Soldiers can react to their attacks. 

Large Building Level:

Yu Yu Hakusho C Class Demon Tier: Hypersonic Large Building Level

Justification: Yusuke and Suzaku destroying a large dome with their attacks by accident, and being faster then an entity that can throw hundreds of strikes in a second. 

Clamp Warrior Tier: MHS reactions Large Building Level

Justification: MANY MHS Feats. Lafarga vaporized an amount of stone with the strike of his blade without even touching the stone just from the shockwave. 

DC City-Scale Hero/Villain Tier: MHS Large Building Level

Justification: DC Street Tiers have survived large buildings exploding on them and can move comparable to lightning. 

City-Block Level:

Princess Tutu Shard Level: Subsonic City-Block Level

Justification: Princess Tutu moved at this speed to catch a falling human. River is a sentient river that is at least this deep. 

Magicka Mage Tier: MHS City Block Level

Justification: Mages can react to lightning mana and lightning elementals. Mages cold mana can freeze some part of lava. 

Multi-City Block Level:

Danny Phantom Season 1 Danny Tier: MHS Multi-City Block Level

Justification: Episode 1 Danny cratered the ground with Multi-City Block Level Force. Season 1 Danny can move comparable to lightning. 

Magicka Master Mage Tier: MHS Multi-City Block Level

Justification: Magicka Wizards can react to lightning elementals and lightning attacks. Magicka Wizards can freeze large amounts of lava and whole rivers. Strong Mages fire mana is compared to the heart of Muspelheim. Strong Mages earth mana can shift a whole hill

Town Level:

Princess Tutu Prince Tier: Subsonic Town Level

Justification: Raven contains a whole desert. Drosselmeyer can reality-warp a whole town. Scaling to lower tiers speed. 

Shamanic Princess Mage Tier: Subsonic Town Level

Justification: Comparable to Sealed Yord who can create a city-sized portal and a dimension with it's own forest. Can launch each other fast enough to quickly go from within a city to a mountain outside it. 

Freedom Force Superhero/Supervillain Tier: MHS Reactions Town Level

Justification: Can react to Bullet who moves at lightning speed. Shadow, a weak supervillain can cause tremors from deep underground. Nuclear Winter with his mere presence passively caused snowfall in Cuba. 

Tokyo Mew Mew Mew Mew Tier: MHS Town Level

Justification: Mew Mews survived a casual attack from Deep Blue which pulverized multiple city blocks and was calced at kilotons. Mew Mews can dodge lightning attacks and can scale to Aliens who can casually travel to their spaceship in atmosphere.

Metroid Zero Suit Samus/Base Metroid/Space Pirate Tier: Relativistic Reactions Town Level

Justification: Base Space Pirates can pilot fighters in real space around numerous planets. Zero Suit Samus survived a kiloton level spaceship crash. 

Sailor Moon Heavenly King Tier: FTL Town Level:

Justification: Sailor Moon's first attack, a complete joke threatened a dimension large enough to extend to a horizon. Even the Youma could survive it. Minako before even awakening as a partially awoken Sailor Senshi could quickly travel to Venus from Earth.

The Powerpuff Girls Civilian/Hero/Villain Tier: FTL Town Level

Justification: Civilians can survive a nuclear missile. Amoeba Boys can briefly match the speed of the PPG in the pilot which was fast enough to take them to the sun in seconds and even a few days after their creation was fast enough to move at just over the speed of light. 

City Level:

Yuki Yuna Hero/Vertex Tier: Hypersonic City Level

Justification: Vertexes missiles move at mach 25 and the characters move comparable. Even Stardust can tank the strongest attacks of Modern Earth including nuclear weapons. 

Clamp Strong Mage/Spirit Tier: MHS City Level

Justification: The Kamui creating city-scale dimensions. Guru Clef creating a magic blast that reached the clouds. Fiery instantly melting the snow across a city. Earthy creating a city-destroying earthquake. Maze creating a maze dimension. MANY lightning timing feats. 

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt Angel/Demon Tier: MHS City Level

Justification: Various mushroom cloud feats. Stocking surviving the moon sneezing her, which given surface area is likely city level. Stocking running around the Earth on a jog. 

