Strongest Character for each of my favorite verses

 Just something I wanted to have on hand and so decided to post it as a blog. This it the strongest character in each of my favorite verses. Most of these I don't think will be particularly controversial although if there's any asterisk to it, I'll be sure to mention it.

Axis Powers Hetalia: Presumably Russia as the largest country who is the physically strongest and with the largest amount of odd abilities. On the geo-political stage America and China both have more politial power then Russia does today, as do arguably several other countries but I'm not sure how political power correlates to power in Hetalia, if it does literally speaking at all.

Bayonetta: I think of the gods Omne is supposed to be the strongest as the fusion of the power of Heaven and Hell although you could probably make an argument for any of the other god tiers; Jubileus, Aesir, Queen Sheba

Cardcaptor Sakura: Sakura herself

Commedia: God

Cutie Honey: Witch Zora

Danny Phantom: Probably Pariah Dark, although if you count temporary equipment Freakshow with the Reality Gauntlet is probably the strongest 

DC Comics: That's complicated as there was initially a single unified being that broke into aspects; Basically The Source/Void/God/Presence are all one in this being

Freedom Force: Energy X, probably. Energy X has no demonstrations of power but seems to have given Time Master and Entropy the two god tiers their powers.

God of War: Odin is implied to be stronger then Zeus although whether this is base Zeus or Fear Zeus is yet to be seen, also Power of Hope Kratos might still be stronger, so it's either Power of Hope Kratos, Zeus, or possibly the Norns although not much is known about them at the moment.

Magic Knight Rayearth: Combined Rayearth, although if you don't count fusions, then the Creator would be strongest.

Magicka: Assatur by hype is the strongest, although that's in terms of raw power (stated by Fafnir he would be by far the strongest being Midgard had ever known despite being weakened) and in Magicka skill in spellcasting is also a major factor so you could argue one of the other big names could beat him

Metroid: Full Power PED Suit Samus seems to be the strongest version of Samus and is stronger then any of her enemies

Okami: Full Power Amaterasu

Ouran High School Host Club: Honey-senpai

Over the Garden Wall: The Beast

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt: Judgement

Pretty Cure: Probably Miden after absorbing all the memories of all the Pretty Cure. If not Miden it's one of the other Crossover film villains presumably.

Princess Tutu: Drosselmeyer

Puella Magi Madoka Magicka: Obviously it's either Kami Madoka or Akuma Homura, who are stated to have the exact same power. I think it depends on if they're in-character or not.

Sailor Moon: Sailor Cosmos. Cosmos and Chaos seem to be implied to be even, but I think Cosmos is narratively treated as stronger, since Chaos failed in her goal to break Cosmos' after Cosmos saw the determination of her past self.

Saint Seiya: Primordial Chronos.

Shamanic Princess: Tiara, Post-Demiurgic Fusion

The Powerpuff Girls: Bad Timeline HIM. I debated that Gnomey after absorbing all the heroes and villains powers might be stronger but the PPG were able to take take attacks from Gnomey, while HIM taked their attacks in the bad timeline.

The Stanley Parable: Essence of Divine Art, probably. Female Narrator views Narrator as a character like he views Stanley so it might be her, but the Essence seems more transcendent in-universe being fused with the esence of being.

Tokyo Mew Mew: Deep Blue

Undertale: Annoying Dog

Wander over Yonder: Miss Myrtle, although you could make argue the celestial being from ep 1 is stronger but Myrtle seems more consistent in-universe as being the strongest since she seemingly created the cosmos which would include the celestial being.

Xiaolin Showdown: Using just original series it's obviously Grandmaster Dashi.

xxxHolic: Sakura due to her brief appearence would be strongest. In terms of xxxHolic's normal cast, it would be Yuuko although Yuuko and Fei Wong Reed seem to be considered rivals in terms of ability and he also shows up several times.

Yu Yu Hakusho: Prime Raizen

Yu-Gi-Oh! In the original manga it's Ra-Horakthy, the Creator 

Yuki Yuna is a Hero: Presumably it's Divine Mankai Yuna
