Everything is Canon to DC

Currently speaking according to the writers, everything in DC is canon.

Lots of references are being made to stuff happening in the Post-Crisis and Pre-Crisis era. 

So yeah basically every Earth-1 feat is currently usable for every Earth-1 character. Some people are like "Pre-Crisis still isn't canon". Not only is that contradicted by the writer's words above, and the blatant references to the Silver Age:

It's also contradicted by what happened.

Convergence stopped the Crisis of Infinite Earths. Now that Rebirth and recent events have returned the 10 years lost in the New 52 Transition, the events of the pre-flashpoint, both pre and post the crisis point of COIE are canonical again.

Everything is canon again, it's not a big deal.