Puella Magi Magical Girl/Witch/Wraith Tier: MHS City Level

Justification: Momoko leaping into atmosphere in seconds. Witches creating and maintaining dimensions of town to city size. 

Tokyo Mew Mew Mew Aqua Tier: MHS City Level

Justification: Boosted Mew Zakuro breaking with one burst a dome the size of a city the military could not make even a small hole in. Speed scaling to weaker tier. 

Xiaolin Showdown Dragon in Training Tier: MHS City Level

Justification: Survival of the destruction of a mountain top, relative to Dojo who sunk Atlantis in his evil phase. Tubbimura keeping up with Serpent's Tail which traveled from the center of the Earth to the surface in seconds. 

Yu Yu Hakusho B Class Demon Tier: MHS City Level

Justification: Yusuke's spirit gun traveling far into the sky before people could react. Yusuke's spirit gun ripping up large portions of forest and ocean just flying overhead.

Island Level:

Saint Seiya Sixth Sense User: Hypersonic Island Level

Justification: Bronze Saint Pegasus Seiya hitting Shiryu's weak point in one millisecond. Still in training Seiya atomizing a crater in the ground requiring island level energy. Bronze Saints in anime universe creating volcanic eruptions and other natural disasters. 

Freedom Force Powerful Superhero/Supervillain Tier: MHS Reactions Island Level

Justification: Characters can react to Bullet who moves at Lightning speed. God Pan can move his floating island around at will at massive speeds. 

Danny Phantom Season 2 Danny Tier: Relativistic Island Level

Justification: Skulker maintaining his own domain which is it's own island. Spectra surviving a weapon supposed to destroy the atoms of a ghost. Technus Beams traveled from Space to Earth in seconds.

Metroid Power Suit Samus/Evolved Metroid: MFTL (Millions) Island Level

Justification: Base Ridley destroying a giant plateau that survived under the supergravity of Zebes requiring gigatons of energy. Gorea destroying a galaxy scale civilization in 3 months, likely requiring speeds millions of times the speed of light.

Country Level:

Puella Magi Holy Magical Girl Tier: MHS Country Level

Justification: Isabeau creating a barrier over all of France. Speed scaling to lower tiers.

Saint Seiya Upper Sixth Sense User: MHS Country Level

Justification: Massively stronger then Bronze Saints. Silver Saint shaking Mt. Fuji with just passive cosmo. Atomizing much larger areas. Silver Saints moving at lightning speeds. 

Yu Yu Hakusho A/S Class Demon Tier: MHS Country Level

Justification: King Enma is capable of causing massive volcanic eruptions. Sensui was capable of shaking the planet. A-Class Beings can destroy countries. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Axis Powers Hetalia Countries Tier: Relativistic Reactions Country Level

Justification: Countries are anthropomorphic countries and can kill each other or create country scale barriers. Countries can react to beams of light. 

Bayonetta Second Sphere Level: Relativistic Country Level

Justification: Angels control all lightning including return strokes. Angels can destroy civilizations with swings of their arms. 

Danny Phantom Season 3 Danny/Strongest Ghosts Tier: Relativistic Country Level

Justification: Fright Knight and Vortex both created planetary storms. Speed scaling to lower tiers.

God of War Strong Demigod/Stronger Monster Tier: FTL Country Level

Justification: Superior to Champions of Zeus who can move at lightspeed. Cyclops can build planetary sized structures without any advanced tools just using their brute strength. The Furies can create a dimension with it's own sea. 

Metroid Enhanced Power Suit Samus Tier: MFTL (Millions) Country Level

Justification: Scaling to Metroids surviving the tallon impact which is likely country level due to surface area. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Low Planet Level:

Yuki Yuna Mankai Hero/Great Vertex Tier: MHS Low Planet Level

Justification: Mankai Heroes can destroy Moon Sized Vertexes. Leo Vertex can threaten the planet. Mankai Heroes can travel to the center of Moon Sized Vertexes in seconds

Commedia Ascended Tier: Relativistic Low Planet Level

Justification: Beatrice can outpace lightning and can move Dante between worlds in seconds. Beatrice's loveliness is enough to cause a world to illuminate massively and the Ascended shoot off more light then stars. 

Yu-Gi-Oh! Powerful Monster Tier: MFTL (Thousands) Low Planet Level

Justification: Yu-Gi-Oh! Monsters have come from the edge of the universe, requiring them to exceed the expansion of the universe. The Computer in charge of interpreting the RPG rules of Duel Monsters concluded that the Giant Soldier of Stone could destroy the moon card. If a Game of Darkness brought the game to life, this likely means the Giant Soldier of Stone could destroy the actual moon. 

Planet Level:

Shamanic Princess Ascended Tier: Subsonic Planet Level (Possibly much Higher)

Justification: Throne of Yord controls all things of a whole planet, is omnipresent on it and is maintains the magic world. Speed scaling to lower tier. 

Tokyo Mew Mew Deep Blue Tier: MHS Planet Level:

Justification. Deep Blue can bring "total oblivion" to the Earth and can tank his own energy. Speed scaling to lower tiers.

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt God Tier: Relativistic Planet Level

Justification: Planet-Sized Ghost that is relativistic by sheer size. 

Xiaolin Showdown Xiaolin Apprentice (Dragon x Kumei) Tier: Relativistic Planet Level

Justification: Relative to the speed of higher tiers. Can compete with the power of the Fearsome Four which are stated to be planetary threats. 

Bayonetta First Sphere Level: FTL Planet Level

Justification: Can compete with early Bayonetta who can outpace lightspeed lasers. A taste of the power of the Angels are stated to be able to destroy the world. 

Clamp Pillar Tier: FTL Planet Level

Justification: The Pillar maintains the world of Cephiro and all things in it. Scales to the Inter-Planetary Invaders who wished to claim the power of The Pillar who can travel inter-planetary distances rapidly. 

DC Planetary Scale Metahuman Tier: FTL Planet Level

Justification: Any decent DC speedster can break the light barrier. Teenage Kryptonians can crack the planet in half and many beings can threaten the planet. 

Pretty Cure All-Stars Cure Tier: FTL Planet Level

Justification: All-Stars Cures should scale to Cure Black's casual strength which was capable of massively shaking the Earth. Fresh and Heartcatch cures were both able to outpace flashes of light. 

Metroid Peak Samus Tier: MFTL (Millions) Planet Level

Justification: Leviathan impacts were calced at planet level. Dark Samus survived a planetary sized dimension collapsing on her and fused with a planet of Phazon. Light Samus was able to manipulate the energy of a planet to stabilize and fuse Light Aether and Dark Aether (two halves of a planet).  

Yu-Gi-Oh! God Tier: MFTL (Millions) Planet Level

Justification: Egyptian God Monsters are said to be able to create a world of darkness and destroy the world. Deep-Eyes White Dragon flew from another star system to Earth in ~10 seconds. 

Large Planet Level:

Xiaolin Showdown Wudai/Shoku Warrior Tier: FTL Large Planet Level

Justification: Chase Young was able to slice the Earth in two halves moving at relativistic speeds requiring large planet level energy. Chase also views the Shen Gong Wu as toys including one that moves the user at lightspeed, one that moves the user faster then anything and one that can move the moon at relativistic speeds requiring large planet levels of energy. 

Low Stellar Level:

Xiaolin Showdown Grandmaster Tier: FTL Low Stellar Level

Justification: Wuya shaped the surface of the Sun with her reality-warping. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Stellar Level:

Bayonetta Eyes of the World Level: FTL Stellar Level

Justification: Queen Sheba punched Jubileus with enough force to violently destroy even gas giants. Casual travel across the star system. 

Pretty Cure Maho Cures Tier: FTL Stellar Level

Justification: Maho Cures could defeat Deusmast who can absorb the star he was sealed within. Likely scales to the casual early speeds of the All-Stars Cures. 

Saint Seiya: Seventh Sense: FTL Stellar Level

Justification: Those that are first awakening to the Seventh Sense can move at the speed of light and are said to have the power to destroy the stars in their fists. 

Sailor Moon Sailor Senshi Tier: FTL Stellar Level

Justification: Sailor Senshi can survive the gravity of Planet Nemesis, a black hole. Scale to First Arc Sailor Moon whose power was compared to a supernova even mid First Arc and should scale to the supernova level casual power of the Silver Crystal. 

Okami Spiritual Warrior/Demon Tier: MFTL (Millions) Stellar Level

Justification: Scales to Beginning of Game Amaterasu who could create a star in a distant star system with a dab of her celestial brush

The Powerpuff Girls Chemical X/Superhero/Supervillain Tier: MFTL (Trillions) Stellar Level

Justification: The PPG were able to keep up with the expontential growth of nano-bots which was calced at trillions. They can keep up with spaceships capable of traveling universal distances likely requiring trillions of times the speed of light. Him maintained a dimension with it's own star and with a casual wave of his claw moved the Earth at relativistic speeds requiring low stellar levels of energy. 

DC Lantern Tier: MFTL (Quadrillions) Stellar Level

Justification: Lanterns casual shields can survive black holes and star system scale destruction. Lanterns can travel the universe in hours requiring speeds of quadrillions of times the speed of light for the massive DC Universe. 

  

Low Galactic Level:

Sailor Moon Daimon Level: MFTL (Millions) Low Galactic

Justification: Scales to the destruction of Planet Nemesis, a massive black hole regularly calced to requiring thousands to millions of supernova worth of energy. Prince Demand was planning to conquer the universe in his human lifespan likely requiring millions of times the speed of light. 

Saint Seiya Proficient Seventh Sense User: MFTL (Quadrillions) Low Galactic Level

Justification: Taurus Aldebaran lifted the Scale of Heaven, before destroying it with his attack, a scale containing millions of stars. Sanctuary Arc Andromeda Shun's attack crossed universal distance in seconds requiring quadrillions of times the speed of light.

Galaxy Level:

Sailor Moon Super Senshi Tier: MFTL (Billions-Trillions) Galactic Level

Justification: Vastly superior to Pharaoh 90 who moved the Tau Nebula Galaxy at Billions to Trillions of times lightspeed.

Okami God Tier: MFTL (Trillions) Galactic Level

Justification: Mid-Game Amaterasu spun the whirlpool galaxy at 69 trillion times the speed of light. Yami was able to destroy the constellations with just his casual attacks. 

Wander over Yonder Fighter Tier: MFTL (Quadrillions) Galactic Level

Justification: Wander scales to speeds capable of crossing the universe quickly and was able to plug a galaxy threatening black hole with just his finger. 

DC God Emanation Tier: MFTL (Sextillions) Galactic Level

Justification: Wonder Woman blocked trillions of pieces of the Shattered God crossing the universe almost instantly, requiring sextillions of times the speed of light. Ares was able to become the same size as the Giants whose hands could hold entire star systems, requiring galactic scale sizes. Post-Crisis Superman was able to survive enough anti-sunlight to destroy half a galaxy. 

Universe Level:

Stanley Parable Narrator Tier: Average Human Speed Universal Level

Justification: Narrator moves at same speed as Stanley and can recreate the minecraft or portal/half-life universes. 

Undertale DETERMINATION Tier: Supersonic Universe Level

Justification: Six-Seven Human Souls or Chara have shown universe destroying feats. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Yuki Yuna Shinju/Divine Mankai Tier: MHS Universe Level

Justification: Shinju maintained a part of reality against the gods that destroyed almost all of reality. Speed scaling to lower tiers.

Bayonetta Overseers of the Realities Level: FTL Universal Level

Justification: Aesir and Jubilieus were both stated to be able to destroy the universe and recreate it as well as unite three universes into one. Speed scaling to lower tiers.

Clamp Ancient Spirit/God Tier: FTL to Quadrillions Reactions Universal

Justification: The Three Rune Gods fought against the Universe-Creating God Mokona. Ashura can destroy Heaven which contains "endless land". Fai D. destroyed a universe without intending too. High Tier Mages can react to each other's magic which can destroy universal sized areas. Larg created by Yuuko can launch 100,000,000 texts in a second. Also speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Commedia God Tier: FTL Universal

Justification: God passively emanates the entire universe and all it's rules and forms. God's power extends across the solar system at least, completely instantly. 

Pretty Cure Monochrome Cures Tier: FTL Universal Level

Justification: Dark Seeds crossed inter-planetary distance quickly. Goyan was able to survive the Big Bang and the strongest cures scale to him.

Creator of Light Tier: MFTL (Millions) Universe Level

Justification: HIGHLY boosted Blue-Eyes White Dragon was able to illuminate an infinite dimension. Zorc is said to the source of all darkness. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Puella Magi God Tier: MFTL (Quadrillions Reactions) Universal Level

Justification: Homura's magic encompassed the universe at quadrillions of light. Madoka and her Magical Girls were able to react to it. 

Wander over Yonder Myrtle Tier: MFTL (Quadrillions) Universal Level

Justification: Mrs. Mryle was able to destroy the universe instantly at will. 

Sailor Moon Eternal Senshi Tier: MFTL (Quintillions Reactions) Universal

Justification: Queen Nehelenia maintained her own mirror universe. The Silver Crystal can create a new universe. The Lambda Power restores the universe casually. The Light of the Silver Crystal can instantly cross the universe and Princess Kakyuu could react to it. 

God of War Divinity Tier: MFTL (Septillions) Universal Level

Justification: The Primordials fighting created everything in the universe, a single one creating the universe itself prior. The Fates control the threads controlling the fates of every single thing and must manipulate them all at once which I calced into the septillions of times lightspeed. 

Saint Seiya Upper Seventh/Eighth/Ninth Sense User: MFTL (Septillions) Universal Level

Justification: Aries Mu destroyed the universe of Titan Iapetus with his ultimate attack. Capricorn Shura cut the Big Bang outpacing it's expansion with his ultimate attack. Both are considered mid tier gold saints. 

DC Dimension Lord Tier: MFTL (Tredecillions) Universal Level

Justification: Pre-Crisis Powerhouses have a number of universal feats and some lords of order and chaos are their own universes. Many of the Pre-Crisis Powerhouses could exceed the speed of the time barrier which was implied to be the speed of Flash's infamous tredecillions of times the speed of light feats.

Low Multiversal:

God of War Power of Fear/Hope Tier: MFTL (Septillions, Infinite Reactions) Low Multiversal

Justification: Zeus and Kratos were said to be able to beat Polygon man who fused dozens of universes into one. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Saint Seiya Heavenly King Tier: MFTL (Septillions) Low Multiversal

Justification: Hades was passively maintaining 3 universes. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

DC Fourth World Beings: MFTL (Tredecillions) Low Multiversal

Justification: A number of beings in the Bleed Barrier scale to Demon Lords who could destroy a universe with 10% power and can threaten multiple universes at once. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

High Multiversal:

Freedom Force Celestial Clock Tier: Likely FTL High Multiversal

Justification: Celestial Clock provides the energy and change/motion of infinite timestreams. Several characters can stop it or keep it moving. Characters likely scale to the ships of the Dominion which can move inter-planetary distances rapidly. 

Clamp Tsubasa Tier: MFTL (Quadrillions Reactions) High Multiversal

Justification: Power of the Tsubasa could destroy and recreate the infinite multiverse. Fei Wang Reed nearly usurped and did so with this power. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

Saint Seiya Upper Ninth Sense User: MFTL (Septillions) High Multiversal

Justification: Chronos is the spacetime of infinite universes. Cronos was capable of erasing all of existence, past, present and future of all timelines in seconds. Speed scaling to lower tiers. 

DC Fifth World+ Beings: Infinite Speed High Multiversal

Justification: Anti-Monitor destroyed infinite universes. Darkseid almost turned the multiverse into a singularity where there is only Darkseid. Can hold the book of infinite pages in their hands. The Fourth World they transcend contains all motion and change and the entire infinite speedforce. 

"Omniversal"/Transcending Concepts
